cannotbelightedupbyfoldupthesafetykeyorconsolecannotbeturnedoffbyfolddownthe
safetykey,whichwillbethatsafetykeySystemismalfunction.

Treadmillhasanemergencystopmechanismforyoursafety.Beforestartingyourworkout,fasten
thecordofthesafetykeytoyourclothing.Ifthetreadmillhasbeenshutdownbyremovingthe
safetykey,restartitbyreinsertingthekey.Anautomaticrestartofthetreadmillbeltdoesnot
occur.Anunmonitoreduseofthetreadmillbyotherpeoplecanbepreventedbyremovingthe
safetykeyandkeepingitsafelyhidden.Incaseofanyemergency,holdontightlytothehandrailor
handlebarwithbothhandsandleavethetreadmillbymeansoftheanti‐slippingsurfaceofthe
lateralplatform.Activatetheemergencestopmechanism(safetycut‐out).
Use‐Safety:Pleasekeepthesafetykeyinasafeplaceandensurethatitiskeptoutofreachof
children!
Product‐Power‐Safety:Theunitrequiresapowersupplyof220V–240V/50Hz.Itshouldbe
connectedtoasafetysocketwithadedicated10Afuse.Beforepoweringonandusingtheunit
confirmthatthetheunitispluggedintotheappropriatepowersupply(observemarkings)hasbeen
connectedproperly.

1–2months.Payparticularattentiontothetightnessofboltsandnuts.Thisappliesespeciallytothe
securingboltsforsaddleandhandlebars.

originalparts)mayendangerthesafetyoftheuser.
Product‐Maintenance:Damagedcomponentsmayendangeryoursafetyorreducethelifetimeofthe
equipment.Forthisreason,wornordamagedpartsshouldbereplacedimmediatelyandtheuser
shouldrefrainfromusingtheequipmentuntilthishasbeendone.

Thetreadmillhastwolevelsofinclination:
Thelevelcanbechangedbyadjustingtheinclinationleg.Usethehandle(A)toliftthetreadmillwith
onehandandadjusttheinclinationlegwiththeotherhandasshowninthedrawing(B).

Thewalkingbelthasbeenpre‐lubricatedatthe
factory.However,itisrecommendedthatthe
walkingboardbecheckedperiodicallyfor
lubricationtoensureoptimaltreadmill
performance.Pleaseensurethelubricationofthe
runningbeltischeckedevery4‐6weeksafterthe
initial100miles/kilometersofuse.
Every30daysor30hoursofoperationliftthe
sidesofthewalkingbeltandfeelthetopsurface
ofthewalkingboardasfarasyoucanreach.If
youfeelsignsofsilicone,nofurtherlubricationis
required.Ifitfeelsdrytothetouch,followthe
instructionsbelow.Pleaseuseanon‐petroleum
basedsilicone.
Toapplylubricanttothewalkingbelt:
1. Positionthewalkingbeltsothattheseamis
locatedontopandincenterofthewalking
board.
2. Insertthespraynozzleintothesprayheadof
thelubricantcanifanozzleisrequired.
3. Whileliftingthesideofthewalkingbelt,
positionthespraynozzlebetweenthe
walkingbeltandtheboardapproximately6"
fromthefrontofthetreadmill.Applythe
siliconespraytothewalkingboard,moving
fromthefrontofthetreadmilltotherear.
Repeatthisontheothersideofthebelt.
Sprayapproximately4secondsoneachside.
4. Allowthesiliconeto"set"for1minute
beforeusingthetreadmill.

Thisinformationformspartoftheselfmaintenanceandmustbecarriedoutperiodicallybytheuser*
Propermaintenanceisveryimportanttoensureyourtreadmillisalwaysintopworkingcondition.
ImpropermaintenancecouldcausedamageorshortenthelifeofyourtreadmillandexceedtheLIMITED
WARRANTYcoverage.
IMPORTANT:Neveruseabrasivesorsolventstocleanthetreadmill.Topreventdamagetothe
computer,keepliquidsawayandkeepitoutofdirectsunlight.Inspectandtightenallpartsofthe
treadmillregularly.Replaceanywornpartsimmediately.
BeltAdjustment
Therunningbelthasbeenadjustedproperlybythefactory.Howevertransportation,unevenflooringor
otherunpredictedreasonscouldcausethebelttoshiftoffcentreresultinginthebeltrubbingwiththe
plasticsiderailorendcapsandpossiblycausingdamage.To adjustthebeltbacktoitsproperposition
pleasefollowthedirectionsbelow:
Ifthebelthasonlymovedby1‐2mmthiswillnotaffecttheoperationofyour
treadmill
1.Ifyourbelttendstowalktotheright,simplyadjusttheleftbelttensionboltbyturningit1/4 turncounter
clockwise.Followwithatest.
2.Ifyourbelttendstowalktotheleft,rotatethelefttensionboltclockwise1/4 turnsatatime,and
followwithatest.Ifthebeltcontinuestowalktotheleft,simplyadjusttherighttensionboltcounter
clockwise.
3.Ifyourbeltappearstobeloose,simplytightenbothboltsevenly1/4turn.Ifitappearstight,simply
loosenbothboltsevenly1/4 turn.
WARNING!Therearetwowhitelinewith8mmwidthonthetwosideoftherunningbeltbutstillhave
gapsawayfrombothsiderails,ifanysideofwhitelinehavebeentotallycoveredbysiderail,itmeans
therunningbeltisnotinthemiddle,whichmaycauserunningbeltrubbingsiderail.Therefore,ifthe
runningbeltisnotinthemiddlethentherunningbeltshouldbeadjustedtoproperpositiontokeepthe
samegapsbetweensiderailsandrunningbelt.
Forrunningbeltadjusting,therunningbeltmustbeadjustedundertherunningbeltisrunningwithin
8‐10km/hspeedandtoclockwisefastentherightsideofrearrollerbyhexkeyortoanticlockwiseloose
theleftsideofrearrollerbyhexkeywhenwhitelineofrightsidehasbeentotallycoveredbyrightside
railtillthiswhitelinetotallyexposed.Ontheotherhand,clockwisefastentheleftsideofrearrollerby
hexkeyortoanticlockwiseloosetherightsideofrearrollerbyhexkeywhenwhitelineofleftsidehas
beentotallycoveredbyleftsiderailtillthiswhitelinetotallyexposed
Donotovertightenrollers!Thiswillcauseprematurerollerbearingfailure!
