Prima dell’uso del dispositivo leggere e conservare le presenti istruzioni con attenzione.

Usare l’apparecchio solo per lo scopo a cui è destinato, altri usi diversi da quanto indicato in queste istruzioni sono

da intendersi pericolosi e la Ditta Costruttrice declina ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità per eventuali danni a persone,

animali o cose derivanti dalla mancata osservanza di questo avvertimento.

Il prodotto è destinato alla produzione di farine e spezzati destinati al consumo animale.

NORME DI SICUREZZA

Controllare i dati riportati sulla targhetta segnaletica dell’apparecchio,

accertarsi che la tensione nominale di rete e la potenza disponibili siano

adatte al suo funzionamento.

• Trattandosi di apparecchio elettrico non si dovrà mai toccarlo con le

mani bagnate o a piedi nudi.

• L’apparecchio è destinato al solo uso interno, l’eventuale contatto con

un getto d’acqua potrebbe provocare folgorazione

• Evitare l’uso improprio di prolunghe, mantenere le connessioni all’a-

sciutto

• Evitare che il cavo di alimentazione venga danneggiato e/o schiacciato

e proteggerlo da urti, spigoli, parti taglienti o in movimento.

• L’apparecchio non deve essere assolutamente utilizzato in ambienti a

rischio, ove sia possibile la saturazione di gas inammabili o possa veni-

re a contatto con liquidi inammabili.

• L’apparecchio durante l’uso non deve essere accessibile a bambini, ani-

mali e/o incapaci.

• Il locale dovrà essere ben areato per evitare le concentrazioni di polveri

dannose per la salute e/o che potrebbero incendiarsi.

• La pulizia o manutenzione dell’apparecchio dovrà essere eettuata se-

guendo le norme specicate nel paragrafo“MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA”

• Non spostare l’apparecchio tirandolo per il cavo d’alimentazione ed in

ogni caso, scollegare sempre la spina dalla presa di rete, prima di qual-

siasi spostamento

• Vericare l’ecienza dell’impianto di messa a terra, la messa a terra

dell’apparecchio è obbligatoria per Legge.

• Trattandosi d’apparecchio elettrico, nell’eventualità che s’incendi, per lo

spegnimento si devono utilizzare estintori a polveri e MAI ad acqua per

evitare folgorazioni.

• Nel caso l’apparecchio risulti danneggiato, non integro in tutte le sue

parti, non utilizzarlo.

• Le eventuali riparazioni, compresa la sostituzione del cavo d’alimenta-

zione, se danneggiato, dovranno essere eettuate, dal costruttore o dal

servizio di Assistenza tecnica o comunque da una persona con qualica

similare, in modo da prevenire ogni rischio.

• Nel caso in cui l’apparecchio sia considerato fuori servizio e volendolo

smaltire in una discarica autorizzata, si dovrà renderlo inoperante ta-

gliando il cavo di alimentazione il più vicino possibile al punto d’uscita

dell’apparecchio, ricordando di eettuare tale operazione solo se prima

si sarà scollegata la spina dalla presa di rete.

• Evitare di disperdere nell’ambiente le parti costituenti l’imballo e come

per l’apparecchio, non lasciarli alla portata dei bambini, dei minori, de-

gli incapaci o di animali.

• L’apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato da persone (inclusi bambini)

con ridotte capacità siche, sensoriali e/o mentali o con mancanza di

esperienza e conoscenza, a meno che non siano assistiti, supervisionati

o istruiti.

• I bambini non devono giocare con l’apparecchio e devono essere sem-

pre supervisionati.

• La pulizia e la manutenzione non devono essere eettuate da minori,

incapaci e/o persone con ridotte capacità siche e/o sensoriali senza

supervisione.

• L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato da minori di età superiore ai 12 anni

e da persone con ridotte capacità siche, sensoriali e/o mentali o con

mancanza di esperienza e conoscenza se supervisionati o istruiti all’uso

sicuro dell’apparecchio e informati sui pericoli connessi.

• La Casa Costruttrice Novital srl declina ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità

per eventuali danni a persone, animali o cose derivanti dalla mancata

osservanza di queste norme.

AVVERTENZE

Durante l’uso dell’apparecchio si devono indossare guanti da lavoro,

stivali, o scarpe antinfortunistiche, visiera protettiva, mascherina anti-

polvere e le cue per la protezione acustica delle orecchie in quanto il

rumore supera i 70 dbA (decibel).

• E’ sempre indispensabile togliere la spina dell’apparecchio dalla presa di

rete prima di eettuare qualunque intervento o manutenzione.

• Se il portello, il crivello oppure i volantini non sono ben ssati, il dispo-

sitivo a ‘tripla sicurezza’ di cui l’apparecchio è dotato, interrompe imme-

diatamente l’alimentazione elettrica dell’apparecchio, impedendo l’ac-

cesso accidentale alle parti in movimento; per questa ragione si dovrà

porre particolare attenzione al loro assemblaggio e non dovranno mai

essere eliminati e/o modicati.

• Nel caso del molino GOLIA 4V-DAVIDE 4V- MAGNUM 4V il motore è prov-

visto di dispositivo termico di interruzione della corrente a richiusura

automatica, per cui in caso di sovraccarico il motore si ferma automati-

camente per poi ripartire dopo qualche tempo. Ciò non è da considerarsi

normale, dunque è bene spegnere l’apparecchio, togliere la spina dalla

presa di rete e accertarsi delle cause prima della ripartenza.

• Nel caso del molino BRAVÓ4V, il motore è provvisto di dispositivo termi-

co di interruzione della corrente a richiusura manuale; dunque, in caso di

sovraccarico, il motore si ferma automaticamente. Ciò non è da conside-

rarsi normale pertanto, nel caso, è bene spegnere l’apparecchio, togliere

la spina dalla presa di rete e accertarsi delle cause. Solo dopo il ripristino

delle condizioni per l’uso corretto si potrà farlo ripartire premendo, dopo

aver attivato l’apparecchio, il pulsante di riarmo

Qualora non se ne individuino le cause e nel caso in cui il fatto si ripeta,

sarà necessario rivolgersi al Centro Assistenza autorizzato o alla Novital srl.

• Per il buon funzionamento dell’apparecchio si raccomanda di utilizzare

cereali e pane (nel caso in cui sia previsto) ben essiccati, puliti ed oppor-

tunamente selezionati.

• Il cereale non dovrà in nessun caso subire interventi per forzarne l’aus-

so no alle lame.

• Il livello di carico

questa operazione, spegnere l’apparecchio secondo le indicazioni con-

tenute in queste istruzioni, ricordando di chiudere la saracinesca

apparecchi che ne sono dotati, agendo sul volantino dedicato

• Non lasciare mai, anche se per un breve periodo, l’apparecchio incusto-

dito con il motore in funzione.

• Poiché l’apparecchio è dotato di lame rotanti, durante il funzionamento,

non introdurre mai ed in nessun caso le mani all’interno della bocca della

tramoggia.

• Durante il funzionamento tenere sempre mani e piedi lontani dalla boc-

ca di scarico del materiale anche nel caso di apparecchi dotati di conte-

nitore antipolvere per il prodotto macinato.

• Fare molta attenzione a non introdurre nella bocca della tramoggia parti

metalliche o corpi duri (come sassi, bulloni, vetro, plastica, legno) poiché

potrebbero danneggiare irrimediabilmente le parti di taglio e soprattut-

to il motore.

INFORMAZIONI GENERALI

Il molino elettrico serve per macinare i cereali, tra cui il mais, la segale,

l’avena, l’orzo e nel caso sia predisposto anche il pane e altri simili, con la

possibilità di ottenere il prodotto macinato più o meno farinoso. I molini

sono sostenuti da tre gambe per conferire stabilità durante il funziona-

mento, facilitare le operazioni di assemblaggio e/o sostituzione dei crivelli

e di utilizzo e/o asporto del contenitore antipolvere di raccolta del macina-

to, si dovrà dunque montarle correttamente, assicurandosi che siano ben

ssate nelle proprie sedi.

Utilizzando i crivelli in dotazione si producono, macinati di varie grossez-

ze, destinati all’alimentazione animale.

Per la produzione di sfarinati più ni, è possibile richiedere crivelli appositi

(non in dotazione).

I modelli di molino Davide – Golia e Magnum sono ideali per produrre maggior quantità di sfarinati rispetto agli spezzati.

Il molino Bravò è ideale per produrre maggior quantità di spezzati rispetto agli sfarinati.

Il contenitore antipolvere per il prodotto macinato ha il manico per il trasporto ed un innovativo coperchio che si richiude automaticamente al momento

dello sgancio dall’apparecchio permettendo di conservare ottimamente il prodotto macinato per il tempo necessario. Il dispositivo a “tripla sicurezza” di

cui l’apparecchio è dotato, impedisce l’accesso accidentale alle parti in movimento, interrompendo immediatamente l’alimentazione elettrica all’apparec-

chio, impedendo in ogni modo l’accensione accidentale. In caso di sovraccarico, tutti gli apparecchi hanno il motore protetto, da un dispositivo termico di

interruzione della corrente a richiusura automatica o a richiusura manuale

(vd. FIG. 1 -E)

ASSEMBLEAGGIO + FUNZIONAMENTO

• Togliere dall’imballo l’apparecchio e controllare che tutto sia integro.

• Posizionare l’apparecchio su una supercie piana.

• Assemblare le eventuali parti in dotazione

ATTENZIONE

• Per la macinazione dei cereali è consigliato avviare a vuoto il molino

(DAVIDE e GOLIA), qualora non si possa fare diversamente, l’apparec-

chio può essere avviato sotto carico.

• Nel caso del molino MAGNUM 4V per macinare il pane e nel caso del

L’inosservanza di questa norma comporta l’eventuale avviamento a cari-

impurità ed opportunamente selezionato.

MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA

Prima di eettuare qualsiasi intervento di manutenzione, regolazione o

pulizia, spegnere sempre l’apparecchio agendo sull’interruttore, staccare

la spina dalla presa di rete ed attendere che il motore si arresti.

