▶ORPHE COREを充電する
電源に接続した充電用USBケーブルをORPHE
COREに接続します。充電が開始するとORPHE
CORE側面のLEDが点灯します。
充電中はバッテリーの残量に応じてLEDが赤から
青に変化します。充電が完了するとLEDは消灯し
ます。

▶専用アプリをインストールする
専用アプリをApp Store /Google Playでダウンロー
ドします。
アプリを起動し、画面の指示に従ってアカウント
を作成します。

▶分析結果を確認する
記録したランの評価や分析結果がアプリで表示さ
れます。

▶ランを終了する
アプリで記録を終了します。ORPHE COREの計測
したデータがアプリに同期されます。

指標
▶着地
着地時のシューズと路面の角度を計測し、
着地パターンをフォア/ミッド/ヒール
の3タイプに分類した結果です。
▶プロネーション
着地時の足の倒れ込みの角度です。大き
すぎても、小さすぎても怪我のリスクに
なると言われています。
▶ストライド
歩幅の大きさです。足が離地してから接
地するまでの歩幅を算出しています。
一方の足が接地してから逆足が接地する
までのステップ長は、値を1/2すると算
出できます。
▶ピッチ
一分間あたりの歩数です。
▶接地時間
足が地面に接地している時間です。
▶足の高さ
脚が空中にある期間に足が上がっている
高さです。
▶着地衝撃
着地時に路面から受ける衝撃の大きさで
す。ORPHE TRACK では、ORPHE CORE
の計測値を複数組み合わせて着地衝撃を
推定します。
ORPHE COREがリアルタイムに解析した、あなたのランニングフォーム
の計測データです。
トラブルシューティング ▶ORPHE COREとアプリが接続できない
スマートフォンにORPHE COREを近づけてもアプリがORPHE COREを検出しないときは、以
下をお試しください。
▶スマートフォンのBluetooth機能をオン/オフする
▶アプリを再起動する
▶ORPHE COREを充電する
▶アプリを終了し、電源と接続した充電用USBケーブルをORPHE COREに抜き差しする
▶アプリとORPHE COREの無線接続が途切れる
ORPHE COREとスマートフォンとの接続にはBluetoothを利用しています。通信状況によって
は無線通信が途切れることがあります。接続が途切れた場合は自動で再接続を試行します。
ORPHE COREはセンサーデバイス内でデータを解析・記録します。ランニングの記録中に一
時的にアプリとORPHE COREの接続が途切れても、記録は継続されます。
▶ORPHE COREが充電されない
ORPHE COREが完全に放電していると、充電を開始してもしばらくの間LEDが点灯しないこ
とがあります。しばらくの間充電を続けてください。

▶Cannot connect ORPHE CORE to the app
If the app does not detect ORPHE CORE when you bring them close to your smartphone,
please try the following:
▶Turn your smartphone's Bluetooth On and Off
▶Restart the app
▶Recharge the ORPHE CORE
▶Quit the app, unplug and plug the USB cable connected to the power supply and
ORPHE CORE.
▶Cannot recharge ORPHE CORE
If the ORPHE CORE is fully discharged, the LED may not come on for a while after you
start charging. Continue charging for a while.
▶Wireless connection between the app and ORPHE CORE is lost.
ORPHE CORE uses Bluetooth to connect to your smartphone. Depending on the
communication status, the wireless communication may be interrupted. If the connection
is lost, the app will automatically reconnect when it detects the ORPHE CORE.
ORPHE CORE analyzes and records the data in the sensor. Therefore, even if the
connection between the app and ORPHE CORE is temporarily interrupted while recording
your runs, the recorded data will not be affected.

three types: fore, mid and heel.
▶Pronation
Pronation is the angle at which the foot falls
when landing. It can cause injury if it is too

Length of your stride. The app calculates the
stride length from the time one foot contacts
the ground to the time it touches the ground

The number of steps per minute.
▶Ground Contact Time
The time your feet are in contact with the road

▶Landing Load

If the app does not detect ORPHE CORE when you bring them close to your smartphone,
please try the following:
▶Turn your smartphone's Bluetooth On and Off
▶Restart the app
▶Recharge the ORPHE CORE
▶Quit the app, unplug and plug the USB cable connected to the power supply and
ORPHE CORE.
▶Cannot recharge ORPHE CORE
If the ORPHE CORE is fully discharged, the LED may not come on for a while after you
start charging. Continue charging for a while.
▶Wireless connection between the app and ORPHE CORE is lost.
ORPHE CORE uses Bluetooth to connect to your smartphone. Depending on the
communication status, the wireless communication may be interrupted. If the connection
is lost, the app will automatically reconnect when it detects the ORPHE CORE.
ORPHE CORE analyzes and records the data in the sensor. Therefore, even if the
