Digital Oce Phone Kit
Easy Setup Instructions
These instructions guide you through setting up ConnectLine’s digital
office phone solution. There are two methods for installation:
1. Hard-wired setup
2. Wireless setup
1. HARD-WIRED SETUP METHOD
AUX cable
Sennheiser box & coiled phone cable
If your digital office phone has a headset port, you can also set up the digital office phone kit using this
functionality. Instructions for this method are available in the Product Literature section at
www.oticonusa.com/connectline in the booklet called “Digital Office Phone Kit Setup Guide.”

Insert coiled cable into the back port of the
Sennheiser box as pictured.
Remove phone receiver cord from
phone base & replace with coiled cable from
Sennheiser box. The coiled phone cable will
now connect the Sennheiser box and phone
base.
Insert phone receiver cord into front of
Sennheiser box.
Insert the AUX cable into the headset jack on
the Sennheiser device as pictured. Plug the
mini jack end into Streamer Pro.*
Handling calls using the hard-wired setup method:
• No alerts will be heard through the hearing instruments. (the ring
sounds on the phone only)
• Make sure the AUX input is selected on Streamer Pro. Press the AUX
button if necessary. (note: not the phone button)
• Ensure the phone button on the Sennheiser box is in the up position.
(not pressed down)
• When a call comes through, pick up the phone receiver and place it on
the desk or table surface. Conduct the conversation through the
Streamer Pro as usual. Replace the receiver when through.
• For outgoing calls, lift the receiver and place it on the desk or table
surface. Dial the number and the call will go through. Replace the
receiver when the call is ended. *Ensure Streamer Pro is around the user’s neck
(Before beginning, insert the included battery into the Sennheiser device.)
You will use Streamer Pro in conjunction with
the Sennheiser box, coiled phone cable, and AUX
cable, pictured below:
Control settings on the bottom
of the Sennheiser box:
• Set the ABC switch to the
position that provides the
best sound quality.
• Rotate the small volume
control dial to achieve the
best balance of sound quality
and volume for both parties.

*Ensure Streamer Pro is around the user’s neck.
2. WIRELESS SETUP METHOD
AUX cable
Sennheiser box & coiled phone cable
Phone Adaptor 2.0 & power source
Setup Instructions
Connect the power supply and mini
jack end of the AUX cable to the
Phone Adapter 2.0 as pictured.
Step 1
Ensure the Phone Adapter 2.0 is plugged in
and has been paired with the Streamer Pro.
You can now handle calls wirelessly with
Streamer Pro.*
Step 3
Follow steps 1-3 from the hard-wired
setup instructions (opposite side).
Then, connect the AUX cable to the
Sennheiser box as pictured.

Handling calls using the wireless setup method:

• Ensure the phone button on the Sennheiser box is in the up position. (not
pressed down)
• When the phone rings, press the Phone button on Streamer Pro first. Wait
until you see a green and blue light on the Phone Adapter 2.0.
• Pick up the receiver and place it on the desk or table surface. Conduct the
conversation through the Streamer Pro as usual. When finished, replace
the receiver and push the Phone button in Streamer Pro to end the wireless
connection.
• For outgoing calls, press the Phone button on Streamer Pro to establish the
wireless connection. Pick up the receiver, set it down, and dial the number.
The call will go through. When finished, replace the receiver and press the
Phone button on Streamer Pro to end the wireless connection.
