WIRELESS USE
Assembling the parts—
MICROPHONE
A. Screw off microphone housing (labeled ‘c’) from mic
B. Insert battery (AA) into battery chamber of mic
C. Screw housing back onto microphone
D. Connect wireless antenna (labeled ‘g’)to XLR male
connector (labeled ‘d’)
TRANSMITTER
A. Open batterychamber of transmitter; insert battery
correctly and close battery chamber
C. Insertadapter of wireless transmitter (labeled i) into your
existing amplifier's jack.
Using the wireless microphone—
A. Turn Microphone switch (labeled ‘a’) to the "ON" posi-
tion. Red lamp should be illuminated.
B. Turntransmitter switch to the "ON" position. Red lamp
should be illuminated.
C. If acoustic quality and volume are abnormal or receiv-
ing distance is decreased, check first to see if replacing
batteries rectifies problem. If problem still persists then try
"trimming" the frequency of transmitter by carefully
adjusting the frequency adjuster (labeled ‘L’) with a
small screwdriver. (Note: The frequency adjuster is on
the same side as the transmitter lamp)
WIRED USE
(with included cable)
Assembling the parts—
A. Unscrew microphone housing (labeled ‘c’).
B. Remove battery from battery chamber and mount
housing back onto microphone.
C. Connect prong of 14' cable (labeled ‘f’) to XLR male
connector (labeled ‘d’).
D. Connect adapter of 14' cable to your existing ampli-
fier system.
Using your microphone in wired mode—
Turn microphone switch (labeled ‘a’) to "Mic".
(Note: microphone will not work in wired mode if
switch is turned to "On"; it must be turned to "MIC" for
normal operation).
CAUTION
In the event the microphone will not be used for
an extended period of time, battery should be
removed so as to avoid battery deterioration
and damage to components.
