prepaidandinsured,withproofofpurchasetoPGPInc.oranyofitsauthorizedservice
centers.Otherthanthepostageandinsurancerequirement,nochargewillbemadefor
repairscoveredbythiswarranty.
Thesewarrantiesdonotapplytodefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipordamagesresulting
fromrepairsoralterationswhichhavebeenmadeorattemptedbyothersorthe
unauthorizeduseofnonconformingparts.Theyfurtherdonotapplyifthedamageisdueto
normalwearandtear,abuse,impropermaintenance,neglectoraccidentorcausedbyuse
oftheNumaxProductafterpartialfailureorusewithimproperaccessories.
TheNumaxProductisintendedforusebyindividualsandnotforuseonanassemblyline,
productionline,oranycommercialapplication.Thesewarrantiesdonotextendtosuch
commercialuseasit constitutesabuseoftheNumaxProduct.
Thesewarrantiesarethesole andexclusivewarranties, expressorimpliedfortheNumaxProduct. No
employee, agent, dealerorotherpersonisauthorizedtoalter,modify, expandorreducethe termsof
thesewarrantiesortomakeanyotherwarrantyonbehalfofPGPInc.Theseexpresslimitedwarranties
containstheentireagreementregardingexpress andimpliedwarrantiesrelatedtothe NumaxProduct.
Nowritingorlanguagesinthepurchaseorderoranyotherdocumentshall beconstruedasan addition
oralterationofPGPInc.swarrantiesoftheNumaxProduct.
Allmattersrelatedtothesaleand/oruseoftheNumaxProductthatisthesubjectofthese
limitedwarranties,alongwiththeconstructionandenforcementofthetermsofthislimited
warrantiesthemselves,shallbesubjecttothelawsofthestateofGeorgia.Anydispute
arisingoutofthesaleand/oruseoftheNumaxProductthatisthesubjectoftheselimited
warrantiesshallbebroughtinCherokeeCounty,Georgia.Purchaseand/oruseofthe
NumaxProductmakesyousubjecttothebenefitsandlimitationsoftheselimited
warranties.Accordingly,anywrit,judgmentorotherenforcement,obtainedfroma
jurisdiction,county,parish, stateorfederalcourtorothercountry, otherthanfromtheforum
identifiedabove,shallbevoidandunenforceableagainstPGPInc.
Somestatesdonotallowlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabove
limitationsmaynotapplytoyou.Somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationof
incidentalorconsequentialdamages,sotheabovelimitationorexclusionmaynotapplyto
you.
Ifanytermorlimitationcontainedinthislimitedwarrantyisdeemedunenforceablebylaw,
