Ash removal
Instalation manual
Biopel ash removal is device used for ash trry cleaning. You can extend boiler
cleaning time by using this device properly. Cleaning itself is easier because of
external container which is easy to clean and attach back on the boiler.
There are 3 types of as removal devices considering Biopel boiler size. Ash
removal 10/15, 20/30 or 40.
Read all instructions below carefully to instal and use this device without any
problems.

1 PACKAGING
In the packaging of ash removal you can find parts included in the list below.
Ash container with top lid
Ash door
Second ash door lock (first is on the boiler body, assembled in the factory)
Screw with motor and attachements
Ash tray
Left and right ash tray wings
Power supply cable
Fasteners

2 ASSEMBLY
Follow all steps below to instal ash removal properly.
Remove boiler ash doors. Remove pin and rod which holds doors on the place. Remove
standard ash tray from the boiler as well.
Remove cover on the back side of the boiler along with flap which is secured by 2 screws.
Insert new ash tray into the boiler. Install left and right wing on the ash tray sides.
Than insert screw into the boiler.

Attach motor on the back side of the screw with metal holder. Tighten it with small black bolt.
Than connect metal holder on the back side of the boiler body by using 2 screws.
Insert 230V socket into the back cover and attach this cover back on the boiler by screws.
Connect second ash door lock on the side of the ash doors hole. There is one assembled in
factory and you have to connect the second one on the opposite side.
Insert new ash dors.

Attach ash container on the ash doors. Make sure that auger is properly positioned inside the
ash container.
Connect power supply cable to the socket on the back side of the boiler and to the connection
boart to the output called Dashing.
Activate ash removal by using function called Ash removal (older name was Dashing) in
Installers menu in control unit v8.

3 WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Warranty conditions:
This warranty certificate includes a certificate of quality and completeness. The manufacturer certifies
that the product is inspected and meets its design specifications and EN 303-5. For quality, function
and we guarantee the boiler for 24 months from the date of sale to the consumer, no longer than 30
months after expedition from the factory and in a way that demonstrably result of defects due to faulty
materials, faulty design, faulty design or removed as soon as at our expense, provided that the boiler:
• it is in normal condition according to the Instruction manual
• is connected to a chimney according to CSN 73 4201:1989
• is not damaged mechanically (no unauthorized interference with the exception of interference allowed
in the instructions)
• chimney draught must match the value listed in the table. 2, according to the type of boiler
• consumer complaints submitted with the application of this warranty certificate duly completed
• complying with the manufacturer's instructions for the use of pressure expansion vessels
Note:
When a fault is always necessary to submit the warranty certificate, give the exact address and the
circumstances under which the defect occurred. The manner and place of repair will be decided in our
company.

Installation manual
Compressor cleaning is additional device which can be implemented into the
Biopel burners and boilers. You can use it for cleaning of burner’s grate as well
as for exchanger cleaning.
This manual is for compressor cleaning assembly in to the burner from 10 to
200kW.

1 COMPRESSOR BURNER CLEANING 10 – 200KW
You can use compressor kit for all Biopel burner from 10 to 200 kW. Assembly is the same so follow all
instructions below.
1.1 Packaging
In the packaging of compressor kit you can find parts included in the list below.
Compressor
Solenoid valve
4pcs burner tubes
4m PVC hose small
Fitting reduction ½“ x ¼“
Fitting reduction 3/8“ x ¼“
Fitting socket ¼“
Fitting nipple reduced ½“ x ¼“
4pcs angled connector straight
Angled connector with two outlets
Angled connector with four outlets
4pcs circlip
1.2 Assembly
Please reed all steps carefully. It is werry important to connect all parts as it is written inside this manual.
Only certificated installer should install this device.
Open packaging and remove all parts from the box.
Use sailing material on all external threads of all fitting parts.
Connect compressor outlet to fitting nipple reduced ½“ x ¼“
Now connect compressor with solenoid valve.

