Introducing OPATRA’ S SYNERGY NECK device, an ergonomic rejuvenation system
blending technology, luxury and results to help combat problematic sagging, loose
skin in the neck and décolleté area.
The combination of our tri-energy system of light, thermal heat and kinetic
massage energy transported with targeted, anti-ageing skincare, will help increase
collagen, encouraging a tighter, rejuvenated appearance to the neckline and
décolletage.
The confidence boosting benefits of our luxury skincare/serums and tri-energy
technology are also suitable for use on other areas to help improve the appear-
ance of blemishes and uneven skin tone.
To achieve the best results, OPATRA Synergy Neck should be used in conjunction
with Opatra’ s complete anti-ageing skincare range.
Red LED Light – Anti-Ageing
The red LED light stimulates the fibroblasts that produce collagen, which in turn
can help the skin’s youthful appearance. With the application of our anti-ageing
creams or serums, the red light helps penetrate the product into deeper layers of
the skin, whilst also helping improve blood circulation, expression lines and
regenerating cell renewal.
Blue LED Light – Anti-Blemish
Blue LED light targets bacterial sources, which resides underneath the skin’s
surface and contributes to the cause of acne. The light assists in the development
of oxygen radicals, which help destroy bacteria, without causing harm to healthy
skin.
Green LED Light – Even-Tone
Green LED light helps reduce pigmentation and redness, and helps cool the skin,
evening skin tone and improves epidermal hyper pigmentation.

PRODUCT FEATURES
Synergy Neck is an ergonomically designed device to help reduce the fine lines
and firm the skin on the neck and décolleté area. Using advanced technology that
combines high speed massage, LED Light therapy and thermotherapy.
1) The curve massage head is especially designed for the décolleté area, shoulders,
neck and other body parts. Its unique shape can stream the energy from the
device directly into the skin.
2) The massage head, heat capacity reaches up to 45C to activate the skin’s cells,
matching the 3 IPL Acoustic modes; low, medium and high speeds, with 3 LED
light colours; blue, green and red which can promote the blood circulation and
metabolism, promote the discharge of long term accumulation of toxic
substances and wastes, stimulate the neck acupuncture points, clear the
meridians, slow the skin cells ageing process, resulting in firmer and tighter skin tone.
3) Sonic modes: low speed (blue), medium speed (green), high speed (red), which
are all activated by an intelligent sensor technology. The device starts operating
only when in contact with the skin.
4) Mode memory function with 60 seconds reminder function.
5) USB cable charging.
6) Mini and portable, the ultimate carry essential – small, rechargeable, portable
and practical, ideal to use at any time and at any place.
7) The Synergy Neck Device will automatically turn OFF after 2 minutes of no usage.
8) The Synergy Neck has a memory mode function. When switched ON, it will
resume to the previous mode chosen/selected.

- You are undergoing radiation or chemotherapy treatments.
- You have a history of heart history of heart disease or other medical conditions

Immediately after treatment, the treated skin area may appear red. Within 1 hour,
the skin will resume to normal.

When using the device, basic safety precautions should be followed, as listed

- DO NOT use the Synergy Neck Device in any way that is not exactly as specified
in these instructions for use. Use of the Synergy Neck Device other than exactly
as specified in these instructions for use has not been tested and the risk is
unknown.

stated treatment time. Using the Synergy Device for longer and more frequently

• ONLY use the power adaptor supplied with the Synergy Neck Device.
Using a non- approved power supply could increase your risk of electric shock
and will damage the Synergy Device and void your warranty.
• NEVER use the Synergy Neck Device near water or where water can be spilt onto
the equipment.
• NEVER use the Synergy Neck Device if you think any part of the equipment may
have come encounter with water or any form of liquid.
• DO NOT attempt to modify, open or repair the Synergy Neck Device in any way.
Modifying the Synergy Device could cause an electric shock when the system is
used again.
The Synergy Neck Device contains no serviceable parts.
• DO NOT use the Synergy Neck Device, power supply or cables if they are visibly
damaged in any way.
• ALWAYS switch the Synergy Neck Device OFF after use.
• If you intend NOT to use the Synergy Neck Device for an extended period, switch
OFF the charging station and store the components in a clean, dry place.
- Before first use, ensure the device is switched o. Check and inspect your
Synergy Neck Device. Check for signs of physical damage. DO NOT USE the device
if there is any noticeable damage. Contact the Opatra customer service team.
- The Synergy Neck Device is rechargeable.
- The Synergy Neck Device comes fully charged for your convenience and should
last for up to 2 hours of use.
- If you find the Synergy Neck Device is not charged, charge for 2 hours before use.
- Do not charge for longer than 2 hours, to avoid the device overheating.
- You cannot use the Synergy Neck Device in the charging mode.

