Introduction
We are pleased that you have chosen our product PODIASPRAY.
In order to use the device in a proper and safe manner it is important that you read these operating
instructions carefully prior using the device for the first time.
PODIASPRAY is a compact foot care device for the spray technique which is based on state-of-the-art
technology. PODIASPRAY belongs to the class of paramedical machines that are suitable for cosmetic
care. It is used for treatments which can be employed in foot care or pedicure/ manicure.
Our device is equipped with an efficient high-speed, ergonomically shaped hand-piece. The low-
vibration precision micro-motor in the hand-piece facilitates convenient operation. A safe and secure
exchange of the grinder is made possible by means of an automatic chuck on the hand-piece.
The high-speed hand-piece motor and an integrated spray system ensure excellent conditions for
pain-free and hygienic treatment.
All functions of the device are displayed on the front panel. In this way you can simply check the set
speed, the rotating sense of the grinder and the spray function.
With the help of the optional foot switch you have the possibility of keeping your hands free for your
work.
Important notes
Please note! Please check after unpacking to make sure that the device is complete and has not
been damaged during transport. If there are any doubts with regard to this, please contact our
customer service department immediately.
Please read the safety instructions herein below carefully.
Adequate ventilation of the device is necessary in order to avoid a situation in which too much heat
develops in the room. For this reason, the PODIASPRAY should not be placed in the vicinity of heat
sources, such as e.g. radiators or air vents.
The ventilation slots on the device must not be blocked and the device must not be covered or built
in.
Wait until the device has adjusted to the ambient temperature before using it (e.g. after a cold night
in a car).
PODIASPRAY is not suitable for use in damp rooms (e.g. in the bathroom) (see technical data).
In the event of a liquid or a foreign matter entering the interior of the device it should be switched off
immediately and disconnected from the power supply. Contact an authorized dealer before continuing
the use of the device.
Keep the device out of the reach of children and unauthorized persons!
Caution ! Always pull the mains plug before cleaning the device or replacing the fuse! Never operate
the device without a grinder. If you are not working with the hand-piece, always insert a blind pin.
Only use grinders with a maximum diameter of 6 mm. Take the manufacturer’s specifications

Inserting the tool:
Always use cleaned tools! For new instruments, which are to be used for the first time, start
with cleaning.
Rotary instruments should be stored at room temperature in their original packaging where
they are protected against dust and moisture until used for the first time
After usage they have to be disinfected, cleaned and if necessary sterilized. (refer to chapter
“General care, maintenance and repair”)
Insert only dry instruments into the handpiece!
Insert the tool, e.g. a suitable grinder, into the tool holding fixture until it reaches the stop
point. Instruments must be inserted as deep as possible. Make sure that the tool is seated

an authorised dealer in order to avoid further damage.
How to prevent blockage and maintenance of the spray system
In order to maintain the spray channels it is necessary to:
open the spray button 360° every day after use and start the engine with spray during 5 to 10
seconds so that eventual dust particles will be blown out of the channels on the hand-piece.
rinse out the water tank completely once a week. Attention: NEVER dry up the water tank
with a cloth, cotton or tissue as dust particles may appear on the inner side of the tank
obstructing the stylus.
dust out once a week all channels by turning on the spray button to 360° and turn on the unit
with empty water tank during +/-10 seconds (with spray) until no more liquid comes out of
the hand-piece.
blow out the spray channels when the unit hasn’t been used during more than 2 days.