Dopo ogni utilizzo, per mantenere l’apparecchio sempre eciente, è uti-

le eettuare un’accurata pulizia con una spazzola e/o panno, utilizzando

un getto di aria compressa, senza utilizzare sostanze liquide.

Assicurarsi che le sedi degli accessori (crivello, volantino…) siano ben s-

sati e privi di materiale risultante dalla macinazione

La manutenzione deve intendersi limitata ai normali controlli periodici

sia delle parti in movimento che del cavo d’alimentazione e delle parti

elettriche esterne all’apparecchio, per accertarne un eventuale loro dan-

neggiamento od usura.

La pulizia e la manutenzione non devono essere eettuate da minori,

incapaci e/o persone con ridotte capacità siche e/o sensoriali senza su-

pervisione.

Nel caso in cui l’apparecchio risulti essere danneggiato non dovrà essere

utilizzato.

Nel momento in cui le lame risultino usurate, per la sostituzione rivolgersi

solo a personale qualicato o presso un Centro di Assistenza autorizzato,

o direttamente alla Novital.

INFORMAZIONE AGLI UTENTI

In attuazione delle Direttive 2011/65/UE e 2012/19/UE relative

alla riduzione dell’uso di sostanze pericolose nelle apparec-

chiature elettriche ed elettroniche, nonché allo smaltimento

dei riuti, il simbolo del cassonetto barrato, qui rappresentato

e riportato sull’apparecchio indica che il prodotto alla ne della propria

vita utile deve essere raccolto separatamente dagli altri riuti.

• L’utente dovrà, pertanto, conferire l’apparecchio giunto a ne vita agli

idonei centri di raccolta dierenziata dei riuti elettronici ed elettrotec-

nici, oppure riconsegnarlo al rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di

un nuovo apparecchio di tipo equivalente, in ragione di uno a uno.

• L’adeguata raccolta dierenziata per l’avvio successivo dell’apparec-

chio dismesso al riciclaggio, al trattamento e allo smaltimento ambien-

talmente compatibile, contribuisce ad evitare possibili eetti negativi

sull’ambiente e sulla salute, e favorisce il riciclo dei materiali di cui è

composto l’apparecchio.

• Lo smaltimento abusivo da parte dell’utente comporta l’applicazione

delle sanzioni amministrative previste dalle leggi vigenti.

• Le informazioni relative alla corretta procedura dei sistemi di raccolta

disponibili si dovranno richiedere al Servizio Locale di Smaltimento Ri-

uti, o presso il negozio d’acquisto.

ESCLUSIONE DI RESPONSABILITÁ

In seguito ad aggiornamenti, modiche e/o innovazioni tecniche, parte

delle istruzioni, delle speciche e delle immagini comprese nella presen-

te documentazione potrebbero dierire. Gli elementi ivi descritti sono

da intendersi unicamente a titolo illustrativo e potrebbero non essere

applicabili al Vostro caso specico. Non è possibile ottenere diritti legali o

rivendicazioni dalla descrizione eettuata nel presente manuale.

di questa garanzia sono conformi ai requisiti previsti dalle Direttive

Comunitarie Europee e dal Codice Civile Italiano, per cui si intende valida

in Italia e nei Paesi dell’Unione Europea. Novital s.r.l. estende la validità

di questa garanzia a tutti i paesi al di fuori dell’Unione Europea, salvo

condizioni speciche previste dalle leggi di quei Paesi, che l’importatore

dovrà preventivamente comunicare a Novital s.r.l.; sarà facoltà di Novital

s.r.l. decidere e concordare l’eventuale opportuna modica.

La garanzia è valida per la durata prevista dalle vigenti leggi. La durata

della garanzia decorrerà dalla data di consegna del prodotto, comprovata

dal relativo documento di acquisto (scontrino scale, fattura o ricevuta

scale). Nel caso in cui sul documento di acquisto non venga indicato il

nome del prodotto, il venditore dovrà compilare il presente certicato di

garanzia, apponendovi il timbro, la rma, la data di consegna e scrivere il

nome e codice del prodotto oggetto della garanzia stessa.

Il consumatore deve preventivamente esercitare i suoi diritti tramite il

venditore del prodotto, al quale la presente garanzia si estende ai sensi

di legge.

Il documento di acquisto e, se necessario anche il CERTIFICATO DI

GARANZIA per identicare il prodotto, dovranno essere presentati

all’importatore, ovvero alternativamente a Novital s.r.l. ogni qualvolta si

renda necessario un intervento.

La denuncia del difetto del prodotto deve pervenire all’importatore,

ovvero a Novital s.r.l. in ogni caso entro due mesi dalla scoperta del

difetto stesso.

Il prodotto dovrà essere fatto pervenire per intero e non già il solo

componente ritenuto difettoso, salva autorizzazione scritta da Novital

s.r.l. – presso l’importatore od il produttore ovvero alla Ditta autorizzata

da Novital s.r.l., a rischio e pericolo del cliente ed a cura e spese del

cliente stesso, con mezzo di trasporto preventivamente autorizzato da

Novital s.r.l.. Qualora il prodotto, ad insindacabile giudizio del produttore,

dovesse risultare viziato da difetto originario di materiale o di lavorazione,

o comunque coperto dalla garanzia ai sensi di legge, verrà riparato o

sostituito presso il predetto produttore, importatore o Ditta autorizzata.

Resta inteso che, in ogni caso, nessun rimborso verrà riconosciuto in caso

di mancanza di vizio o difetto del prodotto: il produttore si riserva invece

la facoltà di addebitare al cliente le spese sostenute, in proprio o a mezzo

importatore o ditta autorizzata, per la richiesta di intervento in garanzia

in assenza dei presupposti.

Novital s.r.l. si riserva il diritto di applicare a propria discrezione il rimedio

più congruo previsto dalla normativa vigente e applicabile in caso di

riconosciuto difetto del prodotto, fra cui si annovera quello di sostituire

il prodotto in vece di veder dichiarata la risoluzione del contratto. Fermo

quanto sopra, Novital s.r.l., produttore dell’apparecchio e titolare del

marchio, si oppone ed, in ogni caso, non autorizza la commercializzazione

nei Paesi dello Spazio Economico Europeo degli apparecchi e propri

prodotti messi in commercio al di fuori di questi.

Non sono coperti da garanzia:

a. Prodotti per cui non sia comprovata la data di consegna e/o il tipo di

prodotto oggetto della garanzia come sopra specicato.

b. Avarie dovute al trasporto (gra, ammaccature, rotture e simili).

c. Spedizioni avvenute con mezzo non preventivamente autorizzato da

Novital s.r.l.

d. Danni causati dalla mancata osservanza delle ISTRUZIONI D’USO,

DALL’USO IMPROPRIO di montaggio o installazione, da un’errata

installazione dell’apparecchio o da inconvenienti originati

dall’insucienza o dall’inadeguatezza degli impianti elettrici o altri

impianti, oppure derivanti da condizioni ambientali, climatiche

o di altra natura o mediante adamento del prodotto a minori o

persone palesemente inidonee all’utilizzazione o manipolazione

del prodotto medesimo; si precisa che Novital s.r.l., l’importatore o

la Ditta autorizzata non eseguono, in nessun caso, l’installazione o il

montaggio del prodotto.

e. Guasti dovuti a trascuratezza, mancato rispetto delle norme di

manutenzione previste nel manuale istruzioni o di comune esperienza,

negligenza, incapacità d’uso, manomissioni o riparazioni eettuate da

personale non autorizzato dal produttore, applicazione di accessori

non originali o utilizzazione del prodotto a ni diversi o palesemente

incompatibili rispetto a quelli per cui è stato ideato.

f. Parti in vetro, lampadine, termometri e tutti gli eventuali accessori,

salvo quanto previsto dalle norme a tutela del consumatore ove

applicabili.

g. Tutte quelle parti che Novital s.r.l. riterrà soggette a normale

deterioramento d’uso.

h. L’installazione, la regolazione delle apparecchiature, le consulenze, le

veriche non giusticate e la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.

i. Consulenze, veriche, perizie od altra attività di parte non autorizzata

da Novital s.r.l..

j. I danni indiretti per perdita di materiale avvenuta in conseguenza del

difetto del prodotto, come, ad esempio, uova inserite o da inserire

nelle incubatrici, ovvero ulteriori danni a cose e/o persone e/o animali.

I limiti di tempo per eettuare la riparazione o la sostituzione delle parti

saranno contenuti in limiti di ragionevolezza in relazione alle esigenze

organizzative del produttore, importatore o dell’eventuale Ditta che ne

curerà l’assistenza, anche in considerazione dei mezzi di trasporto e/o

spedizione che verranno utilizzati.

Le riparazioni che saranno eettuate in garanzia non prolungano e non

rinnovano la garanzia stessa. I componenti che Novital s.r.l. (direttamente

o a mezzo importatore o Ditta autorizzata) riterrà di sostituire in garanzia,

diverranno automaticamente di sua proprietà.

Si richiamano le norme del Codice Civile preposte alla tutela del

consumatore, che devono intendersi in ogni caso ecaci- solamente ove

applicabili – indipendentemente da altre previsioni contenute in questa

garanzia.

NON ESISTE ALCUNA GARANZIA AGGIUNTIVA ESPLICITA O IMPLICITA.

Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il Foro di Busto Arsizio – Italia

• It is always essential to remove the device plug from the socket before

carrying out any intervention or maintenance.

• If the door, the sieve or the handwheels are not properly secured, the

‘triple safety’ unit with which the device is equipped cuts o the de-

vice’s power supply immediately, thus preventing accidental access to

moving parts; for this reason, special attention must be paid to their

assembly and they must never be eliminated and/or modied.

• In the case of the GOLIA 4V-DAVIDE 4V- MAGNUM 4V mill, the engine

is equipped with an automatic reclosing current cut-o thermal device,

so that in the event of an overload, the engine stops automatically and

then restarts after some time. This is not to be considered normal; the-

refore, it is advisable to switch o the device, remove the plug from the

mains socket and check for the causes before restarting.

