Before starting, turn the device upside down
and flip the retractable half of the bottom of
the device back completely until the bottom
looks like a half-moon (see photo on right).
Maskerade should be operated on a dry,
clean, fast and firm surface. Place the mask
tray in the correct position as shown in the
photo. In the correct position, the two
rectangular grooves near the edges of the
mask tray hook into the device and the
base stand of the device rests on top of the
mouth-shaped area of the mask tray.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Maskerade Duet may be used only with liquid forms of fruits or vegetables,
juices, viscous liquids such as yogurt or honey, and numerous other liquid ingredients. DO NOT use any
solid ingredients to make masks with the Maskerade Duet.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When in the MASK mode, please be careful not to click on the Steam-mode
button on the machine. If you click the STEAM button by error, immediately disconnect the power
by removing the power cord from the device and repeat the process correctly.

RECOMMENDED REGIMEN: If you would like to do both a facial mask and facial steaming, you
should first make the mask even if you would like to first steam your face before applying a mask
to your face. This is because the high temperature of the device is harmful to the mask-making
process and the mask will not form properly if the machine is hot. For this reason, it is
recommended to make the mask first which can then be set aside for 1-2 hours before using it
(it's recommended to refrigerate the mask and leave it in the mask tray until you use it). Once
you have made the mask, you can do the facial steaming treatment on your face first as it will help
open the pores and improve the absorption of the mask ingredients. After the facial steaming,
you can apply the mask on your face.

Connect the power cord to the device socket and plug into the wall, after which the device will
automatically turn on.
