Office Fitness Foldaway Exercise Bike with Pulse Meter.
Assembled dimension: 88 x 45 x 113 cm. Size: 58 cm. Requires a variable height desk or
one of slightly raised height if intending to use whilst working.
Maximum User Weight: 110 kg / 242 lbs
Product Weight: 16 kg / 33.2 lbs
Storage: Bike easily folds for storage.
Resistance: Variable levels of resistance, whisper quiet +/- magnetic resistance.
Large LCD display with pulse monitor: Speed, Time, Distance, calories, scan.
Option: pulse, colour.
Wheel inside: 3 kg
Large and comfortable seat: Vertical adjustable 69 - 78 cm seat height.

OPERATION PROCEDURES
Auto ON/OFF: The system turns on when any key is pressed or when it receives an input from
the speed sensor. The system turns off automatically when the speed sensor has no signal
input or key is pressed for about 4 minutes.
Reset: The unit can be reset by changing the batteries or pressing the MODE key for 3 seconds.
Battery: The monitor uses two “AA” or “AG” 13 batteries, which are placed at the back of the
display panel.
Resistance Adjustment: Turn the tension knob to adjust the level of magnetic resistance.
Safety Lock Key: A safety lock key is provided to ensure the bike is folded securely. After
folding the bike, put the lock key through holes at the lower the folding point.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read through all steps and important notes before assembly.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Problem 1: No Display or abnormal display.
Causes and solutions: Worn battery (solution Change with new battery). Connect wire ofpanel
has loosened (solution Reconnect the wire of the panel in correct way).
Problem 2: There is noise coming out from the bike while riding but the riding is smooth.
Causes and solutions: Some parts are not firmly assembled leading to loosening of
innercomponents (solution Please recheck the assembly instructions).
Install the seat
(25) with the seat
post (22). Adjust
the angle of the
seat. Fix it tightly
with nuts (23)
and flat washer
(24).
Attach the computer
monitor (8) and the three
cables to the matching
frame cables. Two of the
cables are for pulse (and are
order independent). Third
cable with the pin is for
cadence, pulse, speed and
needs to be matched with
the female counterpart. Do
not force any connections as
this may indicate the wrong
wires are being connected.
Install the
backrest to (21) to
the backrest
support with screw
and flat washer.
Use 13-15 Open end
Wrench to fix seat
post (22) and
backrest support by
Carriage Bolt (16),
Nut and flat washer
(17) and domed Nut
(15). Connect
remaining pulse
cables.
Assemble front
and back feet
using the curved
washer (4) and
domed nut (5)
tightening the
screw clockwise.
Insert the seat
post (22) into the
main frame (1),
Secure the seat in
position with the
adjusting knob (9).
Adjust to the
required height.
Use 13-15 Open
end Wrench to fix
the backrest
support(18)and
handrail (12) by
Carriage Bolt (16),
Nut and flat
washer (17).
Use 13-15 Open end
Wrench to fix the two
pedals. The pedal
(11&13) are "R" and "L"
means right and left
respectively. Connect
them to their
appropriate crank arms.
The right crank arm is
on the right hand side of
the cycle as you sit on.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Please keep this manual in a safe place for reference.
It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the equipment.
Safe and efficient use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained
and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are
informed of all warnings and precautions.
Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to determine if
you have any physical or health conditions that could create a risk to your health and
safety, or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your doctor's advice is
essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or
cholesterol level.
Be aware of your body's signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your
health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: Pain, tightness
in your chest, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, feeling light headed,
dizzy or nauseous. If you do experience any of these conditions you should consult your
doctor before continuing with your exercise program.
Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult
use only.
Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or
carpet. For safety, the equipment should have at least 0.5 meter of free space all around it.
Before using the equipment, check the nuts and bolts are securely tightened. Some
parts like pedals, etc. can be become loose over time.
The safety level of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for
damage and/or wear and tear.
Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components whilst
assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noise coming from
the equipment during use, stop. Do not use the equipment until the problem has been
rectified.
Wear suitable clothing whilst using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing which
may get caught in the equipment or that may restrict or prevent movement. Please run
it slowly in the beginning. Please hold the handlebar tightly and do not let your body
leave the seat when exercise.
The equipment has been tested and certified to EN957 under class H.C. Suitable for
domestic, home use only. Maximum user weight 100kg. Breaking is speed independent.
The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
Care to be taken when lifting or moving the equipment so as not to sustain back injury.
Always use proper lifting techniques and/or use assistance.