• In the case of the BRAVÒ 4V mill, the engine is equipped with a thermal

current cut-o device with manual reclosing; therefore, in the event of

an overload, the engine stops automatically. This is not to be conside-

red normal, therefore, if it does, it is advisable to switch o the device,

remove the plug from the mains socket and check for the causes.

Only after the conditions for correct use have been restored it can be

restarted by pressing, after activating the device, the reset button

(g)

. If the causes cannot be identied and if the fact repe-

ats, it will be necessary to contact the authorized Assistance Center or

Novital srl.

• For the correct operation of the device, it is recommended to use well

dried, clean and suitably selected cereals and bread (if provided).

• The cereal must in no case undergo interventions to force its ow up to

the blades.

• Never leave the device unattended with the engine running, even for a

short time.

• Since the device is equipped with rotating blades, during operation,

never and under any circumstances introduce your hands inside the

mouth of the hopper.

• During operation, always keep hands and feet away from the material

discharge mouth, even in the case of devices equipped with a dust-

proof container for the ground product.

• Be very careful not to introduce metal parts or hard bodies (such as

stones, bolts, glass, plastic, wood) into the mouth of the hopper as they

could irreparably damage the cutting parts and above all the engine.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The electric mill is used to grind cereals, including corn, rye, oats, barley

and, if prepared, also bread and the like, with the possibility of obtaining

a more or less oury ground product. The mills are supported by three

legs to give stability during operation, facilitate the operations of assem-

bly and/or replacement of the sieves and use and/or removal of the dust

collection container of the ground; you will, therefore, have to assemble

them correctly, thus making sure that they are well xed in their seats.

Using the supplied sieves, ground products of various sizes are produced

for animal feed.

For the production of ner ours, you can request special sieves (not sup-

plied).

Before starting up the device, it is absolutely essential to read all the instructions, warnings and safety regulations.

Use the device only for the purpose for which it is intended. Uses other than those indicated in these instructions are to

be considered dangerous and the Manufacturer declines any and all responsibility for any damage to people, animals or

property deriving from failure to observe this warning.

The product is intended for the production of our and stews for animal consumption..

SAFETY REGULATIONS

Check the data shown on the device data plate and make sure that the

rated mains voltage and the power available are suitable for its opera-

tion.

• Since it is an electrical device, it must never be touched with wet hands

or bare feet.

• The device is intended for internal use only, any contact with a jet of

water could cause electrocution

• Avoid improper use of extension cords, keep connections dry

• Prevent the power cable from being damaged and/or crushed and pro-

tect it from bumps, edges, sharp or moving parts.

• The device must absolutely not be used in hazardous environments,

where saturation with ammable gases is possible or where it can come

into contact with ammable liquids.

. During use, the device must not be accessible to children, animals and/

or incapable people.

• The room must be well ventilated to avoid concentrations of dust that

are harmful to health and/or that could catch re.

• The cleaning or maintenance of the device must be carried out fol-

lowing the rules specied in the paragraph titled“MAINTENANCE AND

CLEANING”.

• Do not move the device by pulling it by the power cable and, in any

case, always disconnect the plug from the mains socket before any

handling.

• Check the eciency of the earthing system; the earthing of the device

is mandatory by law.

• Since it is an electrical device, in the event that it catches re, to switch

it o, powder and NEVER water extinguishers must be used to avoid

electrocution.

• If the device is damaged or not intact in all its parts, do not use it.

• Any repairs, including the replacement of the power cable, if damaged,

must be carried out by the manufacturer or by the Technical Assistance

service or, in any case, by a person with similar qualications, in order to

prevent any risk.

• In the event that the device is considered out of service and you wish to

dispose of it in an authorized landll, you must make it inoperative by

cutting the power cable as close as possible to the outlet point of the

device, thus remembering to carry out this operation only if before the

plug will have been removed from the mains socket.

• Avoid dispersing the packaging parts in the environment and, as with

the device, do not leave them within the reach of children, minors, the

incapable beings or animals.

• The device must not be used by people (including children) with redu-

ced physical, sensory and/or mental capabilities or lack of experience

and knowledge, unless they are assisted, supervised or instructed.

• Children must not play with the device and must always be supervised.

• Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by minors, incapa-

ble beings and/or people with reduced physical and/or sensory capabi-

lities without supervision.

• The device can be used by minors over the age of 12 and by people

with reduced physical, sensory and/or mental capabilities or with lack

of experience and knowledge if supervised or instructed in the safe use

of the device and informed about the dangers involved.

• The manufacturer Novital srl declines any and all responsibility for any

damage to people, animals or property deriving from failure to observe

these rules.

WARNINGS

When using the device, wear work gloves, boots or safety shoes, a

protective visor, a dust mask and hearing protectors since the noise

exceeds 70 dbA (decibels).

The Davide – Golia and Magnum mill models are ideal for producing a greater quantity of ours than stews.

The Bravò mill is ideal for producing a greater quantity of stews than our.

The dustproof container for the ground product has a handle for transport and an innovative lid that closes automatically when it is unhooked from the

device, thus allowing the ground product to be optimally preserved for the necessary time. The‘triple safety’ unit with which the device is equipped pre-

vents accidental access to moving parts, immediately cutting o the power supply to the device and preventing accidental ignition in any way.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Before carrying out any maintenance, adjustment or cleaning operation,

always switch o the device using the switch, remove the plug from the

mains socket and wait for the engine to stop.

After each use, to keep the device always ecient, it is advisable to carry

out a thorough cleaning with a brush and/or cloth, using a jet of com-

pressed air, without using liquid substances.

Make sure that the seats of the accessories (sieve, handwheel…) are well

xed and free of material resulting from the grinding.

Maintenance must be considered limited to the normal periodic checks

of both the moving parts and the power cable and the electrical parts

external to the device, to ascertain any damage or wear.

Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by minors, incapable

beings and/or people with reduced physical and/or sensory capabilities

without supervision.

If the device is damaged, it must not be used.

When the blades are worn out, contact qualied personnel only or an

authorized Service Centre, or directly Novital for replacement.

INFORMATION TO USERS

In implementation of Directives 2011/65/EU and 2012/19/EU

relating to the reduction of the use of dangerous substances in

electrical and electronic equipment, as well as waste disposal,

the symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin, shown here and

on the device indicates that the product at the end of its useful life must

be collected separately from other waste.

• The user must, therefore, deliver the device that has reached the end of

its life to the appropriate dierentiated collection centers for electronic

and electrotechnical waste, or return it to the retailer when purchasing a

new device of an equivalent type, at the rate of one to one.

• Adequate dierentiated collection for the subsequent sending of the

decommissioned device to environmentally compatible recycling, tre-

atment and disposal, helps to avoid possible negative eects on the

environment and on health, and favors the recycling of the materials of

which the device is made.

• Illegal disposal by the user involves the application of the administrative

sanctions envisaged by the laws in force.

• Information relating to the correct procedure of the available collec-

tion systems must be requested from the Local Waste Disposal Service,

or from the purchase shop.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Following updates, changes and/or technical innovations, part of the

instructions, specications and images included in this documentation

may dier. The elements described herein are intended for illustrative

purposes only and may not be applicable to your specic case. No legal

rights or claims can be derived from the description given in this manual.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Novital s.r.l. (the manufacturer) certies that the product(s) that are subject

to this warranty comply with the requirements that are established by

European Community Directives and by the Italian Civil Code; therefore,

it is considered valid in Italy and in the countries of the European Union.

Novital s.r.l. extends the validity of this warranty to all countries out of the

European Union, except in case of specic conditions that are provided

for by the laws of the above-mentioned countries, which the importer

must previously communicate to Novital s.r.l.; Novital s.r.l. will be entitled

to decide and agree upon a suitable modication, if any.

The warranty will be valid for the duration that is provided for by the laws

in force. The duration of the warranty will start on the date of product

delivery, which has to be proven by the relevant purchase document

(till receipt, invoice or tax receipt). If the purchase document does not

specify the name of the product, the seller will have to ll in this warranty

certicate and ax the stamp, the signature, the delivery date and write

the name and the code of the product being subject to the warranty.

The consumer must previously exercise his/her own rights by means

of the seller of the product that is subject to this warranty extension

pursuant to the law.

The purchase document and, if necessary, also the WARRANTY

CERTIFICATE to identify the product, must be submitted to the importer,

or rather, as an alternative, to Novital s.r.l. any time the device must

undergo an intervention.

The claim about the defect of the product must be sent to the importer,

or rather to Novital s.r.l., at any rate within two months from the detection

of the same defect. The product must be sent - fully and not only the

component that is considered defective, except in case of written

authorisation by Novital s.r.l. - to the importer or the manufacturer

or rather to the Company that was authorised by Novital s.r.l., at the

customer’s own risk and at the expense of the same customer, with a

means of transport that was previously authorised by Novital s.r.l.

If the product, at the manufacturer’s discretion, proves to be aected

by a material or processing defect or, at any rate, it is covered by the

warranty by law, it will be repaired or replaced by the above-mentioned

anufacturer, importer or authorised Company. It is understood that, in

any case, no reimbursement will be acknowledged in case there is no

product defect: on the contrary, the manufacturer reser-es the right

to charge the expenses that were borne (on its own or by means of an

importer or authorised company) to the customer for the request of

intervention under warranty conditions in case the preconditions are not

met.

Novital s.r.l. reserves the right to apply, at its own discretion, the most

appropriate remedy that is provided for by the standards in force and

applicable in case of a proven product defect, which includes the

replacement of the product instead of declaring the termination of the

contract. Without prejudice to the above, Novital s.r.l., the manufacturer

of the device and the owner of the brand, rejects and never authorises

the marketing - within the countries of the European Economic Area -

of the devices and the relevant products that are marketed out of such

countries.

