Intended use of the device
The appliance is designed solely for the care of nails on
the feet and skin. The equipment is determined by the
technical and operating parameters and functions, the
safety and user instructions and the external effects of
the operating environment.
ORAVA electrical appliances are manufactured
according to the state of the art and recognized safety
rules. Nevertheless, improper use may result in injury
or endangerment to the life of the user or a third party,
damage to equipment and other property
General Instructions and Cautions
• We recommend that you read the operating
instructions carefully and operate the equipment in
accordance with the instructions before operating the
equipment.
• The safety instructions and cautions in this manual do
not cover all possible conditions and situations that
may occur when using the machine. The user must
understand that a factor that cannot be built into any
of the products is personal responsibility and caution.
Therefore, these factors must be ensured by the
users operating the device.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage
to health or property if the safety instructions and
warnings are not followed!
• If possible, keep the operating instructions close to
the unit for the entire life of the unit. Always keep the
operating instructions together with the appliance for
future use and use by new users.
• Use the device exclusively for its intended purpose
and in the manner specified by the manufacturer.
• This is not a professional device for commercial use.
• Do not change the machine‘s specifications and

Operating environment safety
• Do not use the device in an industrial or outdoor

always be in accordance with the specified essential
characteristics.

Electrical safety
• Class III electrical devices are devices that are
powered by a low-voltage power supply (battery or
accumulator) and do not present a hazard to the user
in terms of electric shock.
Safety of persons
• Operations of the device include operations such
as turning the device on and off, user handling and
adjusting operating parameters, visual or auditory
inspection of the equipment, and user cleaning and
maintenance.
Unpacking
• Unpack the device and its accessories and dispose
of any parts of the packaging material, labels, and

Transportation/Transfer
• Only transport/carry the equipment after thoroughly

• Never carry the machine while it is in operation. Do
not carry the device while it is on.
• When carrying, ensure that your hands and
equipment are not damp or slippery.

Unpack/Packaging
• Unpack and dispose of all parts and accessories
of packaging materials, and labels prior to startup.
Keep all packaging materials in a safe place or keep
them out of the reach of children and incapacitated
persons.

Inspection/Commissioning
• Never use the appliance if it is incomplete, damaged
or any part of it has been damaged during use. Have
the device repaired by a specialist garage.
• Always turn the device to the ‚0‘ position when
attaching or removing handles.

Especially at higher speeds, cautious handling is

• If the head or cover is damaged, stop using the
machine for safety reasons.
• You should not leave the device turned on for
more than 20 minutes. To prevent the motor from
overheating, a pause of at least 15 minutes is
required after this time.
• If you experience discomfort or pain or irritation while
using it, stop using the device.

• Make sure your hair does not get caught in the
rotating shaft when using the machine. Secure your
hair with a rubber band to be sure.
• Do not use the device after taking medicines or
alcohol (limited ability to perceive!).
• Do not use the device while driving a motor vehicle.
• Do not use the appliance in bed. You must never fall
asleep during use.
• Do not apply strong pressure and always bring the
handles carefully as close as possible to the surface
to be treated.
• Keep in mind that grinding sticks have limited
effectiveness when wet. For this reason, we ask you
not to use the device in a water bath.
• Check the results regularly during treatment.
This is especially true for diabetics, because they do
not have such sensitivity in their hands and feet as a
result of the disease.
• Do not use the machine if it has been dropped and
shows visible signs of damage.
• Do not repair or modify the device yourself. Have all
repairs carried out by an authorized service center.
By interfering with the product, you expose yourself to
the risk of losing the legal right from faulty fulfillment,
eventually. quality assurance.

