Ensure unit is properly placed on a stable and level surface to prevent electrical hazard.
DO NOT use unit in high moisture environment to prevent electric shock accident.
DO NOT handle the unit power plug and adapter with wet hands.
DO NOT operate the unit if it has a damaged power cord or power plug.
Please keep the power plug away from heated surfaces to prevent fire hazard.
Ensure power plug is completely inserted into power source to prevent electrical hazard.
DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on the unit, by doing so will render the
warranty void.
DO NOT overload power supply with the usage of multiple power adapters.
DO NOT connect power plug into a power source that is not in compliance with the voltage rating for operation.
DO NOT use the unit when the body is wet and moist to prevent electrical shock accident.
DO NOT stumble over electrical wires or connections.
Please ensure the main power switch is turned OFF before removing the power plug from the power supply.
Always unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet immediately after operation.
Ensure power plug is inserted directly into main power source.
Please remove the power plug before servicing the unit.
DO NOT operate the unit if water is accidentally spilled on it as this may result in electrical shock or malfunction.
DO NOT operate the unit in the event when the fabric of the backrest is torn and exposing the internal components.
Stop the unit operation in the event if you detect any malfunction or any other abnormal condition during the
operating process.
DO NOT operate the unit if there is a power failure to prevent injury from occurring when power is restored
unexpectedly.
Read the operating instructions manual carefully before using novita the M series® Foldable Massage Chair B3 and
keep it for later reference.

• Operation Safety
Please do not use the product in the bathroom, kitchen or places under strong sunlight, high pressure, humidity, greasy
or places with flammable, highly corrosives and explosives dust, petrol or gas etc.
Children and personnel with physical deficiencies, intellectual disability, lack of experience and cognition must be
supervised by adult before usage.
Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not tamper on the product.
The product comes with heating function as such for personnel who is not sensitive to heat, please exercise caution
during usage.
DO NOT use the product when the body or hair is wet.
Never pull out the power plug or touch the power cord, plug and socket with wet hands.
For personnel with long hair, please do not allow your hair to cover the massage area to avoid accidental entanglement.
Never insert your fingers into any gaps/cervices under the massage roller, massage chair frame and supporting bar to
avoid accidental injury.
DO NOT stand on the product or put heavy items on it.
DO NOT adjust the back angle when the personnel is sitting on the seat to avoid accidental injury.
DO NOT sit on or drop the remote control.
DO NOT excessively bent, pull, twist, entangle the power cord and remote control connecting wire.
Servicing should only be conducted by professional service technicians from novita.
In the event the fabric or casing breakage, please stop using the product immediately and contact novita customer
care centre.
DO NOT use the unit in the event of lightning, turn off the unit, power off and unplug it immediately.
The product can only be used with the provided adapter. It cannot be used with other power supply mode.
In the event of any abnormal circumstances, please stop using the product immediately and unplug it.
When the product is not in use, please turn off the power switch and unplug from the power supply.
This product is programmed with intelligent control system. When unit is overheated, it will initiate self-protection
system and stop operating. If this happens, please shut off the power supply and wait for the temperature to cool down
before resuming the operation.
It is normal for the product to generate some noise from the massage roller.
This product can accommodate user up to 150 Kg.

ASSEMBLY
• Please assemble it on a carpet/mat to prevent accidental scratches.
01. Unfold the foldable massage chair. To adjust the foldable massage chair position/angle, step onto the backrest support
slat as illustrated then insert the supporting bar into the angle adjustment slot, in accordance to user preference.
User may scan the QR code to view the assembly video.
02. Connect the neck massage pillow input line head to the output head. Adjust the massage pillow height by fixing on the
velcro firmly.
03. Connect the adapter output line head to the DC input line head and turn on the power supply and the indicator light
illuminates in blue.
04. Refer to the assembly video for the footrest ottoman assembly instructions.
06. Select your desired massage mode on the remote control to begin 20 minutes massage session.
05. Sit up straight and lean your back and neck on the backrest and neck massage pillow.
• DO NOT sit on the remote control.
• Ensure the unit is stable and securely assembled before usage.

