Indications for Use/Intended Use
The device is intended to provide HD displays of images and communications via network. The device is
suitable for use in hospital operating rooms, surgical centers, clinics, doctors’ooffices and similar medical
environments.
Notes
This equipment is for medical professionals.
This equipment is intended for use in medical environments, such as clinics, examination rooms, and
operating rooms.
Warning
To disconnect the main power, unplug the power plug. When installing the unit, incorporate a readily
accessible disconnect device in the fixed wiring, or connect the power plug to an easily accessible
socket-outlet near the unit. Do not position the ME equipment where it is difficult to unplug the power plug.
If a fault should occur during operation of the unit, operate the disconnect device to switch the power
supply off, or disconnect the power plug.
Warning
To avoid the risk of electric shock, this equipment must only be connected to a supply mains with protective
earth.
Statements
Adaptor is a part of ME equipment, it should be used with ME equipment together.
The display screen of device is part of B type application, and its highest temperature can reach 47.7℃.
Operator can touch the device continuously for 10 minutes at most.
The power supply plug is hospital grade.

To prevent injury, while mounting the unit using a mounting arm, wall fixture, or other mounting device
prepared by the customer, mount the unit securely as described in the instruction manual provided
with the mounting device. Check beforehand that the mounting device used has sufficient strength to
support the added weight of the unit. Check yearly that the mounting device is securely attached.

Important safeguards and notices for use in the medical
environments
The unit generates, uses, and may radiate radio frequency energy. If it is not installed and used in accordance
with the instruction manual, it may cause interference on other devices. If the unit causes interference
(which can be determined by disconnecting the power cord from the unit), try the following.
–Relocate the unit with respect to the affected devices.
–Connect the unit and the affected devices to different branch circuits.
Caution
Signal input and output ports can only be connected with device with double insulation.

Be sure to disconnect the AC power cord from the AC outlet.
On cleaning the device
A material that withstands disinfection is used for the device housing and screen. When solvents such as
benzene or thinner, or acid, alkaline or abrasive detergent, or chemical cleaning cloth are used for the
housing surface/screen surface, the performance of the screen may be impaired or the finish of the housing
surface may be damaged. Take care with respect to the following:
Clean the housing surface/screen surface with a 50 to 70 v/v% concentration of isopropyl alcohol or a 76.9
to 81.4 v/v% concentration of ethanol using a swab method. Wipe the protection plate surface gently (wipe
using less than 1 N force). Stubborn stains may be removed with a soft cloth such as a cleaning cloth lightly
dampened with mild detergent solution using a swab method and then clean using the above chemical
solution. Never use solvents such as benzene or thinner, or acid, alkaline or abrasive detergent, or chemical
cleaning cloth for cleaning or disinfection, as they will damage the housing surface/screen surface. Do not
use unnecessary force to rub the housing surface/screen surface with a stained cloth. The housing
surface/screen surface may be scratched.
Do not keep the housing surface/screen surface in contact with a rubber or vinyl resin product for a long
period of time. The finish of the surface may deteriorate or the coating may come off.

On a Long Period of Use
Due to the characteristics of device, displaying static images for extended periods, or using the unit
repeatedly in a high temperature/high humidity environments may cause image smearing, burn-in, areas of
which brightness is permanently changed, lines, or a decrease in overall brightness. In particular, continued
display of an image smaller than the monitor screen, such as in a different aspect ratio, may shorten the life
of the unit. Avoid displaying a still image for an extended period, or using the unit repeatedly in a high
temperature/high humidity environment such an airtight room, or around the outlet of an air conditioner. To
prevent any of the above issues, we recommend reducing brightness slightly, and to turn off the power
whenever the unit is not in use.

To identify a type B applied part complying with, IEC 60601-1. Used on medical
equipment.

CE Marking
CE marking is an administrative marking that indicates conformity with health,
Safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European
Economic Area.
RoHS Marking
RoHS, also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, originated in the European Union and
restricts the use of specific hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products
(known as EEE). All applicable products in the EU market after July 1, 2006 must pass
RoHS compliance, and then can add the RoHS marking.
Micro SD card symbol

USB 3.0 symbol

Home
Press this button to return home from any application or interface.
Long press to launch Google Assistant.
Recent
Located to the right of home button. Press it to open the recent items.
Back
Located to the left of home button. Press this icon to return to the previous screen.
Power
Located on the bottom/front of the device. This button will switch the entire device
On/Off.
Up
Located on the bottom/front of the device. Press to increase the volume.
Down
Located on the bottom/front of the device. Press to decrease the volume.
Ports
Functions
Ethernet/PoE
Located on the back of the device. This port can be used for wired network
connections, as well as power (10/100/1000 @60W).
USB A
Two located on the back of the tablet under the cover. One located on the side of the
device for charging. Two more USB ports on the bottom/back of the device under
separate covers (used for optional VoIP and Biometric attachments).
SD Card
Located on the back of the tablet under the cover. This port can be used to insert an
SD card up to 256GB to transfer files/external memory.
DC Power
Located on the back of the device. This This port powers the device and where the
charger goes.
Earphone
Located on the side of the device for headphone/audio output connections.

Powering on device
Please connect the AC/DC charger to the port.
Make sure the flat surface of the power cord is faced down.
Press the power button located at the bottom right of the device to power the device on.
Installing the SD card
Gently detach the cover/hood located on the back of the device. Flip the device and place the screen on
a flat clean surface so the screen cannot be damaged.
Insert the SD card in the corresponding slot. Be sure it is inserted all the way.
Install the cover/hood and check the notification screen to ensure the SD card is recognized by the
device.
Wall Mounting Installation
Select a flat area on the wall in the desired location to mount the device.
Install the bracket using all 4 screws to the VESA mount on the back of the device.
Please note this VESA mount is 100x100 MM.
Install the bracket to the wall using additional 4 screws to hold the device in place.
Transferring file between device and flashdisk
Connect a flashdisk to the USB-A port on the back of device. A notification icon will appear in the
status bar.
Pulling down the notification bar on the screen, tap USB drive
The device will now show the files on flashdisk.
