Lagom Mini Compact Electric Coffee Grinder

First-time-use Assembly:
Safety Warning: The grinder is only intended to be used for grinding coffee only.
It is not to be operated by children unsupervised.

Quick Start tips:
oThe grinder can be used for up to 35g-capacity.
oTo adjust to a finer grind setting, rotate the hopper clockwise to the left
(smaller number on the scale). Similarly, to adjust coarser, rotate the
hopper counterclockwise (larger number).
oTo dial in quickly, find the zero of the grinder first by rotating the hopper
towards the finer direction until the burrs are locked. Your zero-setting is
when the burrs are fully closed.
oYour final grind setting may be different but this is the general starting
point to help you get started. Grind size range recommendation:
oFrench Press: 2.2-3.0 revolution (from zero)
oFilter brewing (V60, Kalitta etc): 2-2.5 revolution
oAeropress: 1.5-2.5 revolution
Cleaning & maintenance:
The C38E has very little retention – hence this means that you don’t have to clean
it as frequently as required on a traditional electric grinder.
To clean the burrs chamber:
1. Remove the lid.
2. Adjust the funnel towards the coarser direction until the funnel disengages.
3. Remove the hopper and you will get access to the upper burr carrier.
4. Remove the upper burr carrier with hand gently.
5. You should now be able to access the burrs chamber and clean the grinder
with a brush or vacuum.
Note: DO NOT disassemble the burrs from the carrier (both the bottom and upper burrs)
as it may affect the factory-adjusted alignment.
