1. IMPORTANT HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
1.1 Read all the instructions carefully before using the appliance.

2.1 DUAL Ag + TECHNOLOGY: exclusive technological process that allows the generation of
infrared FIR rays with a wavelength between 4 and 14 microns combined with the antibacte-
rial and antimicrobial properties of SILVER IONS.
2.2 PROTECTION AND SAFETY: the tempered glass emitter is set up with a system that guarantees
its safety in any condition of malfunction or accidental breakage. It constantly monitors the
operating temperature and intervenes to prevent any risk caused by external accidental
elements that modify its function.
2.3 TEMPERATURE OF USE: using the supplied remote control you can select
2 POWER levels:

2.4 ENVIRONMENTAL SANITIZATION: through an exclusive air treatment system and the
sanitization of the environment inserted in the appliance, it is possible by simply touching
the remote control to activate the generation of negative ions and ozone.
Thanks to the antibacterial, antimicrobial and antifungal properties of ozone O 3 the
oxygenation of the air in the room is increased, removing animal odors, cigarettes, fumes,
food, dust. It reduces the risk of viral diseases and the development of allergies.

3. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
3.1 Before proceeding with the assembly of the panel, make sure that you have carefully read the
specications and characteristics of the product and that you have clearly understood the
following assembly instructions.
3.2 This appliance has been certied for use in Italy, precisely to install the appliance in dierent
countries, instructions in the language of the country of installation are required and in some
cases make changes to the appliance itself. For any needs, contact HEATALO directly via email
[e-mail]
3.3 Unpack the panel. The operation must be performed by two adults. Open the cardboard
packaging, remove the polystyrene and the plastic bag that wraps the panel. keep the plastic
wrap out of the reach of children. pay attention during handling to avoid damaging the
wooden and glass parts.
3.4 Before throwing away the packaging, check that all parts and accessories have been removed.
It is necessary to keep the packaging for possible transport, future storage or to return the
product.
3.5 Check that the panel is intact and free of defects caused by transport or handling.

3.8 WALL MEASUREMENT AND DRILLING: Dene the area dedicated to the installation of the
chimney panel, pay attention to the instructions below. The chosen area and methodology
installation must ensure compliance with the supplier’s instructions.

Establish the xing point of the brackets considering

3.9 VERIFY that the air ow in the lower part of the panel is guaranteed. Install the panel at least
25 cm from the oor. The wall must not have elements that could obstruct the correct ow of
air in the lower and upper part of the appliance.
3.10 The panel must be installed so that switches or other controls are accessible. Check that the
electrical system is up to standard. Consult an installer.
3.11 The panel is operated and functions exclusively with the supplied remote control. There are
no manual or manually accessible components in the control panel.
3.12 Do not install the panel in front of electrical sockets.
3.13 Aer assembling, make sure that the electrical outlet is easy to access and is equipped with a
single-pole interruption device with a separation distance between the contacts of at least
3mm.
3.14 The power cable supplied with the panel is tted with a die-cast SCHUKO plug. Do not use for
any reason other connections than the plug-cable supplied. Do not use the panel if the cable
is damaged.

4. REMOTE CONTROL USE AND FUNCTIONS
4.1 The far infrared replace panel is controlled by a remote control that activates it and regulates the functions of
both heating and sanitizing the environment. HEATING FUNCTIONS: To activate the replace panel, press the ON
/ OFF button The panel will activate immediately by lighting the image of the replace ame.
The power of the panel is at maximum and it sends biogenic waves into the room which, at the speed of light, they
increase the temperature of the solid bodies present without heating the air until their room temperature is
reached (see heating paragraph).
4.2 The chimney panel will work at maximum power for about 90 minutes until it is saturated room and reach the
optimum temperature. Aer this time, the panel will shrink automatically absorbed power by 50% ensuring the

4.4 ELECTRONIC THERMOMETER: It is possible to check the ambient temperature of the room via the remote control
display. This function allows you to check the temperature of the air in the room and that perceived.
4.5 FLAME ONLY FUNCTION: Pressing the - key on the remote control twice turns o the heating operation. Only the
ame remains alight. The red light beam disappears. Emotional function.
4.6 TOTAL SWITCHING OFF THE FIREPLACE: press the - key on the remote control twice and then press the OFF key.

MINIMUM CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY.

SANITIZATION FUNCTION: unique and exclusive, the PINOTTO replace panel is of great help to avoid and eliminate

5 . USE AND FUNCTIONS FIREPLACE’S PANEL
BIOGENIC WAVE HEATING- How do they heat the BIOGENIC waves?
Infrared waves do not need a medium, such as air or water, to “travel”. They move easily both in air and in
space, producing heat only when they hit an object, such as the surface of the earth or the wall of a house.
