radio. Keep this manual handy as you use your new product. It

POWER
Use the AC adapter for continuous use and the batteries
for back-up power.
Insert batteries matching the polarity (+ and -) as shown in
the Product Overview section.
It is recommended that you use alkaline batteries with
this product for longer performance.
CLOCK
To set the clock:
1. Press and hold and at the same time press
to set the hour.
2. Press and hold and at the same time press
to set the minute.
To toggle 12 / 24 hour clock: Press / .
ALARM
To set the alarm:
1. Press and hold (AL appears) and at the same
time press or to change the setting.
2. Slide the Function selector to or
. appears when alarm is set.
3. Press to view the set alarm time.
In mode, the volume has been set to a
higher sound level to perform the wake-up function. Please
switch to position for normal listening and volume
adjustment.
To silence the alarm: Slide the Function selector to .
RADIO
To operate the radio:
1. Slide the Function selector to .
2. Turn the Volume knob to change the volume.
3. Push / to select band.
4. Turn the frequency tuning knob to select a station.
5. Extend antenna to improve radio reception.
RESET
Take out and then re-insert the batteries to reset the unit.
PRECAUTIONS
This product is designed to give you years of service if handled
properly. Oregon Scientific will not be responsible for any
deviations in the usage of the device from those specified in
the user instructions or any unapproved alterations or repairs
of the product. Observe the following guidelines:
• Do not clean any part of the product with benzene,
thinner or other solvent chemicals – this may cause
permanent damage that is not covered by the guarantee.
When necessary, clean it with a damp cloth.
• Never immerse the product in water. This can cause

uctuations in temperature or humidity.
• Do not tamper with the internal components.
• Do not mix new and old batteries or batteries of different types.
• Do not use rechargeable batteries with this product.
• Remove the batteries if storing this product for a long
period of time.
• Do not scratch the LCD display.
• Placement of this product on wood surfaces with certain
types of nishes, such as clear varnish, may result in
damage to the nish. Consult the furniture manufacturer’s
care instructions for direction as to the types of objects
that may safely be placed on the wood surface. Oregon
Scientic shall not be responsible for any damage to wood
surfaces from contact with this product.
• Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal
waste. Collection of such waste separately for special
treatment is necessary.

ALIMENTAZIONE
Si consiglia di utilizzare l’alimentatore DC in caso di uso
continuato e le batterie come alimentazione di riserva.
Inserire le batterie, rispettando la polarità (+ e -), come indicato
nel paragrafo “Panoramica del prodotto”.
Con questo prodotto si consiglia di utilizzare batterie
alcaline per prestazioni prolungate.
OROLOGIO
Per impostare l’orologio:
1. Per impostare l’ora, tenere premuto e premere
contemporaneamente .
2. Per impostare i minuti, tenere premuto e premere
contemporaneamente .
Per selezionare il formato 12 o 24 ore: Premere
/ .
SVEGLIA
Per impostare la sveglia:
1. Per modicare le impostazioni, tenere premuto
(appare la scritta AL) e premere
contemporaneamente oppure .
2. Spostare il selettore di funzione per attivare la sveglia
con segnale acustico o quella con radio
. Quando la sveglia è impostata, appare
l’icona .
3. Premere per visualizzare l’ora della sveglia
che è stata impostata.
In modalità , il volume viene impostato ad
un livello maggiore, in modo da svolgere la funzione di sveglia.
Per l’ascolto normale e per regolare il volume, spostare sulla
posizione .
Per arrestare la sveglia: spostare il selettore di funzione
su .
RADIO AM/FM
Per accendere la radio:
1. Far scorrere il selettore di funzione su .
2. Ruotare la manopola del volume per modicarlo.
3. Per selezionare la banda, premere / .
4. Per selezionare una stazione, ruotare la manopola di
sintonizzazione delle frequenze.
5. Allungare l’antenna per migliorare la ricezione.
FUNZIONE RESET
Per riavviare l’unità, togliere e rimettere le batterie.

