Thank you for purchasing the ONE FOR ALL Cordless Audio Video (AV)
Sender. ONE FOR ALL is continuously striving to develop, produce and
market high quality innovative products to remotely control your
equipment. We hope the Cordless AV Sender will give you the freedom of
wireless control. Your Cordless AV Sender can be connected to all your
audio and video equipment.
The AV Sender is a solution for distributing audio and video signals to
every place in the house without the need of wires.
The AV Sender package contains a transmitter, a receiver, an infra-red (IR)
Eye, two power adapters and two SCART cables. The AV Sender enables
you to watch, hear and control your devices in all rooms of your house
without the need for wires.
The cordless technology is achieved in two ways. The transmitter sends the
audio and video signals from the source device (VCR, DVD, SATELLITE/
CABLE BOX, CAMCORDER, etc) by 2.4 GHz to the receiver that is connected
to the destination device. The built in Remote Control Extender sends the
IR signal in the opposite direction (from receiver unit to transmitter unit) at
a frequency of 433MHz.
Transmitter
The transmitter operates on 9 Volts DC 300mA that is supplied by the
AC/DC Adapter (included in package). Connecting from the audio or video
device to the transmitter is done by an RCA to SCART cable (included in
package). The Audio and/or video signals are transformed to a 2.4GHz
frequency that will be sent via the rotatable antenna.
Furthermore the transmitter transforms the Remote Control Extender
signal (at 433MHz) back to an IR command.
Receiver
The Receiver operates on 9 Volts DC 300mA that is supplied by the AC/DC
Adapter (included in package). Connecting from the audio or video device
to the receiver is done by an RCA to SCART cable (included in package).
The high frequency signal (2.4GHz) received by this unit are captured by
the rotatable antenna and will be transformed into the original audio and
video signals.
Secondly the receiver has a built in remote control extender. When an infra
red signal is received by the receiver, it will transform the IR command to
433 MHz and can be sent through walls and ceilings.
Please note that this feature may not operate on Pace Digital Cable Box
models DITV1000, DITV2000, DI1003 and any other models that use the 2-
way-TV IRDA waveform. If you are unsure of the details of your Pace
Digital Cable Box, please contact your local cable supplier.
Thank You

Before starting the installation make sure that both the transmitter and
receiver are switched off (see picture 1).
Put the channel selectors of the Transmitter and the Receiver on the same
channels (see picture 2:A). The receiver has dip switches. For selecting the
desired channel on the receiver place the dip switch number corresponding
to the channel on the transmitter in top position and the rest of them on
the low position.
For example, channel 3 is configured as shown here:
Connecting the Transmitter
Use the cable labeled “Transmitter”. Connect the RCA-plugs (Red, White
and Yellow) to the corresponding connectors of the transmitter unit (see
picture 2:b). Connect the SCART connector to the device that you select for
supplying the picture (source). Make sure that the SCART is connected to
the correct Output of the device, normally called “Line Out” (see picture 3).
If you wish to remotely control the source device from another room, for
example to change channels on your satellite, you will need to either:
A) Place the transmitter in front of the source device, pointing towards the
IR receiver window.
B) Connect the IR eye to the transmitter (see picture 4) and place the eye
next to the IR receiver window on the source device.
Connecting the Receiver
Use the cable labeled “Receiver”. Connect the RCA-plugs (Red, White and
Yellow) to the corresponding connectors of the receiver unit (see picture
2:b). Connect the SCART connector to the device you selected for displaying
the picture (destination). Make sure that the SCART is connected to the cor-
rect Input of the device, normally called “Line In” (see picture 5).
Insert the adapter plug into the connector on the backside (see picture 2:c).
If you want to control the source device, place the receiver on top or
beside the destination device where it is able to catch the IR command
from your remote control.
Now that both units are connected you can switch on the units using the
on/off switch (see picture 1). The red LED on the front should blink. Place
the units as high as possible to avoid interference of any kind. Rotate the
antennas in such a way that both antennas are facing each other with the
curved side. Note that the antennas cannot rotate freely over 360º, when
resistance is felt stop rotating otherwise you will damage the unit perma-
nently (see picture 6). If transmitter and receiver are placed less then 10
feet (3 meters) apart, place the antenna in the chassis (flat).

of the Video. Switch on the TV in the bedroom. Select the mode on the TV
for “Line In” (AV, EXT or channel 0). Start playing the VCR by aiming the
VCR remote control (or a universal remote control) to the receiver unit and
press play. The video should start playing and picture and sound should
appear on your bedroom TV screen.
View with camcorder (source) in the baby bedroom and watch the
picture on the TV (destination) in the living room.

this package. Please refer to the instruction guide of your camcorder to
determine what type of cable is required.
Connect the transmitter to the camcorder and the receiver to the TV in the
living room. Switch on the camcorder and focus on the spot that you want
to watch. Switch on the TV in the living room. Select the mode on the TV
for “Line In” (AV, EXT or channel 0). The picture and sound of the

Security application.
With this product you are able to build a security system. You can receive
up to four video signals. Note that you require the same amount of
transmitters as video signals you want to receive.
Connect every transmitter to a security camera and connect the receiver to
the TV.
Select a different channel for every transmitter. On the receiver put the dip
switches to the high position if you want to monitor that picture. DIP
switch 5 is used to change the interval time from 8 seconds (in ON position)
to 4 seconds (in OFF position).
Switch on the cameras. Switch on the TV for displaying the various camera
pictures. The picture of the security cameras should appear on the TV on
interval basis.
Examples dip switches:
In this example the receiver will change channels between
channel 1 and 3 every eight seconds.
In this example the receiver will change channels between
channel 1 and 4 every four seconds.
To stop the auto sequence just select 1 channel on the receiver unit.

You do not receive any signal:
1. Is the power switched on, are the adapters connected to the mains and
do the red LEDs blink?
2. Are the channel selectors on both transmitter and receiver the same?
3. Check the connections of the transmitter and receiver unit.
4. Check the connections of the devices that are connected to the AV
Sender.
5. Are all necessary devices switched on?
6. Did you switch the devices in the correct mode: ext, av, line in?
You receive a poor signal:
1. Try if changing the position of the antenna improves the quality.
2. Change to another channel on both transmitter and receiver.
3. Is the range from transmitter to receiver within 300 feet (100 meters)?
4. Is there a microwave oven between transmitter and receiver? Turn it off
or replace units in such a way that they can not interfere anymore.
You can not control the source with the IR extender:
1. Does the remote control work pointing it directly at your device
(source)?
2. Is the transmitter unit or IR Eye placed in direct sight of the source?
3. Does the red LED flash if you press a key on your remote while pointing
at the receiver unit?
General:
If your house has a heavy metal construction or is equipped with a PC
network, it can disturb the radio signal. Try to move the transmitter and
receiver to another place in the house. This should determine if your cord-
less Audio Video Sender is functioning. Even moving the units a few inches
can improve the performance. If you experience problems, try placing the
units away from electrical appliances.
