MAINTENANCE
It is recommended to clean the pumps every 3 months. Check and clean the
impeller, and if necessary soak the pump and impeller in white vinegar to
dissolve any calcium deposits.
WARRANTY POLICY
Orphek warrants this product to the original purchaser against defective
material and workmanship that occurs during normal use of the body for
two years and one year warranty on the pump. Company will, at
company’s option, either repair or replace without charge.
PRODUCTS COVERED BY WARRANTY
All Orphek equipment is covered by warranty from the date of purchase.
Exclusions
Damage resulting from accident, misuse, lack of reasonable care,
subjecting the product to abnormal working condition or any other failure
not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.
Damage caused by tampering, modification or attempted repair by anyone
other than the company.
Transfer of products to someone other than the original purchaser.

Skimmer Installation:
1. Install Reaction Chamber and Baseplate with Sunk Screws. Install
Baseplate and Body with hand screws.
2. Insert Connection Pipe into elbow outlet pipe, insert T Pipe into
Connection Pipe before fix Outlet Regulator, connect Elbow Assembly
with T Pipe finally.
3. Fix Body Sealing Ring inside the neck. Stuff Stopper into the draining pipe
of Collection Cup, Insert Collection Cup into Body, covered with Lid.
4. Put Inlet Sealing Ring into Inlet Pipe and fixed with Water Pump. Insert
Inlet Pipe into Body.
5. Connect Silencer and Air Filling Part with pump inlet and Air Tube.