- If you intend not to use the Synergy Neck Device for an extended period, switch
OFF the charging station and store the components in a clean dry place.
- Store Synergy Neck device away from water and any liquids.
- Store Synergy Neck device away from sunlight.

To perform the SYNERGY NECK TREATMENT, Opatra would recommend following
the below guidelines:
- The Synergy neck device uses a chargeable battery. Make sure the device is fully
charged before use. The green light will indicate this. This should last for up to 2
hours of use.
- Always do a patch test before using.
- Make sure the areas you are treating are clean and dry.
- Treated areas recommended are under around the neck, shoulders and décolleté
area.
- Apply light pressure, whilst slowly moving the Synergy Neck Device in continuous,
upwards motions.
- Make sure you hold the device steady during application and do not separate the
curve head surface from your skin during session. This will result in a more
eective result.
- To achieve the best results, we recommend using 3 times per week for the first
month and then as and when required.
- Total treatment time should not exceed 10 – 15 minutes per session.
1. Prepare your skin for the SYNERGY NECK by cleansing the treated area.
2. Dry the area thoroughly.
3. We recommend applying the Opatra anti-ageing serum/cream on the treated
area. Apply a thin layer of serum or cream. This is optional, however, to achieve
the best results, SYNERGY NECK device should be used in conjunction with
Opatra’ s anti-ageing, skincare range whilst using the device.

4. Remove the protective cover from the device.
5. Lift your Synergy Device from the docking station and switch the device ON by
pressing down the control button (bottom round button) for 2 seconds. The
yellow LED light indicator will illuminate on the hand piece, along with the low
infrared mode.
6. Click the top round button and select the colour LED light you require.
7. Begin your session – ready to use.
8. Place the CURVE head surface onto your skin and the selected LED Light and
infrared mode, as well as heat and vibration mode (low humming sound), will
automatically activate.
9. Select the mode according to your preference (RED – BLUE – GREEN)
10. To switch from RED LED LIGHT to GREEN LIGHT LED to BLUE LED LIGHT
in-between sessions – press and hold down the top control button (1 second).
11. Apply light pressure, whilst slowly moving the Synergy Neck Device in slow,
sweeping, upwards motions.
12. Treat the desired area for approximately 5 – 7 minutes, on each side.
13. When you have completed the session, TURN OFF your device by pressing and
holding down the control button (bottom button) for 2 seconds. The indicator
lights will turn o.
14. It’s recommended that after treatment, to apply a small amount of moisturising
cream onto the treated area after each session.
15. After each use, clean the Opatra Synergy Neck Device with the OPATRA
cleansing cloth provided or with sterilise wipes on the stainless-steel treatment
head. Dry with a soft dry cloth or paper towel and return to the docking station.

- After each use, clean the Opatra Synergy Neck Device with a damp cloth (not wet)
or with sterilising wipes on the stainless-steel treatment head. Dry with a soft dry
cloth or paper towel and return to the docking station.
- Always clean the device after each use.
- Always place the protective cover, after each use.
- Avoid using detergents or chemical cleansers to clean the device.
- The Opatra Synergy Neck Device contains NO serviceable parts.
- DO NOT attempt to repair the Synergy Neck Device yourself. Attempting to modify
the Synergy Neck Device in any way could cause an electric shock when the
system is used again.
- If your Synergy Neck Device does not switch ON, ensure that the usb cable is
plugged in correctly. Wait 2 hours. After 2 hours press the power button. If the
green light does not illuminate contact the Opatra customer service team or your
retailer.