The warranty will not cover:

a. Products without a proven delivery date and/or type of product

subject to the warranty, as specied above.

b. Faults that are caused by transport operations (scratches, dents, breaks

and similar).

c. Shipments that were carried out with means that were not previously

authorised by Novital s.r.l.

d. Damages that are caused by the non-compliance with USER

INSTRUCTIONS, IMPROPER USE during assembly or installation

operations, an incorrect installation of the device or problems that

are caused by insucient or unsuitable wiring or other systems, or

rather caused by environmental and climate conditions or other types

of conditions or by giving the product to minors or people that are

clearly unsuitable to use or handle it; it is necessary to specify that

Novital s.r.l., the importer or the authorised company will never carry

out the installation or the assembly of the product.

e. Failures that are caused by carelessness, non-compliance with the

maintenance standards that are provided for in the instruction manual

or commonly known, negligence, inability of use, tampering with or

repairs that are carried out by personnel who was not authorised by

the manufacturer, application of non-genuine accessories or use of

the product for purposes other than or clearly incompatible with the

intended use.

f. Glass components, bulbs, thermometers and all possible accessories,

without prejudice to the provisions that are established by the

standards that protect the consumer, when applicable.

g. All components that Novital s.r.l. will consider normal wear parts.

h. The installation, the adjustment of the equipment, consulting services,

unjustied checks, as well as ordinary and extraordinary maintenance

interventions.

i. Party-appointed consulting services, evaluations or other activities

that were not authorised by Novital s.r.l.

j. The indirect damages caused by the loss of material, which occurred

as a consequence of the product defect, such as for example eggs that

were inserted or to be inserted into the incubators, or rather additional

damages to property and/or injuries to people and/or animals.

The time limits to perform the repair or the replacement of the parts will

be subject to good-sense criteria according to the organisational needs

of the manufacturer, the importer or the possible Company that will deal

with the customer service, also considering transport and/or shipment

means that are going to be used.

The repairs that are carried out under warranty conditions will not

extend and will not renew the warranty. The components that Novital

s.r.l. (directly or by means of an importer or authorised Company) decides

to replace under warranty conditions will automatically become Novital’s

property.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

Vérier les données gurant sur la plaque signalétique de l’appareil et

s’assurer que la tension nominale du réseau et la puissance disponibles

sont adaptées à son fonctionnement.

• Étant donné qu’il s’agit d’un appareil électrique, il ne faut jamais le tou-

cher avec les mains mouillées ou les pieds nus.

• L’appareil est destiné à être utilisé à l’intérieur uniquement ; tout con-

tact avec un jet d’eau peut provoquer une électrocution.

• Éviter toute utilisation abusive de rallonges et garder les connexions au

sec.

• Éviter que le cordon d’alimentation ne soit endommagé et/ou écrasé et

le protéger des chocs, des arêtes et des pièces coupantes ou mobiles.

• L’appareil ne doit absolument pas être utilisé dans des environnements

dangereux où la saturation en gaz inammables ou le contact avec des

liquides inammables est possible.

• Lors de son utilisation, l’appareil ne doit pas être accessible aux enfants,

aux animaux et/ou aux personnes en situation de handicap.

• La pièce doit être bien aérée pour éviter toute concentration de pous-

sières nocives pour la santé et/ou susceptibles de s’enammer.

• Le nettoyage ou l’entretien de l’appareil doit être eectué con-

formément aux règles spéciées dans le paragraphe « ENTRETIEN ET

NETTOYAGE ».

• Ne pas déplacer l’appareil en le tirant par le cordon d’alimentation et

toujours débrancher la che de la prise de courant avant de déplacer

l’appareil.

• Vérier l’ecacité du système de mise à la terre ; la mise à la terre de

l’appareil est obligatoire selon la loi.

• Étant donné qu’il s’agit d’un appareil électrique, en cas d’incendie, uti-

liser des extincteurs à poudre, mais JAMAIS des extincteurs à eau an

d’éviter toute électrocution.

• Si l’appareil est endommagé ou si certaines de ses parties ne sont pas

intactes, ne pas l’utiliser.

• Toute réparation, y compris le remplacement du cordon d’alimentation,

s’il est endommagé, doit être eectuée par le fabricant ou par le service

d’assistance technique ou, dans tous les cas, par une personne ayant

des qualications similaires, an d’éviter tout risque.

• Si l’appareil est considéré comme étant hors service et que vous souhai-

tez l’éliminer dans une décharge autorisée, vous devez le rendre inuti-

lisable en coupant le cordon d’alimentation le plus près possible de la

che de l’appareil, en eectuant cette opération seulement après avoir

débranché la prise de courant.

• Éviter de jeter dans l’environnement les pièces de l’emballage et, com-

me pour l’appareil, ne pas les laisser à la portée des enfants, des mi-

neurs, des personnes en situation de handicap ou des animaux.

- L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé par des personnes (y compris des

enfants) dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles et/ou mentales

sont réduites ou qui manquent d’expérience et de connaissances, à

moins qu’elles ne soient assistées, supervisées ou formées.

- Les enfants ne doivent pas jouer avec l’appareil et doivent toujours

être surveillés.

- Le nettoyage et l’entretien ne doivent pas être eectués par des mi-

neurs, des personnes en situation de handicap et/ou des personnes

aux capacités physiques et/ou sensorielles réduites sans surveillan-

ce.

- L’appareil peut être utilisé par des mineurs de plus de 12 ans et par

des personnes ayant des capacités physiques, sensorielles et/ou

mentales réduites ou manquant d’expérience et de connaissances, à

condition qu’ils soient supervisés ou formés sur l’utilisation en toute

sécurité de l’appareil et informés des dangers encourus.

• Le fabricant Novital srl décline toute responsabilité pour tout domma-

ge aux personnes, aux animaux ou aux biens résultant du non-respect

de ces règles.

AVERTISSEMENTS

Durant l’utilisation de l’appareil, porter des gants de travail, des bottes

ou des chaussures de sécurité, un écran facial, un masque anti-pous-

sière et un casque anti-bruit car le bruit dépasse 70 dbA (décibels).

• Il est toujours indispensable de retirer la che de l’appareil de la prise de

courant avant d’eectuer toute intervention ou tout entretien.

• Si la trappe, le crible ou les volants ne sont pas bien xés, le dispositif à

« triple sécurité » dont l’appareil est équipé coupe immédiatement l’ali-

mentation électrique de l’appareil, empêchant tout accès accidentel aux

parties mobiles. C’est pourquoi il convient d’être particulièrement vigi-

lant lors de leur assemblage et de ne jamais les retirer et/ou les modier.

• Dans le cas du moulin GOLIA 4V-DAVIDE 4V- MAGNUM 4V, le moteur est

équipé d’un dispositif thermique de coupure de courant à réenclenche-

ment automatique, de sorte qu’en cas de surcharge, le moteur s’arrête

automatiquement et redémarre après un certain temps. Cela ne doit pas

être considéré comme normal. Il est donc préférable d’éteindre l’appa-

reil, de retirer la che de la prise de courant et d’en déterminer les causes

avant le redémarrage.

• Dans le cas du moulin BRAVÒ 4V, le moteur est équipé d’un dispositif

thermique de coupure de courant à réenclenchement manuel, de sor-

te qu’en cas de surcharge, le moteur s’arrête automatiquement. Cela ne

doit pas être considéré comme normal. C’est pourquoi, dans ce cas, il est

préférable d’éteindre l’appareil, de retirer la che de la prise de courant

et d’en déterminer les causes. Ce n’est qu’après le rétablissement des

conditions d’utilisation correctes que l’appareil pourra être redémarré

en appuyant, après avoir activé l’appareil, sur le bouton de réenclenche-

ment

(g) (cf. FIG. 1 – E).

Si les causes ne peuvent être identiées et si l’événement se reproduit, il

sera nécessaire de contacter le centre d’assistance agréé ou Novital srl.

• Pour que l’appareil fonctionne correctement, il est recommandé d’utili-

ser des céréales et du pain (le cas échéant) bien secs, propres et correcte-

ment sélectionnés.

• En aucun cas, les céréales ne doivent être soumises à une quelconque

intervention pour les forcer à atteindre les lames.

• Le niveau de charge

• Ne jamais laisser l’appareil sans surveillance avec le moteur en marche,

même pour une courte durée.

• L’appareil étant équipé de lames rotatives, ne jamais introduire, en au-

cun cas, les mains à l’intérieur de l’entrée de la trémie pendant le fon-

ctionnement.

• Toujours garder ses mains et ses pieds loin de la bouche de sortie du

matériau pendant le fonctionnement, même en cas d’appareils équipés

d’un conteneur anti-poussière pour le produit broyé.

• Faire très attention à ne pas introduire de pièces métalliques ou de corps

durs (comme des cailloux, des boulons, du verre, du plastique ou du

bois) dans la bouche d’entrée de la trémie car ils pourraient endomma-

ger irrémédiablement les pièces de coupe et surtout le moteur.

INFORMATIONS GÉNÉRALES

Le moulin électrique est utilisé pour broyer les céréales, notamment le

maïs, le seigle, l’avoine, l’orge et, si cela est prévu, le pain et autres pro-

duits similaires, avec la possibilité d’obtenir un produit broyé plus ou

moins farineux. Les moulins sont soutenus par trois pieds an d’assurer

une bonne stabilité pendant le fonctionnement, faciliter le montage et/

ou le remplacement des cribles et l’utilisation et/ou le retrait du conteneur

anti-poussière destiné à recueillir le matériau broyé. Ils devront donc être

montés correctement, en veillant à ce qu’ils soient solidement xés dans

leur emplacement.

En utilisant les cribles fournis, des produits moulus de diérentes tailles

sont produits pour l’alimentation animale.

Pour la production de farines plus nes, des cribles spéciaux peuvent être demandés (non fournis).

Les modèles de moulin Davide – Golia et Magnum sont parfaits pour produire une plus grande quantité de farines par rapport aux produits concassés.

Le moulin Bravò est idéal pour produire une plus grande quantité de produits concassés par rapport aux farines.

Le conteneur anti-poussière pour le produit broyé est pourvu d’une poignée de transport et d’un couvercle innovant qui se referme automatiquement

lorsqu’il est détaché de l’appareil, ce qui permet de conserver le produit broyé de manière optimale aussi longtemps que nécessaire.

