AIR NIPPER
INSTRUCTION MANUAL
● Additional Safety Rules
． Hold the tool firmly by hand.
． Keep hands away from the Blades.
． Don’t touch the blades without shutting air off.
． Eye protection must be used or safety glasses worn.
●How to use
． Connect the external air hose to the inlet fitting ( o.15).
． Adjust the position of lever by turning Valve Set ( o.9)
, according to the job to be done.
( ever turn Valve Set more than 180° degrees).
． Put a work piece between Blades and push lever ( o.13).
● How to change Blades
Changed blade in the following way:
． Shut air off--Take Valve Switch ( o.22) off by turning to the left.
． Unscrew pivot pin ( o.3).
． Remove Blades by hand. Insert Spring carefully when installing cutters into Body.
● How to change O-ring
Worn-out O-Ring can be changed in the following way ( o.6):
． Shut air off.
． Take Body ( o.9) by turning to the left.
． Pull piston ( o.7) out for replacement.
● Remarks
． ever attempt to cut without work piece, you will probable ruin blade edge through
such action.
． Set air pressure at 5~6 kgf/cm²(71~85 PSI).
． Use air tool oil to lubricate.
． If the blade cannot be opened and closed, can use metal protective oil such as (WD-40)
to remove iron rust.
