use where small children can reach it. Do not operate the fan in the presence of explosive or
flammable fumes. Do not operate the fan if it malfunctions, is dropped or damaged. Do not

inside the fan grille. Install batteries with the proper polarity (+/-). There is a risk of explosion
or leakage if batteries are incorrectly installed. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix
alkaline, carbon-zinc or rechargeable batteries. Do not disassemble. There are no user-
serviceable parts in this product. Do not dispose of batteries in fire because batteries may
explode or leak.
INSTRUCTIONS
For best performance use fresh alkaline batteries. To install batteries, slide out battery door,
insert batteries following (+/-) marks and replace door. As a safety precaution, the fan includes
a screw to lock the battery compartment. Install screw using #0 Phillips screwdriver. To
operate, slide switch located on side of fan. If fan does not operate, verify batteries are
installed properly.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Clean using a soft damp cloth. Do not immerse fan in water or allow water to drip into fan.
Remove batteries if fan will be stored for a long time.

dentro de la rejilla del ventilador. Instale las pilas con la polaridad adecuada. (+/-). Existe un
riesgo de explosión o fugas si las pilas no se instalan correctamente. No mezcle pilas nuevas y
antiguas. No mezcle pilas alcalinas con pilas de carbono zinc o con pilas recargables. No
desmonte. Este producto no contiene piezas reparables. No tire las pilas al fuego ya que
pueden explotar o se pueden producir fugas.
INSTRUCCIONES
Para un mejor rendimiento, utilice pilas alcalinas nuevas. Para instalar las pilas, deslice la tapa
de las pilas hacia afuera, inserte las pilas siguiendo las marcas (+/-) y vuelva a colocar la tapa.
Como una precaución de seguridad, el ventilador incluye un tornillo para bloquear el
compartimento de las pilas. Instale el tornillo con un destornillador Phillips del núm. 0. Para
encenderlo, deslice el interruptor situado a un lado del ventilador. Si el ventilador no funciona,
verifique que tanto las pilas estén colocados correctamente.
LIMPIEZA YALMACENAMIENTO
Limpie con un paño suave y húmedo. No sumerja el ventilador en agua ni permita que gotee
agua dentro del ventilador. Quite las pilas si va a almacenar el ventilador por un largo periodo
de tiempo.
