ALUULA G-SERIES
REPAIR PATCH INSTRUCTIONS

DISCLAIMER
This repair procedure is intended as a temporary
“at-the-beach” repair for small tears (less than 5
cm) in inflatable airframes made from ALUULA G
Series material. It is not a permanent repair.
For a permanent repair or to repair tears larger
than 5 cm, consult your Ocean Rodeo dealer or
the Ocean Rodeo support page (oceanrodeo.com/
support) for the nearest ALUULA authorized repair
center.
REQUIRED TOOLS AND MATERIALS
Tools:
• Scissors
• Roller or full beer/soda can
Materials (included):
• ALUULA peel-n-stick repair patch
• Isopropyl alcohol wipes

PROCEDURE
1. Cut a square patch with rounded corners from
the ALUULA peel-n-stick material. The width
and length of the patch should be 2x longer
than the tear length.
2. Clean the area around the tear with isopropyl
alcohol wipes. Allow the area to fully dry.
3. Peel off the release liner paper from the back
of the repair patch. Then carefully apply the
patch centered on the tear. Ensure there are
no bubbles or wrinkles.
4. On a flat surface, apply pressure to the patch
using a roller or full beer/soda can to maximize
the adhesion.
Note: To avoid bladder damage, it is recommended
to remove the bladder prior to applying pressure
as there could be sand or sharp debris on the
bladder.
