Warranty Terms –SprayClean
As the world undergoes a pandemic, the “need of the hour” is prevention. The OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd team has created a high
quality, maintenance-free walkway –“SprayClean”. It finds application in conjunction with a proven and certified disinfectant,
sprayed upon in fine atomized mist form on a plurality of articles, including humans which go through the walk-way.
The system is a compact-modular design and comes in an easy ready-to-assemble kit, with a detailed assembly manual.
“SprayClean” is Roto Moulded from a high-quality engineering grade polyethylene, which can withstand all weather conditions. The
engineering grade polyethylene makes SprayClean durable, maintenance and rust free. The two independent solution storage tanks
are in built and interconnected, with a total capacity of 240 litres. Each tank has a pre-installed solution level indicator. Equipped
with a PIR motion sensor, the system activates upon sensing a person within a range of 1-2 meters, and automatically stops after 10
seconds. With the help of 10 strategically located nozzles, “SprayClean” can cover majority of the article or human body, which
passes through it. Over and above, the system is well protected by an effective two-layer filtration system, waterproof electricals
and a miniature circuit breaker to ensure the highest level of safety.
All the parts used in the “SprayClean” are thoroughly tested for the intended application. Every possible care and precaution has
been taken to ensure quality in respect of the material and workmanship in the product manufactured by OK Play Healthcare Pvt
Ltd. OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd gives the following warranty for the “SprayClean” manufactured by them with the terms and
conditions mentioned below.
Application and Warranty Period:
A comprehensive warranty for the product is applicable for a period of six months from the invoice date to the original purchaser of
the product.
Warranty Obligations:
OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd will, at its dole discretion, repair or replace, free of charge, part or parts there of as may be found, on
examination, to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, subject to fulfilment of condition stipulated in terms and
conditions given below.

OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd’s liability shall be limited to repair/replacement of the products to ensure trouble free operation.
Under this, OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd at its sole discretion, shall repair the defective parts or replace the defective part free of
charge. OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd reserves the right to use new and/or reconditioned parts for such repair or replacement.
•The right to determine whether the Products needs repair, rectification or free replacement shall rest solely with OK Play
Healthcare Pvt Ltd. In the event OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd determines that the defect does not exist or if existed was excluded
from liability or warranty, buyer is liable to reimburse all costs and expenses incurred by OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
•In case OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd determines that defect in the product is due to inappropriate use of the product, but can be
repaired, OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd shall charge the buyer reasonable rate including but not limited to cost of materials, cost of
installation, cost of labour for repair, cost of shipping, service charges or any other charges incurred during the
rectification/replacement process.
•Replaced or repaired products shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. In any event, the
replacement shall not justify the renewal of the term of performance warranty. After expiry of warranty period, OK Play
Healthcare Pvt Ltd will conduct product maintenance, including providing the spare parts, if required, on a chargeable basis.
•In the event of any part being phased out, OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd reserves the right to provide another part of the similar
capacity.
•Under no circumstances, shall OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damage including,
without limitation, lost goodwill, lost revenues or profits, work stoppage, impairment of other goods, cost of removal and
reinstallation of products, loss of use, injury to person(s) or property arising out or related to products. OK Play Healthcare Pvt
Ltd’s total liability, if any, damages or otherwise, shall not exceed the invoice value paid by the Buyer for the product(s) or
service(s) furnished, which is the subject of a claim or dispute.
•OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to any article or property, death or disability
to any human or animal arising out of fire, electrical fault, accidental handling or negligent use of the “SprayClean”. Liability is
limited to repair or replacement of the part or parts only.

Exclusions of Warranty :
The Warranty will become void due to the following :
•Any physical damage due to accident or mis-handling.
•Improper transportation, storage, installation, or handling.
•Modification, alteration, disassembly, repair or replacement by unauthorized personnel.
•Incorrect use, or inappropriate operation or environment.
•Continuous use of Product more than the agreed operation ranges like Voltage, Current, Temperature, Number of hours of
working etc.
•External influences including unusual physical or electrical stress (power failure surges, inrush current, lightning, flood, fire,
accidental breakage, etc.)
•Use of an incompatible or non-recommended disinfectant.
•Damage occurred due to force majeure /natural calamities.
•The warranty will become void if any part is replaced with any unauthorised part.
•The process defined in the user manual is not followed.
•Maintenance is not performed as defined in the user manual. Maintenance records to be maintained.
•Warranty will become void if the complaint is not lodged within 3 working days of the defect or malfunction is observed.
Dispute Resolution:
•All disputes or differences arising out of use of the Product shall have exclusive jurisdiction at the courts of New Delhi, India.

Safety Instructions
•Read the assembly instructions completely before starting the assembly.
•Use only the tools recommended in the assembly instructions.
•Do not drag any component which can lead to scratches or damage. Handle all the component
carefully including electricals.
•Inform OK Play Healthcare Pvt Ltd for any package damage or damage of any part(s) immediately
before starting the assembly.
•Ask for any small clarification required. Warranty will not apply for any damage due to misuse.
•2 Persons are required to assemble the “SprayClean”.

Unpacking inStructionS
1. The parts are wrapped in a cardboard box.
2. Do not use any hammer or knife or screwdriver to unpack the material. Use scissors to cut the packing material carefully
as the process should not damage the electricals items inside.
3. Unpack the material by keeping on the ground to avoid falling of the components.
4. Dispose the packing material properly to avoid any inconvenience
and damage to any person or property or environment.
5. Please read the instructions carefully before starting the Assembly.
