Remplace, remove or add an electronic PCB
Troubleshooting

1. Make a PCB autodetection
Autodetection allows the identification of the electronic PCBs which are on the appliance and
the correct operation of the system.
Perform an autodetection in the following cases:
- Replacing an electronic PCB on a device
- Removing or adding a PCB to a device
- Cascade: replacing, removing or adding an electronic PCB on one of the devices.
- One of the following error codes appears: H02.02, H02.03, H02.36, H02.37, H02.45,
H02.46,…
2. On OEtroCom-2 control panel
1. If an error code is displayed: clear the error by pressing the RESET key,
2. Press the 2 right-hand keys to access the Installer Menu,
3. Enter the code 0012
4. If more than one electronic PCB is displayed: select the main PCB:
- EHC-…
- CU-GH-…
- CU-OH-…
- EEC…
5. Validate
6. Select autodetection parameter AD (at the end of the parameter list) and confirm .
- The autodetection is carried out,
- The main screen is displayed again when the automatic detection is complete.
- The mounted electronic PCBs are visible in the different menus.

3. On OEtroCom-3 control panel
1. Access the installer level :
- Select
- Enter code 0012 with the rotative button and confirm
2. Press key .
3. Select Advanced Service Menu
4. Select Auto Detect.
5. Select Confirm
- Autodetection is carried out
- The display indicates « Performing autodetect… »
- The main screen is displayed again when the automatic detection is completed.
- All the PCBs present on the device are recognized and visible in the different menus.

4. On a OEtroCom-Easy control panel
The error H02.36 is displayed if an electronic PCB has been removed, replaced or added:
To start a PCB autodetection:
1. Access the installer level:
•Press key
•Select installer icon and confirm with the button
•Enter code 0012 and validate with
2. Select Advanced menu:
3. Select Auto detect.with button
4. Select Confirm with button
- When the autodetection is finished, the main screen is displayed again,
- The system restarts automatically,
- All the PCBs present on the device are recognized and visible in the different menus.
- The list of the present PCBs is visible in the Information menu.

5. Appliances in cascade
In case of replacement, removal or addition of an electronic PCB on a device integrated in
a cascade:
On OEtroCom-2 (follower boiler) : no action required.
On OEtroCom-3 (on master boiler):
1. Access the installer level:
•Select on the display
•Enter code 0012 with the rotative button and confirm
2. Select the cascade icon
3. Select Yes
4. Select Enable master func
5. Select Confirm
6. Select parameter System Bus autodetect
- Autodetection is carried out
- The display indicates: System Bus autodetect performed
- The main screen is displayed again when the automatic detection is completed
- All the PCBs present are recognized and visible in the different menus.
On OEtroCom-3 (follower boiler) : see point 3(page 2).
