Quick Start Guide
Electric Coee Grinder

To operate the grinder safely:
- The LAGOM 01 power cord interface is located at the
bottom of the grinder. When unpacking, please connect
the power cord to the bottom plate of the grinder before
placing it on the table.
- Only operate the grinder in a fully assembled state.
- Never use the grinder in a wet environment or with wet
hands.
- Do not allow liquid/water to come in contact with internal
or external parts of the grinder.
- Do not grind any materials other than coee beans.
- Unplug the power supply before working on the grinder
such as for cleaning and maintenance.
- Do not disassemble the grinder without authorization.
Please consult us before attempting any disassembly to
avoid any unintended damage or injuries.

Grind Adjustment
To adjust to a finer grind setting, rotate the bean hopper
clockwise to the left. Similarly, to adjust coarser, rotate the
hopper counterclockwise.
Tips: The zero-point of each LAGOM 01 will come pre-calibrated
and will have an in-built safety lock that prevents the burrs from
being adjusted to be below zero (to avoid damaging the burrs
accidentally). So you can safely adjust to zero with no concern
about damaging the burrs.
A user calibration of the zero is possible but is not necessary. For visual

Your nal grind setting may vary with dierent beans and
usage, but this is the general starting point to help you get
started:

Auto-grind Function
LAGOM 01 can be operated in two modes: manual or auto.
To use the auto-grind function, plug in the grinder and
press the Auto-grind button once. The grinder will start
and turn o automatically.
Recalibrating motor sensor: The LAGOM 01’s auto-purge
works based on torque sensing so any changes (e.g.
shipping or burr change) may affect it. To recalibrate the
torque profile, press and hold the auto-grind switch for
approx 10s until the motor engages.
High-speed cleaning mode: Quickly double-click the auto-
grind switch within 1 second to enter the high-speed
cleaning mode.

Modular Platform for Grinding Accessories
The portafilter fork platform on the LAGOM 01 has been
completely redesigned to enhance its versatility. Depending
on the conguration, it may come equipped with either a
magnetic grind cup or a magnetically-attached holder for
58mm basket portafilters. To use this modular platform,
simply place either the supplied magnetic-grind cup or
the portafilter holder in position, and the magnets will
automatically help align and secure them in place.
Furthermore, the modular aspect of the platform has
been designed to prioritize adaptability and upgradability
without compromising functionality or usability. This
ensures that the platform can seamlessly integrate any
future modular upgrades while maintaining its overall
simplicity and ease of use.

Clearing grind residues after grinding
The exit chute on LAGOM 01 has incorporated a magnet-
assisted mechanism to help clear the last bit of residues
that may be in the chute.
To use this, push down on the chute and quickly release
(similar to a icking action).
* Note: The chute should only be flicked at the end of
grind session to avoid grind building up behind the chute
mechanism.

研磨调节
逆时针旋转刻度调节漏斗调粗研磨刻度；顺时针旋转刻度
调节漏斗调细研磨刻度。
提示：将刻度旋钮顺时针拧到最紧，令刻度 “o” 对准下方锁定环
标记处，此时则为“零刻度点”，可开始以此点为基准按需调整研
磨刻度并使用。
* 每台 LAGOM 01 在出厂时都会经过校准，确保“零点”在刻度“o”
与锁定环标记对准处。“零点”指的是上 / 下刀盘开始接触的点，
若因更换刀盘导致零点变化需重新校准，请参考 安全维护手册 。

自动启停功能
LAGOM 01 可以在两种模式下操作：手动或自动。
要使用自动启停功能，请在连接电源后按动自动启停按钮，
磨豆机将在研磨完成后自动关闭。
自动启停校准：LAGOM 01 的自动启停功能基于扭矩感应，
因此任何变化都可能对其产生影响（尤其是在经历运输之
后）。若需重新校准：请长按自动启停开关约 10 秒直至
听见机器运转，运转停止后即为校准成功。
高速清粉模式：1 秒内快速双击自动启停按钮即可进入高
速清粉模式。
* 注意：使用自动研磨开关时，请勿再次按动手动开关。

多功能磁吸组件
LAGOM 01 装载磁吸底板，支持多样化配件搭配使用。
全新设计的磁吸底板充分考虑到工作流程，降低了咖啡手
柄在研磨过程中掉落导致底板损坏的风险。
使用时该磁吸组件时，只需将随附的磁吸粉杯或多功能手
柄支架放置在底板上，磁吸装置将会自动帮助将它们对齐
并固定到位。
同时，经过精心模块化设计，在实现不影响功能及可用性
的情况下优先考虑到实用性和可延续性，全新磁吸底板将
可以无缝兼容任何未来可能出现的模块化升级，并同时保
持整机的一致性和易用性。

研磨后清除残留
出粉口处采用弹力装置以帮助清除可能因静电等因素吸附
在出粉通道中的最后一点咖啡粉残留。
使用时，请按下出粉口并快速释放（类似于轻弹动作）。
* 注意：请勿在研磨过程中按动出粉口，以避免咖啡粉在
滑槽缝隙中堆积。