Location/Installation
• Children under 3 years of age must be prevented
from accessing the equipment unless they are
constantly supervised.
• Children 3 years of age and under 8 years of age

age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge

Cleaning/Maintenance
Cleaning the outside of the machine
• Turn off the machine before cleaning.
• Wipe the unit with a cloth that has been slightly
moistened. Never allow liquid to enter the device or
accessories. Then wipe everything dry.
• For hygienic reasons, the sticks can be cleaned with
a cloth. brush. Then dry them thoroughly.
• Do not use metal objects, petrol, thinners or abrasive
cleaners, etc. to clean the surface.
• To avoid possible damage, do not wash the device
under running water, spray water or immerse it in
water or any other liquid.
• Do not reuse the appliance until it is completely dry.

• 5 attachments for specific applications.
• The manicure and pedicure attachments is equipped
with high-quality handles. In the basic package
there are 5 handles with different surfaces and long
life, allowing you to treat your feet and nails at a
high level, which is otherwise only possible with a
pedicurist.

Power supply
The device is powered by 2 1.5 V AAA batteries
(not supplied). Insert the batteries into the device:
1 Open the back of the battery compartment and open
the battery compartment.
2 Insert 2 AAA size 1.5 V batteries (not supplied) into
the battery compartment. Observe correct polarity
+ and - marked inside the space.
3 Close the battery compartment by sliding the cover
until it clicks.
Notes
• Do not insert any other objects into the battery
compartment.
• If you will not be using the device for an extended
period of time, remove the batteries to prevent
possible leakage of the battery contents and
subsequent corrosion.
• Observe correct polarity + and -. If the batteries are
stored in the wrong polarity, the batteries and the
device itself may be damaged.
• Always replace the batteries when the head stops
rotating
• Do not insert any other objects into the battery
compartment.
• If you will not be using the device for an extended
period of time, remove the batteries to prevent
possible leakage of the battery contents and
subsequent corrosion.

Operation
1 Before using for the first time, insert the batteries as
described above.
2 When using the machine, follow the recommended
nail care instructions found eg. on the Internet.
3 Select the desired grinding/polishing head
(attachment) you want to use and attach it to the
machine body until it clicks into place.
Felt handle (1):
Nail polishing to give them a glossy finish.
White corundum sanding roller (2):
Ideal for use on acrylic (artificial) nails, shortening
and shaping the nail edge.
Can also be used on natural nails

Diamond Grinder with Silicon Rabid
(Carborundum) (3):
It can be used to remove cuticle from the side and
top of the nail.
Nickel Grinder (4):
For precise nail polishing of both acrylic and natural
nails.
Abrasive paper grinder (5):
Grinding thick nails for perfect shape.
4 Slide the power switch to the “1” position to turn on the
machine and activate a slow speed. Treat your nails
with the attached handle. Gently press the device on
with your fingernails or cuticles and move the device
with small circular or sliding movements as shown
(see illustration). To change to high speed mode, set
the power switch to “2”.
5 After use, turn the power switch to “0” to turn off the
unit. Remove the handle and clean the device and
handles as described in for cleaning and store it with
the handles in the storage case.

Problem solving
Warning!
If you have any problems with this device, try this
problem solving guide.
If the measures do not help, do not attempt to
disassemble or repair the device yourself.
The device is not working.
Batteries are almost discharged or completely
discharged.
Replace the batteries as instructed. The batteries are
inserted incorrectly. Insert the batteries correctly.
Unusual noise
The grinding shaft is incorrectly installed.
Install the grinding handpiece correctly as instructed.
Note
If the device still does not operate properly after
performing the above solutions, stop using the device
and contact the seller.
Cleaning and maintenance
Turn off the machine before cleaning.
Cleaning the device surface
To clean the surface, panel, controls, use a soft cloth slightly
moistened with a mild cleaning solution. Do not use abrasive
cloths, cleaning powders
or solvents such as thinner, gasoline or alcohol. After
cleaning, allow the device to dry and store it in its case.
Cleaning of attachments
Use a brush to clean the handles and rinse them under
running lukewarm water. Do not use cloths that leave fibers
and scraps on the rough surface.
After cleaning, allow the handles to dry and place them in the
protective case.