ALIMENTATION
Si vous désirez utiliser continuellement cet appareil,
branchez l’adaptateur secteur CC et utilisez les piles
comme alimentation de secours.
Insérez les piles en respectant les polarités (+ et -) comme
indiqué dans la section Vue d’ensemble du produit.
Nous vous recommandons d’utiliser des piles
alcalines pour une meilleure performance.
HORLOGE
Pour régler l’horloge:
1. Appuyez et maintenez enfoncée la touche
, puis en même temps appuyez sur pour
régler l’heure.
2. Appuyez et maintenez enfoncée la touche ,
puis en même temps appuyez sur pour régler
les minutes.
Pour alterner entre le format 12 ou 24 heures : Appuyez
sur / .
ALARME
Pour régler l’alarme :
1. Appuyez et maintenez enfoncée la touche
(AL s’afche), puis en même temps appuyez sur
ou pour modier les réglages.
2. Faîtes glisser le sélecteur de fonction sur
ou . s’afche une fois l’alarme réglée.
3. Appuyez sur pour visualiser l’heure de l’alarme.
En mode , le volume est réglé sur
un niveau fort pour exécuter la fonction réveil. Veuillez passer
en position pour pouvoir écouter normalement la
radio et pouvoir régler le volume.
Pour couper le son de l’alarme : Faites glisser le sélecteur
de fonction sur .
RADIO
Fonctionnement de la radio :
1. Faites glisser le sélecteur de fonction sur .
2. Tournez la molette du volume pour modier le volume.
3. Appuyez sur / pour sélectionner la bande.
4. Tournez le sélecteur de fréquence pour sélectionner
une fréquence.
5. Dépliez l’antenne pour améliorer la réception de la radio.
REINITIALISATION
Pour réinitialiser l’appareil, retirez et insérez les piles une
nouvelle fois.

STROMVERSORGUNG
Verwenden Sie das DC-Netzteil für den Dauerbetrieb und
die Batterien als Reservestromversorgung.
Legen Sie die Batterien ein und achten Sie auf die
Übereinstimmung der Polarität (+ und -), wie im Abschnitt
PRODUKTÜBERSICHT dargestellt.
Es wird empfohlen, dass Sie bei diesem Produkt
Alkaline-Batterien für eine längere Betriebsleistung verwenden.

So stellen Sie die Uhr ein:
1. Halten Sie gedrückt, und drücken Sie gleichzeitig

Bei WAKE TO BUZZER wird man mit Summton
geweckt. Bei WAKE TO RADIO wird man mit Radio geweckt.
3. Drücken Sie auf , um die eingestellte
Alarmzeit anzuzeigen.
Im Modus wird die Lautstärke auf
einen höheren Schallpegel eingestellt, um die Weckfunktion
auszuführen. Schalten Sie bitte auf die Stellung , um die
Einstellung der normalen Hörlautstärke vornehmen zu können.
So schalten Sie den Alarm stumm: Schieben Sie den
Funktionswahlschalter auf .
RADIO
Betrieb des Radios:
1. Schieben Sie den Funktionswahlschalter auf .
2. Drehen Sie den Lautstärkeregler, um die Lautstärke zu ändern.
3. Drücken Sie auf / , um den
Frequenzbereich auszuwählen.
4. Drehen Sie den Regler für die Frequenzabstimmung, um
eine Radiostation auszuwählen.
5. Ziehen Sie die Antenne aus, um den Radioempfang zu
verbessern.
RESET
Nehmen Sie die Batterien aus dem Gerät und legen Sie sie
erneut ein, um das Gerät zurückzusetzen.

ALIMENTACIÓN
Para un uso continuado, utilice el adaptador de CC y use
las pilas únicamente como emergencia.
Introduzca las pilas haciendo coincidir la polaridad (+ y -) de
las mismas con las indicaciones que aparecen en la sección
de Panorámica del producto.
Recomendamos utilizar pilas alcalinas con este
producto para que funcione durante más tiempo.
RELOJ
Para configurar el reloj:
1. Pulse y manténgalo pulsado y al mismo tiempo
pulse para ajustar la hora.
2. Pulse y manténgalo pulsado y al mismo tiempo
pulse para ajustar los minutos.
Para alternar entre reloj de 12 / 24 horas: Pulse

ALARMA
Para configurar la alarma:
1. Pulse y manténgalo pulsado (aparecerá AL)
y al mismo tiempo pulse o para cambiar
el ajuste.
2. Deslice el Selector de función a o
. aparece cuando la alarma está
congurada.
3. Pulse para visualizar la hora de la alarma.
En el modo , el volumen está más fuerte
para que le despierte. Ponga la posición para
escuchar normalmente la radio a un volumen normal.