REMOTE CONTROL DESCRIPTIONS & OPERATING NOTES
01. Upper Back Massage Roller
• Press and hold the button to move up the neck massage roller vertically.
02. Increase Tapping Speed
• Press the button consecutively to increase the tapping speed in 3 levels.
03. Decrease Tapping Speed
• Press the button consecutively to decrease the tapping speed in 3 levels.
04. Lower Back Massage Roller
• Press and hold the button to move down the neck massage roller vertically.
05. Power ON/OFF
• Press once to power on the unit at standby mode and select the preferred
operating settings. Press again to switch off the unit.
06. Full Back
• Press the button to activate full back massage which covers the lower to
upper back region.
07. Upper Back
• Press the button to activate upper back massage which covers the middle
to upper back region.
08. Lower Back
• Press the button to activate lower back massage which covers the middle
to lower back region.
09. Vibration
• Press the button consecutively to select the vibration mode intensity 1, 2,
or 3. By pressing the fourth times, it deactivates the vibration function,
and the corresponding light indicator stops illuminating.

10. Heat
• Press once to activate both the back kneading and tapping massage rollers
with heating function.
• Press again to activate only the back kneading massage rollers with
heating function.
• By pressing the 3rd time will deactivate the heating function completely
and its corresponding light indicator will stop illuminating.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
11. Auto Mode
• Press once to select auto mode and full back, tapping, vibration and heat
function will be activated. Press again to deactivate the function.
12. Neck
• Press once to enable the neck massage roller to move in clockwise direction. Press again to move
it in anticlockwise direction. By pressing the third time, it deactivates the neck massage roller function.
13. Kneading
• Press the button once to enable the massage roller to move up and down vertically. At the same time,
user can press the “upper back”, “lower back” and “spot massage” to select the massage region.
Press it again to deactivate the function and the corresponding light indicator stops illuminating.
14. Tapping
• Press the button consecutively to select tapping mode 1, 2 or 3. At the same time, user can press
the “upper back”, “lower back” and “spot massage” to select the massage region. Press it again to
deactivate the function and the corresponding light indicator stops illuminating.
15. Spot Massage
• Press the button once and the corresponding light indicator flashes for user to select the starting point
A for the massage roller. Press it once again, the corresponding light indicator illuminates continuously
for user to select the finishing point B for the massage roller. By pressing the third time, it clears off the
spot massage function and the corresponding light indicator stops illuminating.

03. Clean the cushion with a dry cloth.
Please turn off the unit, unplug the power plug from the power supply before cleaning and maintenance.
Use a dry cloth to clean the wooden frame of the massage chair to remove any dust accumulation.
04. Unzip the top zipper to remove the headrest cover. Clean the
headrest cover and the neck massage pillow with a dry cloth.
Then proceed to detach and remove the neck massage pillow
from the Velcro at the back of the unit.
• DO NOT disassemble the neck massage pillow, always keep it dry
and never soak or wash it with water to prevent neck massage
roller mechanism malfunction.
• DO NOT press or push hard against the back massage roller
mechanism to prolong the product lifespan and optimum performance.
• If user likes to clean the backrest cover with some mild
detergent, please unzip the zipper and detach the bottom
Velcro to remove the entire backrest cover from the unit prior
to cleaning.
05. Clean the backrest cover with a dry cloth and detach it from
the unit.
• DO NOT use any chemical, solvent, abrasive material or
metallic brush to clean the fabric cover.
06. Use a dry cloth to clean base structure of the
massage chair.
• DO NOT use any water, chemical, solvent, abrasive
material or metallic brush to clean the fabric cover and
massage roller mechanism.
• DO NOT disassemble the back massage roller
mechanism, always keep it dry and never soak or wash
it water to prevent back massage roller mechanism
malfunction.
• DO NOT press or push hard against the back massage
roller mechanism to prolong the product lifespan and
optimum performance.
• DO NOT use the unit in open air or humid place.
DO NOT expose the neck massage pillow to
direct sun or rain.

E-warranty registration is only applicable to customers in Singapore and stated countries who have purchased
novita product(s) from our authorised retailers or dealers. Please register your product’s warranty within 14
days from the date of original purchase. Upon successful registration, an acknowledgement email will be sent
to you. By submitting your e-warranty application, you have agreed to all the terms and conditions stated for
this warranty.

LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise specified, this limited warranty is valid for Product installed and purchased in Singapore and stated countries
for the period of 12 months on all parts commencing from the date of original purchase and does not include installation,
removal and reinstallation.
This product and all parts thereof are hereby guaranteed to the purchaser/user to be free from defects in material and
workmanship.
Please retain the original purchase receipt for verification purposes when required. To be eligible for limited warranty coverage,
Product has to be registered by the original end-user purchaser/user within 14 days from the date of purchase at
novita.com.sg/ewarranty.
This limited warranty is not transferable and shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser/user of this Product
and does not include cleaning of the Product during the specific period.
Eligibility for limited warranty coverage is limited to repair, or replacement of any parts (excluding consumable parts and
accessories exhausted through usage that may be packaged or sold together from the Product) which proves to be
manufacturing defects within the applicable limited warranty period.
Limited warranty coverage does not extend to damages and/or defects resulting from:
a. Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, or any manner of tampering.
b. Usage of wrong electrical supply/voltage.
c. Usage not in accordance with the operation instructions, maintenance and environmental instructions that are covered and
rescribed in the operating instructions manual.
d. Any unauthorized repairs.
e. Any alteration or modification made to the Product.
f. Exterior finish or cosmetic damage.
g. Normal usage wear and tear, finishes or consumables.
h. Corrosion, rusting or stains.
i. Improper transportation, inappropriate storage conditions or materials, improper ventilation, reconfiguration of the Product.
j. Operating the Product in an unattended manner.
k. Lacking of periodically Product servicing and preventative maintenance.
l. Losses, damages, defects and malfunctions caused by fire or acts of God.
This limited warranty does not apply/cover for:
a. Parts requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear, corrosion or stain.
b. Damage due to usage of other incompatibility equipment/solutions/accessories being used in conjunction with the covered
Product.
c. Transportation, delivery and incidental cost incurred in fulfilment of this limited warranty. The purchaser/user shall be fully
responsible for the due delivery of the Product for any repair work to novita and for the subsequent collection. Any Product to
be repaired must be sent to the service centre directly. No outdoor servicing will be provided. novita can provide collection
and return service and a transportation fee of S$36 is applicable.
This product is covered under standard carry-in limited warranty during normal business hours, excluding local holidays, and
can be performed either by novita or an appointed novita service provider. A service charge will be levied if damages and/or
defects are results from conditions stated under clause 06 & 07.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, novita shall not be in any way liable for any incidental or consequential, direct, indirect
damages whatsoever caused by the breach of any express, implied or statutory warranty or condition. Except to the extend
prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose is limited in
duration to the duration of the above limited warranty. novita disclaims all other warranties, conditions or representations,
express, implied, statutory or otherwise. novita shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use
or misuse of, or inability to use the product including incidental, special, consequential or similar damages or loss of revenue
or profits, failure to realize savings or other benefits, or for any breach of contract, fundamental or otherwise, or for any claim
brought against purchaser/user by any other party, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, and even if novita
has been advised of the possibility of such damages.not approved by novita for the use with the product.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the purchaser/user assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage or injury to
the purchaser/user and their property and to any third parties and their property arising out of the use, misuse, lack of periodic
servicing and proper maintenance or inability usage of the novita Product.
This limited warranty will be invalidated and rendered void upon the usage of any non-original filters/parts/accessories that is
not approved by novita for the use with the product.
This limited warranty is void if these rial number on the Product had been removed, erased, defaced, altered, tampered or is
illegible.
novita will repair or replace this product at their option and at no charge with new or reconditioned parts or Product if found to
be defective during the limited warranty period specified above. novita does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation
of the product. All replaced Product or part, or fully refunded Product, shall become the absolute property of novita and must
be returned to novita. Replacement parts and Products assume the remaining original limited warranty.
In the event that the Product is out of stock, obsolete or beyond repair, novita reserves all rights to replace the Product with
another similar value as deem appropriate, subject to availability. In no event shall any recovery against novita exceed the
actual price paid for the purchase of the Product.
novita reserves all rights to impose charges for services on the Product which are outside the perimeter of limited warranty
coverage. novita also reserve the right to decline Product servicing where the Product is obsolete, no longer deemed
serviceable or replaceable for any reason.
If any section, provision, clause, sentence or part thereof of this limited warranty is held to be void, invalid or unenforceable, it
shall be modified necessarily to make it valid and enforceable, and it shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

novita shall reserve the right to modify or change the terms and conditions herein due to change(s) in availability of Products
and/or spare parts or for the purposes of complying with applicable policies, rules, regulations and law, without prior notice.
With the proceeding of the Product usage, it means the purchaser/user have read, understood and agreed on the novita’s
Product usage and limited warranty terms and conditions and also acknowledged that novita’s limitations of liability are
reasonable and within the context and circumstances under which it is applied on.

Standard Extended Warranty is available on purchase at estore.novita.com.sg/MC-extended-warranty. An order
confirmation email of the Standard Extended Warranty will be sent to your registered email address within 7 working days
upon the receipt of your submission. Kindly note that, the extended warranty commencement date is based/from the date
of product purchase or installation; notwithstanding the date of extended warranty purchase.