Le dispositif à « triple sécurité » dont l’appareil est équipé empêche l’accès accidentel aux pièces mobiles, en coupant immédiatement l’alimentation élec-

trique de l’appareil et empêchant tout démarrage accidentel. En cas de surcharge, tous les appareils ont le moteur protégé par un dispositif thermique de

coupure du courant à réenclenchement automatique ou manuel

(cf. FIG. 1 -E)

ATTENTION

• Pour le broyage des céréales, il est recommandé de démarrer le moulin

(DAVIDE et GOLIA) à vide ; si cela n’est pas possible, l’appareil peut être

démarré en charge.

• Dans le cas du moulin MAGNUM 4V pour broyer le pain et dans le cas

du moulin BRAVC 4V, le démarrage doit toujours être eectué à vide et

avec la vanne (r) en position fermée, en utilisant le volant prévu à cet

eet

Le non-respect de cette règle peut entraîner le démarrage du moteur

susceptible de causer des dommages pour lesquels le fabricant décline

toute responsabilité.

• Chargement des céréales dans l’appareil:

- Veiller à ce que les céréales soient bien sèches, propres, sans paille

et/ou sans impuretés et correctement sélectionnées.

- Verser les céréales dans la trémie prévue à cet eet

fermée pour éviter le ux de céréales vers les lames, ce qui permet de

vider les céréales de la chambre de broyage.

sec se pulvérise facilement, sans qu’il soit possible de déterminer sa

ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE

Avant d’eectuer toute intervention d’entretien, de réglage ou de net-

toyage, toujours éteindre l’appareil à l’aide de l’interrupteur. Débrancher

la che de la prise de courant et attendre que le moteur s’arrête.

Après chaque utilisation, pour que l’appareil reste toujours fonctionnel,

il est utile d’eectuer un nettoyage approfondi avec une brosse et/ou un

chion, en utilisant un jet d’air comprimé, mais sans utiliser de substan-

ces liquides.

Veiller à ce que les emplacements des accessoires (crible, volant, ...) so-

ient bien xés et sans matériau provenant du broyage.

L’entretien doit se limiter aux contrôles périodiques normaux des pièces

mobiles, du câble d’alimentation et des pièces électriques externes à

l’appareil, an de déterminer s’ils sont endommagés ou usés.

Le nettoyage et l’entretien ne doivent pas être eectués par des mineurs,

des personnes en situation de handicap et/ou des personnes aux capa-

cités physiques et/ou sensorielles réduites sans surveillance.

Si l’appareil est endommagé, il ne doit pas être utilisé.

Si les lames sont usées, pour leur remplacement s’adresser uniquement à

du personnel qualié ou à un centre d’assistance agréé, ou directement

à Novital.

INFORMATIONS AUX UTILISATEURS

En application des directives 2011/65/UE et 2012/19/UE re-

latives à la réduction de l’utilisation de substances dange-

reuses dans les équipements électriques et électroniques et

à l’élimination des déchets, le symbole de la poubelle barrée,

représenté ici et gurant sur l’appareil, indique qu’à la n de sa vie utile,

le produit doit être collecté séparément des autres déchets.

• L’utilisateur doit donc remettre l’appareil en n de vie aux centres de

collecte appropriés pour les déchets électroniques et électrotechni-

ques, ou le remettre au revendeur lors de l’achat d’un nouvel appareil

de type équivalent, à raison d’un à la fois.

• Une collecte séparée appropriée pour le recyclage ultérieur, le traite-

ment et l’élimination compatible avec l’environnement de l’appareil

mis au rebut contribue à éviter d’éventuels eets négatifs sur l’environ-

nement et la santé et favorise le recyclage des matériaux qui le com-

posent.

• Toute élimination non autorisée de la part de l’utilisateur entraînera

l’application des sanctions administratives prévues par les lois en vi-

gueur.

• Les informations concernant la procédure correcte des systèmes de col-

lecte disponibles doivent être demandées au service local d’élimination

des déchets ou au magasin d’achat.

EXCLUSION DE RESPONSABILITÉ

En raison de mises à jour, de changements et/ou d’innovations tech-

niques, certaines parties de la notice, des spécications et des images

incluses dans cette documentation peuvent diérer. Les éléments qui y

sont décrits ne le sont qu’à titre d’illustration et peuvent ne pas s’appli-

quer à votre cas particulier. La description contenue dans ce manuel ne

peut donner lieu à aucun droit légal ou réclamation.

GARANTIE

Novital s.r.l. (fabricant) certie que le ou les produits couverts par cette

garantie sont conformes aux exigences prévues par les directives

communau-aires européennes et par le Code civil italien, ce qui signie

qu’elle est valable en Italie et dans les pays de l’Union Européenne.

Novital s.r.l. étend la

validité de cette garantie à tous les pays en dehors de l’Union

européenne, sauf conditions spéciques prévues par la législation de

ces pays, que l’importateur devra préalablement communiquer à Novital

s.r.l. Il appartiendra à Novital s.r.l. de décider et de convenir de toute

modication appropriée.

La garantie est valable pendant la durée prévue par les lois en vigueur.

La durée de la garantie commencera à partir de la date de livraison

du produit, attestée par le document d’achat correspondant (ticket

de caisse, facture ou reçu). Si le nom du produit ne gure pas sur le

document d’achat, le vendeur devra remplir ce certicat de garantie, y

apposer son cachet, sa signature et la date de livraison et inscrire le nom

et le code du produit couvert par la garantie.

Le consommateur doit d’abord exercer ses droits par l’intermédiaire du

vendeur du produit, auquel cette garantie s’étend conformément à la loi.

Le document d’achat et, le cas échéant, le CERTIFICAT DE GARANTIE pour

l’identication du produit devront être présentés à l’importateur ou bien

à Novital s.r.l. à chaque fois qu’une intervention sera nécessaire.

La déclaration de défaut du produit doit parvenir à l’importateur ou à

Novital s.r.l. dans les deux mois suivant la constatation du défaut.

Le produit devra être expédié - dans son intégralité et pas seulement le

composant considéré défectueux, sauf autorisation écrite de Novital s.r.l.

- à l’importateur, au fabricant ou à l’entreprise autorisée par Novital s.r.l.,

aux risques et périls du client et à ses frais, par un moyen de transport

préalablement autorisé par Novital s.r.l. Si le produit, à la seule discrétion

du fabricant, est défectueux en raison d’un défaut de matériau ou de

fabrication, ou s’il est couvert par la garantie légale, il sera réparé ou

remplacé chez ledit fabricant, importateur ou entreprise autorisée. Il est

entendu que, dans tous les cas, aucun remboursement ne sera accordé

en cas d’absence de vice ou de défaut du produit. Le fabricant se réserve

en revanche le droit de facturer au client les frais encourus, à son compte

ou par l’intermédiaire de l’importateur ou de la société autorisée, pour la

demande d’intervention sous garantie en l’absence des conditions.

Novital s.r.l. se réserve le droit d’appliquer, à sa seule discrétion, la solution

la plus appropriée prévue par la législation en vigueur et applicable en

cas de défaut reconnu du produit, y compris celle de remplacer le produit

plutôt que d’avoir le contrat résilié. Nonobstant ce qui précède, Novital

s.r.l., fabricant de l’appareil et titulaire de la marque, s’oppose et, dans

tous les cas, n’autorise pas la commercialisation dans les pays de l’Espace

économique européen des appareils et de ses produits commercialisés

en dehors de ceux-ci.

La garantie ne couvre pas:

a. Les produits pour lesquels la date de livraison et/ou le type de produit

couvert par la garantie n’est pas prouvé, tel qu’indiqué ci-dessus ;

b. Les dommages dus au transport (rayures, bosses, ruptures, etc.) ;

c. Les expéditions eectuées par des moyens qui n’ont pas été

préalablement autorisés par Novital s.r.l. ;

d. Les dommages causés par le non-respect des INSTRUCTIONS

D’UTILISATION, par l’UTILISATION INAPPROPRIÉE de montage ou

d’installation, par une mauvaise installation de l’appareil ou par des

inconvénients résultant de l’inadéquation ou de l’insusance de

systèmes électriques ou autres systèmes, ou résultant de conditions

ambiantes, climatiques ou autres ou de l’octroi du produit à des

mineurs ou des personnes manifestement inadaptées à l’utilisation ou

àla manipulation du produit.Il est à noterque Novitals.r.l.,l’importateur

ou l’entreprise autorisée n’eectue, en aucun cas, l’installation ou le

montage du produit ;

e. Les défaillances dues à la négligence, au non-respect des règles

d’entretien prévues dans le manuel d’instructions ou d’expérience

générale, à

l’incapacité d’utilisation, à des altérations ou des réparations eectuées

par du personnel non autorisé par le fabricant, à l’application

d’accessoires non d’origine ou à l’utilisation du produit à des ns autres

que celles pour lesquelles il a été conçu ou clairement incompatibles

avec celles-ci ;

f. Les pièces en verre, les ampoules, les thermomètres et tous les

accessoires, sauf ceux prévus par les règles de protection des

consommateurs, le cas échéant ;

g. Toutes les pièces que Novital s.r.l. considèrera comme soumises à une

détérioration normale d’utilisation ;

h. L’installation, le réglage des équipements, les conseils, les contrôles

injustiés et l’entretien courant et exceptionnel ;

i. Les conseils, vérications, expertises ou autres activités de personnes

non autorisées par Novital s.r.l. ;

j. Les dommages indirects dus à la perte de matériel en raison du défaut

du produit, tels que, par exemple, des œufs insérés ou à insérer dans

les couveuses, ou autres dommages à des biens et/ou des personnes

et/ou des animaux.

Les délais de réparation ou de remplacement des pièces seront contenus

dans des limites raisonnables par rapport aux besoins organisationnels

SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN

Überprüfen Sie die Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Geräts und ver-

gewissern Sie sich, dass die Netzspannung und die verfügbare Leistung

für den Betrieb des Geräts geeignet sind.

• Da es sich um ein elektrisches Gerät handelt, berühren Sie es niemals

mit nassen Händen oder bloßen Füßen.

