To protect against risk of electrical shock do not immerse the base into water or other liquid.
This appliance is not intended for use by children or other persons without assistance or supervision if their physical,
sensory or mental capabilities prevent them from using it safely. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is
used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Turn the appliance OFF, then unplug it when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning.
To unplug, grasp the plug (Do not grasp the power cord) and pull out from the outlet.
Do not touch any moving parts.
Stop using the appliance when the cord or plug is damaged, or any of below situation occur: the appliance is
malfunctions, the appliance is dropped or damaged in any manner. Contact the manufacturer at their customer service
for information on examination, repair, or adjustment.
Attachments that are not recommended or sold by the same manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not let the cord hang over edge of table or counter.
Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from beater,whisk and dough hook during
operation to reduce the risk of injury , or damage to the mixer.
Remove the parts from the mixer before cleaning them.
Household use only.
Special safety Instructions for this Stand Mixer
Only operate this Stand Mixer under supervision.
Do not interfere with any safety switches.
Do not insert anything into the rotating beater,whisk and dough hook while the machine is running.
Place the stand mixer on a smooth, flat and stable working surface.
Do not plug the stand mixer without having installed all the necessary accessories.

Overview of the Components
Main Components and Standard Accessories:

Using the Mixing Bowl
1. In order to lift up its head, turn the head lock (2) clockwise.(FIG1)
2. Place the Splash cover. (FIG2)
3. Place the bowl (Step①) and turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into place (Step ②). (FIG3)
4. Mount the desired accessory(Dough hook or Beater or Whisk)by inserting the top into the output shaft,
and turn anti-clockwise until it locks into place. (FIG4&FIG5)

5. Now fill in your ingredients.
Do not overfill the stand mixer - The maximum amount of ingredients should not exceed 2.25 kg .
6. Lower the head by using the head lock (2). (FIG6)
7. Plug it in to a proper AC120V 60Hz safety power socket.
8. Adjust the speed by using the speed controller, set the speed between 1 and 6 (corresponding to the
mixture).
9. For pulse operation (kneading at short intervals), switch it to the “PULSE” setting. The controller has to be
held in this setting according to the desired interval time. Release the controller to stop pulsing.
10. Put it back to “0” and unplug the stand mixer when mixing is done.
11. Life up the head by using the head lock.
12. The mixture can now be released with the help of a spatula and removed from the mixing bowl.
13. The bowl can now be removed.
14. Clean the parts as described under “Cleaning” .

Adjusting the Levels and Using the Dough Hook for not more than 2.0kg of Mixture

Problem and possible solution

·Check if it is plugged in properly
·Check if the head lock is in place.
·Auto shot down when overheated, allow it to cool
down before restarting
2Unusual noise when it is running (the
accessory scraped the bowl)

stand mixer.
3The splash cover doesn’t fit the bowl

speed silkscreen on housing.
·Set the speed controller back to 0 ,and restart it

·Check if the anti-slip feet fall off.

The head lock did not spring back in
place after installing the mixing bowl

Cleaning
Unplug before cleaning
Never immerse any part of the stand mixer in the water!
Do not use any sharp or abrasive detergents.
Housing
Wipe the surface of the housing with a damp clothing.
Bowl, Accessories
CAUTION:
All accessories (except for the bowl and whisk) are NOT dishwasher safe.
Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.
Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.
