These operating instructions provide you with detailed information about the
operation and maintenance of your new ONO e-cargo bike. It also contains safety
instructions that ensure safe use.
With these operating instructions, we want to help you get the greatest possible
benet from your new ONO e-cargo bike.
You will be satised with your ONO e-cargo bike for a long time if you always use
it properly, maintain it carefully and take care of it. Therefore, please read these
operating instructions carefully and keep them handy at all times. If you always follow
the instructions printed here, you will avoid accidents caused by incorrect operation,
retain the full manufacturer's warranty and always have a functional and ready-to-use
ONO e-cargo bike.

1.1 Use and purpose of this operating manual
The operating instructions are part of the technical documentation. These instructions
contain important information and advice for the safe operation and proper,
appropriate and economical operation of the ONO e-cargo bike.
The operating instructions are intended for the driver and the owner. These operating
instructions will help you to:
●avoid danger and prevent damage,
●prevent downtime,
●increase or safeguard the service life of the ONO.
The operating instructions must be read, understood and applied by every person
who is entrusted with the following work:
●driving and maneuvering,
●Loading and unloading,
●Cleaning,
●Eliminating disruptions in the work sequence,
●Maintenance (care, servicing, repairs).

1.2 Validity of the operating instructions
The operating instructions apply exclusively to the bicycle ONO e-cargo bike,
hereinafter also "ONO", including any special versions. The type is stated on the type
plate.

The operating instructions are part of the ONO.
fKeep all applicable documents in a safe place and take them with you in the
storage compartment on every journey. The operating instructions can be
accessed at any time via the QR code on the dashboard start display.

2SAFETY
These operating instructions contain instructions and information for your safety, safe
operation and trouble-free operation of the ONO.
fFollow the instructions to prevent personal injury, damage to the environment or
damage to property.
2.1 Explanation of safety notices and warnings
The basic safety instructions include instructions that are generally applicable to using
the device safely or keeping the device in a safe condition.
The action-related warnings warn of residual hazards and appear before any
hazardous action steps.
2.2 Presentation and structure of warnings
The warnings are action-related and structured as follows:

2.3 Hazard classification of warnings
The warnings are classied according to their hazard level. The hazard levels with the

2.4 Intended use
The ONO e-cargo bike is an electric bicycle and is intended to be ridden on public
roads and paved paths. According to the German law, it is a bicycle and can be ridden
on the cycle track without restrictions. The ONO e-cargo bike is not suitable for o-
road use.
The (forwards and backwards) starting and pushing aid is operated via a button and
provides assistance when manoeuvring and starting on hills up to a speed of 6 km/h.
The electric motor switches on automatically if the driver actively pedals. The electric
motor provides assistance up to a riding speed of 25 km/h. The parking brake can
secure the e-bike with the maximum load on inclines of up to 6° (10%).
The riding style must be adapted to the trac conditions, the load status and your
own abilities.
The ONO e-cargo bike is intended for transporting goods by a maximum of one driver
for commercial and private use.
The driver can load and transport goods weighing up to 200kg in the secure container
module in compliance with the Highway Code (StVO). The container module is loaded
and unloaded independently and manually.
The ONO e-cargo bike may only be operated as follows:
●In perfect technical condition,
●Within the limits of use,
●According to national standards and regulations.
If faults impair safety, they must be rectied immediately by an authorised specialist
workshop.
Intended use also includes reading and observing these operating instructions,
the associated additional instructions and the safety information. The prescribed
operating, servicing and care instructions must also be complied with to ensure
operational safety.
Any other use in excess of this is considered improper.

Foreseeable misuse
fAvoid the following misuse:
●Disregard of the Highway Code (StVO) and national trac regulations,
●Use outside the application limits,
●Use by untrained drivers,
●Carrying people or animals,
●Transporting goods outside the container module,
e.g. in the cabin or on the roof,
●Transporting goods which, due to their nature, cannot be handled and
transported safely, or can only be handled and transported safely with
additional equipment,
●Exceeding the maximum permissible load of 200kg in the
container module and the total weight of 600kg,
●Exceeding the maximum riding speed of 25km/h,
●Riding o-road (loose and uneven surfaces), on ice or snow,
●Riding over steps or high curbs (higher than 10cm),
●Riding through deep water (deeper than 10cm),
●Parking on inclines without applying the parking brake or without using
suitable safety equipment (e.g. wheel chocks),
●Hands-free riding,
●Cornering speed max. 8km/h,
●Independent tyre, tube or wheel change,
●Touching the power supply,
●Adjustments, repairs and servicing that do not correspond to the operating
instructions. This applies to electrical components in particular,
●Using replacement parts that have not been approved by the manufacturer.

2.5 Limits of use
fObserve the following requirements for the operating environment and operating
conditions:
●Passing under obstacles below a height of 2.15m,
●Passing through obstacles less than 1.20m wide,
●Tight turns around obstacles (strips of obstacles),
●Temperature range from -20°C to +50°C,
●Tyre pressure of 2.2bar (with a load of up to 150kg)
or tyre pressure of 2.5bar (with a load of more than 150kg).
2.6 Environmental protection
fObserve environmental protection when riding, e.g. through anticipatory riding.
fPrevent any leaking of operating materials into nature or the environment.
fDispose of operating materials and other chemicals in accordance with the
nationally applicable regulations.
2.7 Transport properties
Transported goods are divided into the following categories:
Container module
The container module, as part of the ONO, is a large-capacity container for storing and
transporting goods and goods.
Merchandise and goods (cargo)
Merchandise and goods are the transported goods that are loaded into, transported in
and unloaded from the container module.
Before loading

2.8 Protective and safety devices
Depending on the conguration, the ONO is equipped with the following protective
and safety devices.
fRegularly check that the protective and safety devices are working properly.
fHave defective components repaired by authorised specialist personnel only.

Hazard warning lights The hazard warning lights are used to indicate a trac
hazard.
Parking brake The parking brake prevents the ONO from
unintentionally rolling away.
Reversing alarm The reversing alarm serves as a distance control and
warns of possible collisions with obstacles via a beep
while reversing.
2.9 Basic safety instructions
The basic safety instructions summarise all hazards and safety measures thematically
and apply at all times.
There are also specic notes in the form of warnings at the beginning of the relevant
chapters in these operating instructions.
fComply with and follow the following safety instructions and all following warnings.
Hazards when manoeuvring
When manoeuvring the ONO, a hazard area is created, particularly in the lateral blind
spots and directly behind the ONO. People must avoid this hazard area.
fManoeuvre only when there are no people in the hazard area.
fAny other people must be instructed to leave the hazard area.
fIf necessary, get help from a trained person.