• Das Gerät ist nur für den Gebrauch in Innenräumen bestimmt; der Kon-

takt mit einem Wasserstrahl kann zu einem Stromschlag führen.

• Vermeiden Sie die unsachgemäße Verwendung von Verlängerungska-

beln, halten Sie die Anschlüsse trocken.

• Vermeiden Sie Beschädigungen und/oder Quetschungen des Netzka-

bels und schützen Sie es vor Stößen, Kanten, scharfen oder bewegli-

chen Teilen.

• Das Gerät darf unter keinen Umständen in gefährlichen Umgebungen

verwendet werden, in denen sich brennbare Gase sättigen können

oder in denen es mit brennbaren Flüssigkeiten in Berührung kommen

kann.

• Das Gerät darf während der Benutzung nicht für Kinder, Tiere und/oder

behinderte Personen zugänglich sein.

• Der Raum muss gut belüftet sein, um gesundheitsschädliche Staubkon-

zentrationen zu vermeiden, die sich entzünden können.

• Die Reinigung oder Wartung des Geräts muss gemäß den im Abschnitt

“WARTUNG UND REINIGUNG”angegebenen Normen erfolgen.

• Bewegen Sie das Gerät nicht, indem Sie es am Netzkabel ziehen, und

ziehen Sie auf jeden Fall immer den Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor

Sie es bewegen.

• Überprüfen Sie die Funktionstüchtigkeit des Erdungssystems; die Er-

dung des Geräts ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.

• Da es sich um ein elektrisches Gerät handelt, müssen im Falle eines

Brandes Pulverlöscher zum Löschen verwendet werden und NIEMALS

Wasserlöscher, um einen elektrischen Schlag zu vermeiden.

• Wenn das Gerät beschädigt oder nicht in allen Teilen intakt ist, darf es

nicht benutzt werden.

• Alle Reparaturen, einschließlich des Austauschs des Netzkabels, wenn

es beschädigt ist, müssen vom Hersteller oder dem technischen Kun-

dendienst oder einer ähnlich qualizierten Person so durchgeführt

werden, dass jedes Risiko vermieden wird.

• Wenn das Gerät als nicht betriebsbereit betrachtet wird und auf einer

genehmigten Mülldeponie entsorgt werden soll, muss es außer Be-

trieb gesetzt werden, indem das Netzkabel so nahe wie möglich an

der Ausgangsstelle des Geräts abgeschnitten wird, wobei der Stecker

zuerst aus der Steckdose herausgezogen werden muss.

• Die Verpackungsteile nicht in der Umgebung zerstreuen. Das Gerät von

Kindern, Minderjährigen, Behinderten oder Tiere fern halten.

- Das Gerät darf nicht von Personen (einschließlich Kindern) mit

eingeschränkten körperlichen, sensorischen und / oder geistigen

Fähigkeiten oder mit mangelnder Erfahrung und mangelndem

Wissen verwendet werden, es sei denn, sie werden unterstützt, be-

aufsichtigt oder geschult.

- Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen und müssen immer be-

aufsichtigt werden.

- Die Reinigung und die Wartung dürfen nicht von Minderjährigen,

Behinderten und/oder Personen mit eingeschränkten körperlichen

und/oder sensorischen Fähigkeiten ohne Aufsicht durchgeführt

werden.

- Das Gerät kann von Minderjährigen über 12 Jahren und von Per-

sonen mit eingeschränkten körperlichen, sensorischen und/oder

geistigen Fähigkeiten oder mit mangelnder Erfahrung und man-

gelndem Wissen verwendet werden, wenn sie in der sicheren

Verwendung des Geräts beaufsichtigt oder unterwiesen und über

die entsprechenden Gefahren informiert wurden.

• Der Hersteller Novital srl lehnt jegliche Haftung für Schäden an Perso-

nen, Tieren oder Gegenständen ab, die sich aus der Nichteinhaltung

dieser Regeln ergeben.

WARNUNG

Bei der Verwendung des Geräts müssen Arbeitshandschuhe, Stiefel

oder Sicherheitsschuhe, ein Schutzvisier, eine Staubmaske und Ohren-

schützer zum Gehörschutz getragen werden, da das Geräusch 70 dbA

(Dezibel) überschreitet.

• Es ist immer wichtig, den Gerätestecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen, be-

vor Eingrie oder Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden.

• Wenn die Tür, das Sieb oder die Handräder nicht sicher befestigt sind,

unterbricht die dreifache Sicherheitsvorrichtung, mit der das Gerät

ausgestattet ist, sofort die Stromzufuhr zum Gerät und verhindert so

den unbeabsichtigten Zugang zu den beweglichen Teilen; aus diesem

Grund müssen sie mit besonderer Sorgfalt montiert werden und dürfen

niemals entfernt und/oder verändert werden.

• Bei der Mühle GOLIA 4V-DAVIDE 4V- MAGNUM 4V ist der Motor mit ei-

ner thermischen Leistungsabschaltung mit automatischer Wiederein-

schaltung ausgestattet, so dass der Motor bei Überlastung automatisch

anhält und nach einiger Zeit wieder anläuft. Dies ist nicht als normal

anzusehen, weshalb es ratsam ist, das Gerät auszuschalten, den Stecker

aus der Steckdose zu ziehen und die Ursachen zu ermitteln, bevor man

es wieder in Betrieb nimmt.

• Bei der BRAVÒ4V-Mühle ist der Motor mit einer thermischen Abschalt-

vorrichtung mit manueller Wiedereinschaltung ausgestattet; daher

schaltet sich der Motor bei Überlastung automatisch ab. Dies ist als nicht

normal zu betrachten, daher ist es besser das Gerät auszuschalten, den

Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen und die Ursachen festzustellen.

Erst wenn die Bedingungen für einen ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb wie-

derhergestellt sind, kann das Gerät durch das Drücken der Reset-Taste

nach dem Einschalten wieder in Betrieb genommen werden

• Wenn die Ursachen nicht ermittelt werden können und sich die Situa-

tion wiederholt, muss man sich an den genehmigten Kundendienst oder

an Novital wenden.

• Damit das Gerät einwandfrei funktioniert, wird empfohlen, gut ge-

trocknetes, sauberes und richtig sortiertes Getreide und Brot (sofern

vorhanden) zu verwenden.

• Auf keinen Fall darf in das Getreide eingegrien werden, um es zu den

Messern zu bringen.

während des Betriebs unter keinen Umständen Ihre Hände in die

Trichterönung stecken.

• Halten Sie während des Betriebs immer Hände und Füße vom Materia-

lauslass fern, auch bei Geräten mit einem Staubbehälter für gemahlenes

Produkt.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Metallteile oder harte Gegenstände (z. B.

Steine, Bolzen, Glas, Kunststo, Holz) in die Trichterönung gelangen, da

sie die Schneidteile und insbesondere den Motor irreparabel beschädi-

gen könnten.

ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN

Die elektrische Mühle wird zum Mahlen von Getreide, einschließlich

Mais, Roggen, Hafer, Gerste und im Falle von Brot und dergleichen, mit

der Möglichkeit, ein mehr oder weniger mehliges Mahlgut zu erhalten,

verwendet. Die Mühlen werden von drei Beinen getragen, um die Stabi-

lität während des Betriebs zu gewährleisten, die Montage bzw. den Au-

stausch der Siebe zu erleichtern und den Staubbehälter zum Auangen

des gemahlenen Produkts zu verwenden bzw. zu entfernen, daher müs-

Mit den mitgelieferten Sieben werden Mahlgüter unterschiedlicher Größe für die Tierernährung hergestellt. Für die Herstellung von feinerem Mehl kön-

nen spezielle Siebe angefordert werden (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten). Die Mühlenmodelle David - Goliath und Magnum sind ideal für die Herstellung

von einer größeren Menge von Mehl gegenüber zerbröckelten Produkten. Die Mühle Bravò ist ideal für die Herstellung größerer Mengen an zerbröckelten

Produkten als an Mehl. Der Staubschutzbehälter für das gemahlene Produkt verfügt über einen Gri für den Transport und einen innovativen Deckel, der

sich automatisch schließt, wenn er aus dem Gerät entfernt wird, so dass das gemahlene Produkt optimal und so lange wie nötig gelagert werden kann.

Die “dreifache Sicherheitsvorrichtung“, mit der das Gerät ausgestattet ist, verhindert den unbeabsichtigten Zugang zu beweglichen Teilen, indem sie die

Stromzufuhr zum Gerät sofort unterbricht und so ein unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten verhindert.

Im Falle einer Überlastung ist der Motor bei allen Geräten durch eine thermische Abschaltvorrichtung mit automatischer Wiedereinschaltung oder ma-

nueller Wiedereinschaltung geschützt

wird, ohne dass die Möglichkeit besteht, seine Grobheit anhand der

Önung im Sieb selbst zu bestimmen; daher das mitgelieferte Sieb

WARTUNG UND REINIUGUNG

Bevor man die Wartungs-, Einstellungs- oder Reinigungsarbei-

ten durchführt, das Gerät immer durch den Schalter und in-

dem man den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose zieht und wartet

das sich der Motor ausschaltet.

Um das Gerät stets in einem leistungsfähigen Zustand zu halten, nach

jedem Gebrauch eine gründliche Reinigung mit einer Bürste und/oder

einem Tuch, jedoch ohne Flüssigkeit, durchführen.

Sich vergewissern, dass die Sitze der Zubehörteile (Sieb, Handrad…) gut

befestigt und frei von gemahlenem Futter sind. Die Wartung beschränkt

sich normale regelmäßige Prüfungen der verschiedenen Teile des Strom-

versorgungskabels und der Elektroteile außerhalb des Geräts, um mögli-

che Schäden oder einen Verschleiß festzustellen.

Die Reinigung und die Wartung dürfen nicht von Minderjährigen, Behin-

derten und/oder Personen mit eingeschränkten körperlichen und/oder

sensorischen Fähigkeiten ohne Aufsicht durchgeführt werden.

Falls das Gerät beschädigt ist, darf es nicht verwendet werden.