Connect solenoid valve with fitting reduction ½“ x ¼“
Connect fitting reduction ½“ x ¼“ with fitting socket ¼“
Connect angled connector with two or four outlets
Insert all burner pipes into the burner. Extended end of the pipe has to be above the grate.
Attach circlips on burner pipe outlets.

Attach all angled connector straight on the burner pipe outlets. Cut PVC hose small into the
sizes you need and attach them on all angled connctors straight.
Connect other side of PVC hoses small to the angled connector with two outlets for small
burners.
Connect cable from magnetic velve into the connection board.
Connect 230V cable of the compressor to the power supply socket.
Switch the main button on the compressor on. Compressor tank should be pressurised.
Set the operating times inside Installer settings, Compressor cleaning.

2 SETUP
You need to select operational times in v8 control unit. To do so follow instructions below.
Installer settings, Compressor:
oCleaning periodInterval čištění = 2min
oOpening time = 2s
oCycle time = 30s
oInterval time = 1 to 15h
Check also Operation control function in Service menu. Go to Service menu, Auger, Work, Operation
control –set 10s. If there is no flame after compressor cleaning photosensor doesn’t detect the light.
After 10s control unit goes to ignition again automaticly.
Setup in compressor submenu can vary considering different burner sizes. By leaving compressor
deactivated you can say that compressor cleaning will be performed only after extinction, when boiler is
switched off. We recommend to not activate compressor during PID work. Cleaning by compressor
during pid work is good only for high powers such as 100-200kW.

Ethernet module
User manual
Ethernet module is a device that allows remote control of boiler operation via
the Internet or local network. User controls by your home computer states of
the installation of the boiler and work of each unit is displayed in animated form
on the screen.
Besides there is a possibility of displaying the temperature sensors of each
temperature output used. User has also the option to change set
temperatures, both in the case of pumps and in the case mixing valve.

1 CONNECTION
Ethernet module cooperates with boiler regulator v8. After connecting module you have to enable Internet Module
(Menu >> Plumber settings >> Internet modul >> On Module), then confirm >> Address IP.
After a short time, the module displays the IP address that will be needed later during the installation, it is necessary
to write the address on the list for later use. (eg 192.168.1.192).
1.1 Modul connection via LAN
Start your Web browser
Type previously registered IP address (eg http://192.168.1.192)
Press the ENTER key
In the window that appears, write the factory default login name (User: user), leave the password field blank
and click OK
After these activities are already logged into the module via the local network.
1.2 Modul connection via external page
If we don’t want to use only local network at home, but also to use as well as other sites on the Internet, we must
configure access to external sites. For this purpose it is necessary to fill in the fields: ID and password in Settings tab.
Admin password allows any desired change temperature (editing).
User password is only for viewing temperatures without the possibility of implementing the changes.
Logging into the module from external sites, perform through typing in the address in the browser window:
http://www.opop.cz/en-index.php
Confirm and after a short time shows the initial window in which it is necessary to enter the previously set
login and password and click login.

After a short time, the screen module appears.
1.3 Setting security protection
If you want to change the user name and password for access to the module, then it is necessary to enter the
Settings tab which is on the top right corner of modul’s online page.

We set up a new user name and password.
After approval by clicking on the icon a confirmation message appears.
1.4 Manual adjustment module
One way to configure the master controller v8 to the local network is manually set the access parameters.
In this case, we have to check the settings for your local network.
We will need the following parameters:
oIP Address
oMask IP
oGateway Address
oDNS Address
1.4.1 Downloading data
Click on the Start menu, then Run (or Win key + R)
c: \ Windows \ system32 \ cmd.exe
Please enter a cmd and click OK
A window opens with the console.
Type ipconfig and press Enter.
In most cases, the same DNS address as the gateway address. For certainty you can check this by using the
command typing in ipconfig / all
1.4.2 Configuring control unit v8
After entering all the data that we need for setting master controller we enter into settings for an Internet module in
the boiler controller (menu >> Plumber settings >> internet module).
Parameter DHCP (Eng. Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) must be turned off.
