Einsetzbar für folgende Rohrdimensionen:
16 x 2,2 mm, 20 x 2,8 mm, 25 x 3,5 mm, 32 x 4,4 mm
„Copex HT“ PE-Xc Kunststoffrohre rechtwinklig ablängen.
Nur Rohrabschneider mit Schneidrad für Kunststoffrohre
(Art.Nr. 1509580/89) verwenden.
Bis Durchmesser 20 mm kann auch die Rohrschere (Art.Nr.
1509567) verwendet werden.
Anschließend Oventrop Universalwerkzeug zum Entgraten
und Kalibrieren einsetzen.
Den zur Rohrdimension passenden Dorn auswählen (Abb. 2)
Zum Kalibrieren und Entgraten den Dorn unter Rechtsdrehung
in das Rohrende einstecken. Die Schneiden müssen vollstän-
dig verdeckt sein (Abb.3).
Drehbewegung über mindestens eine halbe Umdrehung fort-
setzen, um ein optimales Entgratergebnis zu erzielen (Abb.3).
Keine Dorne mit Stumpfen Schneiden verwenden.
Die beim Entgraten entstehenden Späne werden mit dem
Werkzeug aus dem Rohr herausgezogen.
Vor der Montage der Oventrop Press-Fittings „Cofit PD-HT“
oder „Cofit PDK-HT“ das Rohrende überprüfen.
Die Rohrinnenkante muß über dem gesamten Umfang ange-
fast sein. Die Rohrinnenfläche darf keinen Schmutz oder Be-
schädigung aufweisen.

Suitable for the following pipe dimensions:
16 x 2.2 mm, 20 x 2.8 mm, 25 x 3.5 mm, 32 x 4.4 mm
Cut the PE-Xc plastic pipe “Copex HT” at right angles
(illustr. 1).
Only use a pipe cutter with cutting wheel for plastic pipes
(item no. 1509580/89).
Up to a diameter of 20 mm, the pipe shears (item no.
1509567) can also be used.
Now proceed with the Oventrop universal tool for deburring
and calibrating.
Select the mandrel suitable for the pipe dimension (illustr. 2)
Do not saw off the pipe!
Check that the end of the pipe is clean and accurately
deburred!
NOTICE
For calibrating and deburring, insert the mandrel into the pipe
end whilst turning it clockwise. The cutting edges must be
covered completely (illustr. 3).
Rotate the mandrel for at least a further half turn to achieve
the best possible result (illustr. 3).
Do not use mandrels with blunt cutting edges.
The shavings produced during deburring will be pulled out
automatically when removing the tool.
Check the pipe end before installing the Oventrop press
fittings “Cofit PD-HT” or “Cofit PDK-HT”.
The inner pipe edge has to be chamfered over the whole
circumference. The inner pipe surface must not be soiled or
damaged.
The operating instructions must be observed.

Pour utilisation avec les dimensions de tube suivantes:
16 x 2,2 mm, 20 x 2,8 mm, 25 x 3,5 mm, 32 x 4,4 mm
Couper le tube plastique PER «Copex HT» à angle droit
(fig. 1).
N’utiliser que le coupe-tube avec disque de coupe pour tubes
plastiques, réf. 1509580/89.
Jusqu’à la dimension 20 mm, les ciseaux coupe-tube, réf.
1509567, peuvent aussi être utilisé.
Continuer avec l’outil universel Oventrop pour ébavurage et
calibrage.
Choisir le mandrin correspondant au diamètre du tube (fig. 2).
Pour ébavurer et calibrer, enfoncer le mandrin dans l’extrémité
du tube en le tournant vers la droite. es lames doivent être
complètement recouvertes (fig.3).
Continuer le mouvement de rotation d’au moins un demi-tour,
afin de réaliser un ébavurage optimal (fig. 3).
Ne pas utiliser de mandrins avec des lames émoussées.
es copeaux issus de l’ébavurage seront extraits de
l’extrémité du tube avec l’outil.
Contrôler l’extrémité du tube avant le montage des raccords
à sertir «Cofit PD-HT» ou «Cofit PDK-HT».
e bord intérieur du tube doit être chanfreiné sur tout son
périmètre. a surface intérieure du tube ne doit être ni
encrassée, ni endommagée.
e mode d’emploi est à respecter.

Ne pas scier les tubes!
Contrôler la propreté et le parfait ébavurage de l’extrémité
du tube!

Может применяться для труб следующих диаметров:
16 x 2,2 мм, 20 x 2,8 мм, 25 x 3,5 мм, 32 x 4,4 мм
Обрезать полиэтиленовую трубу PE-Xc „Copex HT“ под
прямым углом.
Применять только труборез со специальным лезвием ля
полиэтиленовых труб (арт. № 1509580/89).
Для диаметров до 20 мм могут использоваться также
ножницы для труб (арт. № 1509567).
Затем взять универсальный инструмент для калибровки
и снятия фаски Ove trop.
Выбрать калибровочный стержень, соответствующий
диаметру трубы (рис. 2)
Для калибровки и снятия фаски вставить калибровочный
стержень в трубу и повернуть инструмент по часовой
стрелке. Резцы должны быть полностью погружены в
трубу (рис.3).
Не отпиливать трубу!
Проверить качество калибровки и чистоту среза
трубы!
внимание
Сделать как минимум полоборота, чтобы добиться
оптимального снятия фаски (рис.3).
Не применять инструмент с тупыми резцами.
Стружка, которая образуется при снятии фаски,
извлекается из трубы вместе с инструментом.
Перед монтажом пресс-фитингов Ove trop „Cofit PD-HT“
или „Cofit PDK-HT“ проверить конец трубы.
Фаска должна быть снята по всей окружности
внутреннего слоя трубы. Внутренняя поверхность трубы
должна быть чистой и не иметь повреждений.
Соблюдайте инструкцию по эксплуатации.
