Ensure the mounting surface is at,
clean and dry.
Peel the protective liners from the
tape exposing the adhesive.
Mount the dispenser to the at
surface, press rmly and hold in
place for at least
30 seconds.
Do not place the rell or batteries
in the dispenser for at least 30
minutes.
