7.3Troubleshooting
If having a trouble with condensate drain device:
1. Test the device with pressing test button. Try several times.
2. If it not better and the device not draining water or air, disassemble and clean the valve and
fittings.
3. Check time Ton and Tof.
4. Check the electrical installation, if all contact are connected.
5. Replace timer or electromagnetic valve. For this change contact us or your local dealer.
8. Maintenance
Service:
Sealing elements are subject to wear, which depends on various operating parameters such as
pressure, temperature, dirt content, etc.
Warning due to a sudden release of pressure!
Pressure could be dangerous and hazardous to the operator.
Depressurize the filter before carrying out any work on the filter.
Never remove any parts of the filter, when the filter is still pressurized!
Before beginning maintenance work follow these steps:
1. Close ball valve
2. Depressurize the unit (push test button)
3. Cut off the power supply
Once per week make a visual check of the fittings and valve with timer controller. Next to a visual
check we must do timer and electromagnetic valve test by pressing the test button on timer
controller. If necessary disassemble and clean the valve and fittings.
After installation or maintenance (testing the settings, tightness or any other work), the test button
should be pressed to empty condensate that has been collected while the ball valve has been closed.
9. Warranty exclusion
The guarantee shall be void if:
The installation and operating manual was not followed with respect to installation, initial
commissioning and maintenance.
The unit was not operated properly and appropriately.
The unit was operated when it was clearly defective.
Non-original spare parts or replacement parts were used.
The unit was not operated within the permissible technical parameters.
Unauthorized constructional changes were made to the unit or if the unit has been
opened/disassembled by an unauthorized person.