Wenn die Messer abgenutzt sind, sich für den Ersatz nur an Fachpersonal

oder an ein autorisiertes Service-Center oder direkt an Novital wenden.

INFORMATIONEN AN DEN BENUTZER

Gemäß der Richtlinien 2011/65/EU und 2012/19/EU über die Redu-

zierung der Verwendung gefährlicher Stoe in Elektro- und Elektro-

nikgeräten sowie die Beseitigung von Abfällen, zeigt das Zeichen des

gekreuzten Mülleimers, das hier abgebildete und auf dem Gerät ange-

bracht ist, dass das Produkt am Ende seiner Nutzungsdauer getrennt von

anderen Abfällen gesammelt werden muss.

Der Benutzer muss das Gerät daher am Ende seiner Lebensdauer den

entsprechenden Sammelstellen für Elektronik- und Elektrotechnikabfälle

übergeben oder es beim Kauf eines neuen Geräts eines gleichwertigen

Typs einzeln an den Händler zurückgeben.

Die angemessene getrennte Sammlung für die anschließende Inbe-

triebnahme des entsorgten Geräts zur Wiederverwertung, Behandlung

und umweltgerechten Entsorgung trägt dazu bei, mögliche negative

Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt und die Gesundheit zu vermeiden, und

begünstigt das Recycling der Materialien, aus denen das Gerät besteht.

Die illegale Entsorgung durch den Benutzer beinhaltet die Anwendung

von Verwaltungsstrafen, die durch die geltenden Gesetze vorgesehen

sind. Informationen zum einwandfreien Verfahren der verfügbaren Sam-

melsysteme müssen beim örtlichen Entsorgungsdienst oder beim Ge-

schäft, in dem es gekauft wurde, angefordert werden.

HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS

Aufgrund von Aktualisierungen, Änderungen und/oder technischen

Neuerungen können Teile der Anweisungen, Spezikationen und Ab-

bildungen in dieser Dokumentation abweichen. Die hier beschriebenen

Punkte dienen nur der Veranschaulichung und sind möglicherweise

nicht auf Ihren speziellen Fall anwendbar. Aus der Beschreibung in die-

sem Handbuch können keine Rechtsansprüche abgeleitet werden.

GARANTIE-ZERRTIFIKAT

Novital s.r.l. (Hersteller) bescheinigt, dass das Produkt oder die Produkte, für

die diese Garantie gilt, den Anforderungen der Richtlinien der Europäischen

Gemeinschaft und des italienischen Zivilgesetzbuchs entsprechen, für die es in

Italien und in den Ländern der Europäischen Union gilt. Novital s.r.l. erweitert

die Gültigkeit dieser Garantie auf alle Länder außerhalb der Europäischen

Union, mit Ausnahme der in diesem Land geltenden Gesetzen, die der

Importeur Novital s.r.l. mitteilen wird; Novital s.r.l. hat die Befugnis mögliche

eventuelle Änderungen zu entscheiden und zu vereinbaren.

Die Garantie gilt für die Dauer der geltenden Gesetze. Die Dauer der

Garantie beginnt ab dem Datum der Lieferung des Produkts, wie aus dem

entsprechenden Kaufbeleg (Quittung, Rechnung oder Quittung) ersichtlich ist.

Falls der Produktname nicht auf dem Kaufdokument angegeben ist,

muss der Verkäufer den vorliegenden Garantieschein ausfüllen, den Stempel,

die Unterschrift und das Lieferdatum anbringen und den Namen und den Code

des von der Garantie abgedeckten Produkts aufzeichnen.

Der Verbraucher muss seine Rechte zuvor durch den Verkäufer des Produkts

ausüben, auf das sich diese Garantie gemäß dem Gesetz erstreckt.

Das Kaufdokument und gegebenenfalls auch das GARANTIEZERTIFIKAT zur

Identizierung des Produkts sind dem Importeur oder alternativ Novital

s.r.l. vorzulegen, wenn ein Eingri erforderlich ist. Die Mitteilung des

Produktmangels muss beim Importeur oder bei Novital s.r.l. auf jeden Fall

innerhalb von zwei Monaten nach der Entdeckung des Mangels erfolgen.

Das Produkt muss vollständig und nicht das einzelne fehlerhafte Bauteil, sofern

dies nicht von Novital s.r.l. genehmigt wurde - zum Importeur oder Hersteller

oder zur von Novital Srl genehmigten Firma, auf Gefahr und Kosten des Kunden

mit dem zuvor von Novital s.r.l. genehmigten ransportmittel, gesendet werden.

Falls das Produkt nach Ermessen des Herstellers aufgrund eines Mangels des

Originalmaterials oder der Verarbeitung fehlerhaft ist oder anderweitig durch

die gesetzliche Gewährleistung gedeckt ist, wird es vom oben genannten

Hersteller, Importeur oder genehmigten Unternehmen repariert oder ersetzt.

Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass falls das Produkt keinen Mangel oder Defekt

aufweist, keine Erstattung erfolgt: Der Hersteller behält sich das Recht vor, dem

Kunden die Kosten zu berechnen, die entweder von ihm selbst oder von

einem Importeur oder einer genehmigten Firma für die Anfrage eines

Garantieanspruch bei Fehlen der Bedingungen, entstanden sind, in Rechnung

zu stellen. Novital s.r.l. behält sich das Recht vor, nach eigenem Ermessen

den geeignetsten Rechtsbehelf einzulegen, der in den geltenden Gesetzen

vorgesehen ist und im Falle eines anerkannten Produktfehlers anwendbar ist,

einschließlich des Ersetzens des Produkts, anstatt die Auösung des Vertrags

erklärt zu haben. Unbeschadet des Vorstehenden ist Novital srl, der

Hersteller des Geräts und der Inhaber der Marke, dagegen und genehmigt

in keinem Fall das Inverkehrbringen außerhalb dieser Länder verkauften

Geräten und Produkten in den Ländern des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums.

Sie unterliegen nicht der garantie:

a. Produkte, für die der Liefertermin und / oder die Produktart, für die die

Garantie gilt, nicht nachgewiesen ist.

b. Transportschäden (Kratzer, Beulen, Brüche usw.).

c. Die Sendungen erfolgten mit einem Transportmittel, das nicht zuvor von

Novital s.r.l. genehmigt wurde.

d. Schäden, die durch die Nichtbeachtung der GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG,

MISSBRAUCH der Montage oder Installation, fehlerhafte Installation

des Geräts oder durch Probleme die durch eine Unzulänglichkeit oder

Unzweckmäßigkeit elektrischer Systeme oder anderer Systeme oder

aufgrund von Umwelt- und Klimabedingungen oder anderer Natur oder

durch die Überlassung des Produkts an Minderjährige oder Personen, die

oensichtlich nicht für die Verwendung oder Manipulation des Produkts

selbst geeignet sind, verursacht wurden;

Es ist zu beachten, dass Novital s.r.l., der Importeur oder das genehmigte

Unternehmen das Produkt unter keinen Umständen installiert oder montiert.

e. Mangel die durch eine Sorglosigkeit, einer Nichteinhaltung der in der

Betriebsanleitung festgelegten Wartungsvorschriften oder allgemeiner

Erfahrung, einer Fahrlässigkeit, Gebrauchsunfähigkeit, Manipulation

oder Reparaturen durch nicht vom Hersteller genehmigtem Personal,

Verwendung von nicht originalem Zubehör oder Verwendung des

Produkts für verschiedene Zwecke oder eindeutig unvereinbar mit

denen, für die es entworfen wurde.

f. Glasteile, Glühlampen, Thermometer und jegliches Zubehör, soweit nicht

durch Verbraucherschutzvorschriften vorgeschrieben.

g. All die Teile, die Novital s.r.l. als einem normalen Gebrauchsverlschleiß

ausgesetzt sind, betrachtet.

h. Die Installierung, die Einstellung der Geräte, die Beratung, die unberechtigte

Kontrolle und die normale und außerordentliche Wartung.

i. Die Beratung, die Überprüfungen, die Beurteilungen oder andere Tätigkeiten

durch nicht von Novital s.r.l. Genehmigten.

j. Indirekte Schäden durch Materialverlust infolge eines Produktfehlers, wie z.

B. Eier, die in die Brutkästen hineingelegt werden oder werden sollen, oder

weitere Schäden an Sachen und/oder Personen und/oder Tieren.

Die Fristen für die Reparatur oder den Austausch der Teile werden im Hinblick

auf die organisatorischen Anforderungen des Herstellers, des Importeurs oder

eines anderen Unternehmens, das sich darum kümmert, in angemessenen

Grenzen gehalten, auch unter Berücksichtigung der Transportmittel und

Speditionsmittel, die verwendet werden.

Reparaturen, die im Rahmen der Garantie ausgeführt werden, verlängern

oder erneuern die Garantie selbst nicht. Die Bauteile, die Novital s.r.l. (direkt

oder über einen Importeur oder eine genehmigte Firma) in Betracht zieht, im

Rahmen der Garantie zu ersetzen, wird automatisch zu seinem Eigentum. Es

sollte auf die Bestimmungen des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs verwiesen werden,

die für den Verbraucherschutz zuständig sind.

Diese sind auf jeden Fall - sofern zutreend - unabhängig von den anderen

Bestimmungen dieser Garantie als wirksam anzusehen.

ES BESTEHEN KEINE AUSDRÜCKLICHEN ODER STILLSCHWEIGENDEN

ZUSÄTZLICHEN GEWÄHRLEISTUNGEN.

Für alle Streitigkeiten ist der Gerichtshof von Busto Arsizio - Italien zuständig

Usar el aparato sólo para el n a que se ha destinado. Otros usos diferentes de lo que se indica en estas

instrucciones deben considerarse peligrosos y la Firma Fabricante declina toda responsabilidad en caso de

posibles daños en personas, animales o cosas que deriven del incumplimiento de la presente advertencia.

El producto se destina a la producción de harinas y quebrados destinados al consumo animal.

NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD

Controlar los datos indicados en la placa de señalización del aparato.