RADIO
Para operar la radio:
1. Deslice el Selector de modo a .
2. Haga girar el Botón de volumen para cambiar de volumen.
3. Pulse / para seleccionar banda.
4. Haga girar el botón de sintonización de frecuencia
para seleccionar una emisora.
5. Extienda la antena para mejorar la recepción de radio.
REINICIO
Para reiniciar la unidad, retire las pilas y vuelva a
colocarlas.
PRECAUCIÓN

con cierto tipo de acabados, como por ejemplo barniz
claro, puede provocar que este acabado sufra daños.
Consulte las instrucciones del fabricante del mueble para
saber qué tipo de objetos se pueden colocar sobre la
supercie de madera. Oregon Scientic no asume ninguna
responsabilidad en caso de daños en supercies de
madera como resultado del contacto con este producto.
• No elimine este producto con la basura normal. Es

ALIMENTAÇÃO
Utilize o adaptador AC para uso contínuo e as pilhas para
alimentação reserva.
Insira as pilhas observando a polaridade (+ e -) conforme
indicado na seção “Visão Geral do Produto”.
Recomenda-se o uso de pilhas alcalinas neste
produto para um desempenho prolongado.
RELÓGIO
Para ajustar o relógio:
1. Pressione e mantenha pressionado pressionando
simultaneamente para ajustar a hora.
2. Pressione e mantenha pressionado pressionando
simultaneamente para ajustar os minutos.
Para alternar entre o formato 12 / 24 horas:
Pressione / .
ALARME
Para ajustar o alarme:
1. Pressione e mantenha pressionado (AL
aparece) pressionando simultaneamente ou
para alterar o ajuste.
2. Deslize o Seletor de Função para ou
. O ícone aparece quando o alarme
é congurado.
3. Pressione para vericar a hora do alarme.
No modo , o volume está ajustado em
‘alto’ a fim de realizar a função de despertador. Passe para a
posição para uso normal e ajuste do volume.
Para interromper o alarme: Deslize o Seletor de Função
para .
RÁDIO
Para colocar o rádio em funcionamento:
1. Deslize o Seletor de Função para .
2. Gire o Botão de Volume para alterar o volume.
3. Pressione / para selecionar entre AM / FM.
4. Gire o Botão de sintonia de frequência para selecionar
uma estação.
5. Estenda a antena para melhorar a recepção do rádio.
RESET
Para reinicializar o aparelho remova as pilhas e recoloque-as
novamente.
PRECAUÇÕES
Este produto foi concebido para oferecer muitos anos de
funcionamento, desde que manuseado adequadamente.

desvios na utilização do aparelho além do especificado nas

STROOM
Gebruik de wisselstroomadapter voor continu gebruik en
de batterijen als noodvoorziening.
Plaats batterijen volgens de polariteit (+ en -) als weergegeven
in de sectie Product Overzicht.
U wordt aangeraden alkalinebatterijen in dit product te
gebruiken voor langere prestaties.
KLOK
Om de klok in te stellen:
1. Houd de en de tegelijkertijd ingedrukt
om de uren in te stellen.
2. Houd de en de tegelijkertijd ingedrukt om
de minuten in te stellen.
Om 12 / 24-uurs klok te kiezen: Druk /

ALARM
Om het alarm in te stellen:
1. Houd ingedrukt (AL verschijnt) en druk
tegelijkertijd op of om de instelling te
wijzigen.
2. Schuif de Functiekiezer naar of
. verschijnt wanneer het alarm
ingesteld is.
3. Druk op om de ingestelde alarmtijd te
bekijken.
In modus is het volume op een hoger
niveau ingesteld voor de wekkerfunctie. Schuif naar
positie om gewoon naar de radio te luisteren en
het volume in te stellen.
Om het alarm uit te zetten: Schuif de Functiekiezer naar
.
RADIO
Om de radio te bedienen:
1. Schuif de Functiekiezer naar .
2. Draai de Volumeknop om het volume aan te passen.
3. Druk op / om de band te kiezen.
4. Draai de frequentieknop om een zender te kiezen.
5. Schuif de antenne uit om radio-ontvangst te verbeteren.
RESET
Om het apparaat te resetten, haalt u de batterijen uit het
apparaat en plaatst ze weer terug.
WAARSCHUWINGEN
Dit product is ontworpen om u vele jaren plezier te geven, mits
goed behandeld. Oregon Scientific is niet verantwoordelijk voor
enigerlei afwijking in het gebruik van wat in de handleiding

• Laat de interne componenten met rust.
• Gebruik nooit verschillende types of oude en nieuwe

• Verwijder de batterijen als u het product voor langere tijd
wegbergt.
• Maak geen krassen op het LCD-scherm.
• Als u dit product op een houten oppervlak plaatst met
bepaalde afwerking zoals blanke lak, kan deze afwerking
beschadigen. Raadpleeg de zorgvoorschriften van uw

veilig op het houten oppervlak geplaatst kunnen worden.

batterierna för backup.