Comprobar que la tensión eléctrica nominal de red y la potencia disponi-

bles sean aptas para su funcionamiento.

• Al tratarse de un aparato eléctrico nunca se deberá tocarlo con las ma-

nos mojadas o los pies desnudos..

• El aparato se destina solamente a uso interno. El posible contacto con

un chorro de agua podría causar electrocución.

• Evitar el uso impropio de extensiones. Mantener las conexiones en un

lugar seco.

• Evitar que el cable de alimentación se estropee y/o se aplaste y prote-

gerlo contra golpes, cantos, partes cortantes o en movimiento.

• El aparato no debe utilizarse terminantemente en ambientes de riesgo,

donde resulte posible la saturación de gases inamables o pueda en-

trar en contacto con líquidos inamables.

• El aparato durante el uso no debe resultar accesibles a niños, animales

y/o discapacitados.

• El local deberá ser bien ventilado para evitar las concentraciones de

polvos dañinos para la salud y/o que podrían incendiarse.

• La limpieza o el mantenimiento del aparato deberá realizarse siguiendo

las normas especicadas en el párrafo “MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA”.

• No desplazar el aparato tirándolo por el cable de alimentación y, de

cualquier forma, siempre desconectar el enchufe de la toma de corrien-

te de red antes de cualquier desplazamiento.

• Controlar la eciencia de la instalación de puesta a tierra. La puesta a

tierra del aparato es obligatoria por Ley.

• Al tratarse de un aparato eléctrico, en caso de que se incendie, para el

apagado deben utilizarse extintores de polvos y NUNCA de agua, para

evitar la electrocución.

• En caso de que el aparato resulte estropeado o no íntegro en todas sus

partes, no utilizarlo.

• Las posibles reparaciones, incluyendo la sustitución del cable de ali-

mentación, si está estropeado, deberán ser realizadas por el construc-

tor o el servicio de Asistencia técnica o, de cualquier forma, por una

persona con una capacitación similar, de forma de prevenir todos los

riesgos.

• En caso de que el aparato se considere fuera de servicio y queriéndolo

eliminar en un vertedero autorizado, deberá ser inhabilitado cortando

el cable de alimentación lo más cerca posible del punto de salida del

aparado, acordándose que esta operación debe realizarse sólo si antes

se ha desconectado el enchufe de la toma de corriente de red.

• Evitar dispersar en el medioambiente las partes que constituyen el em-

balaje y, como en el caso del aparato, no dejarlas al alcance de los niños,

de los menores, de los discapacitados o de los animales.

• El aparato no debe ser utilizado por personas (incluyendo los niños)

con capacidades físicas, sensoriales y/o mentales reducidas o con falta

de experiencia y conocimiento, a menos que no sean asistidas, supervi-

sadas o instruidas.

• Los niños no deben jugar con el aparato y siempre deben ser supervisa-

dos.

• La limpieza y el mantenimiento no deben ser realizados sin supervisión

por menores, discapacitados y/o personas con capacidades físicas y/o

sensoriales reducidas.

• El aparato puede ser utilizado por menores de edad superior a los doce

años y por personas con capacidades físicas, sensoriales y/o mentales

reducidas o con falta de experiencia y conocimiento si estás personas

son supervisadas o instruidas para el uso seguro del aparado, e infor-

madas sobre los peligros relacionados.

• La Firma Fabricante Novital srl declina toda responsabilidad en caso de

posibles daños en personas, animales o cosas que deriven del incumpli-

miento de estas normas.

ADVERTENCIAS

Durante el uso del aparato hay que utilizar guantes de trabajo, botas

o calzados para la prevención de accidentes, visera de protección, ma-

scarilla antipolvo y los cascos para la protección acústica de los oídos,

ya que el ruido supera los 70 dBA (decibelios).

• Siempre es imprescindible quitar el enchufe del aparato de la toma de

corriente de red antes de realizar cualquier intervención o mantenimien-

to.

• Si la puerta, la criba o bien los volantes no se han jado bien, el disposi-

tivo de «seguridad triple» con que se ha equipado el aparato interrumpe

inmediatamente la alimentación eléctrica del mismo, impidiendo el ac-

ceso accidenta a las partes en movimiento; por esta razón es necesario

poner una atención especial a su montaje y nunca deberán ser elimina-

dos y/o modicados.

• En el caso del molino GOLIA 4V-DAVIDE 4V-MAGNUM 4V, el motor se

ha equipado con un dispositivo térmico de interrupción de la corriente

de recierre automático. Por lo tanto, en caso de sobrecarga el motor se

para automáticamente para luego rearrancar después de un tiempo. Eso

no debe considerarse normal. Por lo tanto, es buena norma apagar el

aparato, quitar el enchufe de la toma de corriente de red y comprobar

las causas antes del rearranque.

• En el caso del molino BRAVò 4V, el motor se ha equipado con un dispo-

sitivo térmico de interrupción de la corriente de recierre manual. Por

lo tanto, en caso de sobrecarga el motor se detiene automáticamente.

Eso no debe considerarse normal. Por lo tanto, en estos casos es buena

norma apagar el aparato, quitar el enchufe de la toma de corriente de

red y comprobar las causas. Sólo después del restablecimiento de las

condiciones para el uso correcto es posible hacer rearrancar el aparato

apretando, después de haberlo activado, el pulsador de restablecimien-

(g) (ver la FIGURA 1 – E).

• En caso no se identiquen las causas y en caso de que el hecho se repita,

será necesario contactar el Centro de Asistencia autorizado o Novital srl.

• Para el buen funcionamiento del aparato se recomienda utilizar cereales

y pan (en caso de que se haya previsto) bien secados, limpios y oportu-

namente seleccionados.

• El cereal en ningún caso deberá sufrir intervenciones para forzar su lle-

gada hasta las cuchillas.

• El nivel de carga

• Nunca dejar, incluso durante un breve período, el aparato sin supervi-

sión con el motor en función.

• Como el aparato se ha equipado con cuchillas giratorias, durante el fun-

cionamiento nunca introducir en ningún caso las manos en el interior de

la boca de la tolva.

• Durante el funcionamiento mantener siempre manos y pies lejos de la

boca de descarga del material, incluso en caso de aparatos equipados

con contenedor antipolvo para el producto molido.

• Prestar mucha atención a no introducir en la boca de la tolva partes

metálicas o cuerpos duros (como guijarros, pernos, vidrio, plástica, ma-

dera), porque podrían dañar las partes de corte de forma irremediable y

sobre todo el motor.

INFORMACIÓN GENERAL

El molino eléctrico sirve para moler los cereales, entre los cuales el maíz, el

centeno, la avena, la cebada y, en caso se haya preparado también el pan

y otros similares, con la posibilidad de obtener el producto molido más o

menos harinoso. Los molinos son sostenidos por tres patas para brindar

estabilidad durante el funcionamiento, facilitar las operaciones de mon-

taje y/o sustitución de las cribas y de uso y/o retiro del contenedor anti-

polvo de recolección del producto molido. Por lo tanto, deberán montarse

correctamente, comprobando que se hayan jado bien en sus asientos.

Utilizando las cribas entregadas se producen productos molidos de varios

tamaños, destinados a la alimentación animal.

Para la producción de harinas más nas es posible pedir cribas especícas (no se entregan con la máquina).

Los modelos de molino Davide, Golia y Magnun son ideales para producir una mayor cantidad de harinas con respecto a los productos quebrados.

El molino Bravò es ideal para producir una mayor cantidad de productos quebrados con respecto a las harinas.

El contenedor antipolvo para el producto molido tiene el mango para el transporte y una tapa innovadora que se recierra automáticamente en el momen-

to del desenganche del aparato, permitiendo conservar de forma óptima el producto molido durante el tiempo necesario.

El dispositivo de «triple seguridad» con que se ha equipado el aparato impide el acceso accidental a las partes en movimiento, interrumpiendo inmedia-

tamente la alimentación eléctrica el equipo y, de cualquier forma, el encendido accidental.

En caso de sobrecarga, todos los aparatos tienen el motor protegido por un dispositivo térmico de interrupción de la corriente de recierre automático o

de recierre manual

(ver la FIGURA 1 -E).

MONTAJE + FUNCIONAMIENTO

• Quitar del embalaje el aparato y controlar que todo esté íntegro.

• Posicionar el aparato en una supercie plana.

• Montar las posibles partes entregadas

ATENCIÓN

• Para el molido de los cereales se aconseja arrancar el molino en vacío

(DAVIDE y GOLIA). En caso de que no se pueda proceder de otra forma,

es posible arrancar el aparato bajo carga.

• En el caso del molino MAGNUM 4V, para moler el pan, y en el caso de

molino BRAVÒ 4V, el arranque siempre deberá realizarse en vacío y con

la compuerta (r) en la posición de cierre, accionando el volante corre-

spondiente

(f) (FIGURA 1-C).

El incumplimiento de esta norma comporta el posible arranque bajo car-

ga del motor, con los consiguientes daños. En este caso la Firma Fabrican-

te declina toda responsabilidad al respecto.

• Carga de los cereales en el aparato:

- comprobar que los cereales estén bien secos, limpios, libres de paja

y/o impureza y oportunamente seleccionados.

- Verter el cereal en la tolva correspondiente

• En caso del molino BRAVÒ 4V (que siempre deberá arrancar en

Luego, sólo después del arranque, el ujo de cereales

hacia las cuchillas se regulará abriéndola gradualmente en la posi-

ción más idónea, de forma de que no se sobrecargue el motor.

A la terminación del molido, algunos minutos antes de interrumpir-

lo, se deberá cerrar la compuerta para impedir el ujo de cereales en

las cuchillas, permitiendo el vaciado de los cereales en la cámara de

molido.

• CUIDADO:

el molino MAGNUM 4V se ha predispuesto para moler el

pan seco. Hay que considerar que el pan seco se pulveriza fácilmente

sin posibilidad de determinar su tamaño en función del oricio de la

criba. Por lo tanto, introducir cualquier criba

pan resulte bien seco. El pan deberá introducirse en trozos pequeños,
