<Safety features of the product>
• Power outage alarm function
When external power is interrupted and no power is supplied to the product, the power
outage alarm goes off to enable fast action using an external visual and auditory signal
output.
• Low pressure alarm function
It can monitor abnormal operations of Booster-Compressor that affects degradation
of oxygen supply efciency and oxygen purity and generates a low pressure alarm to
ensure safety of patients and durability of the product.
<Efciency of oxygen supply>
• Equipped with basic option of Booster Compressor, ow loss due to pipe loads is
reduced and other medical equipment inter-operated with this product can be used reli-
ably.
<Differentiation of maintenance>
• The status (purity of discharge oxygen, lter replace-
ment time, and regular inspection time) of the product
displayed in the product control panel is transferred to
the central server in our company through Ethernet and
managed in real time. Through this, physical and psy-
chological loss due to safety guarantee for patients and
maintenance of equipment can be minimized.
Oxus medical oxygen supply system is
Characteristics and advantages
• A high purity oxygen generating device that uses a physical method of ltration and ab-
sorption of air to separate oxygen and nitrogen. The oxygen is then supplied to oxygen
breathing apparatus connected to patients through gas equipment in hospital.
• This product is designed, manufactured and quality-managed based on ISO 13485 and
GMP quality management system..

Required temperature and humidity for the oxygen generator
Operating temperature: Between approximately 0℃ and 40℃
- If the product is operated under surrounding temperatures with significantly large fluctuation
by external factors, dew condensation occurs thereby shortening the filter life and causing a
product failure.
- If the product is operated at 40℃or higher temperature, oxygen generation capability of the
product can be degraded.
Operating humidity: Less than 90%
- If the product is operated at 90% or higher humidity, oxygen generation capability of the prod-
uct can be degraded.

Product operation step
1. Discharge bypass step
- The oxygen purity discharged initially is lower than 90% and will reach at 90% or higher after 2 min
later approximately. After around 5 min from the product operation, the product can reach at the maxi-
mum oxygen purity that the product can get (around 93% to 94%). During the bypass time around 2
min, low purity of oxygen is not introduced into the oxygen tank. Thus, the flow meter and two types
of pressure gauge mounted in the control panel have no change and oxygen is not supplied to the
oxygen pipe.
(Discharge oxygen bypass function prevents a low purity of oxygen discharged initially at the product
operation from being supplied to patients.)
<Initial discharge oxygen bypass step>
No changes in the flow meter and two types of pressure gauge

OXUS RAK-U06M / RAK-U04M
18
2. High-purity oxygen compression step
- After around 2 min from production operation, the bypass step is complete and high-purity oxygen
pressure step is to compress high-purity oxygen discharged from the individual oxygen unit to the
oxygen storage tank with high pressure through the booster compressor. Then, the pressure gauge
values of the oxygen storage tank and oxygen discharge pressure at the control panel are increased
gradually and oxygen is supplied to the gas pipe through the flow meter.
(The discharge pressure of high-purity oxygen pressurized in the oxygen storage tank through the
regulator in this product is set to 4.0 bar when it is shipped. It takes around 8 min in maximum to
reach at this value and it differs according to a flow rate used in the final end.
<High-purity oxygen compression step>
The flow meter and two types of pressure gauge increased gradually
Normal operation step - High purity oxygen supply step
After around 10 min from production operation, high purity oxygen compression step is complete and the
highest purity oxygen of about 93% to 94% is supplied regularly and constantly through the gas pipes.
The oxygen discharge pressure gauge is set to around 4.0 bar so no changes in pressure while the oxy-
gen tank pressure meter varies between 4.4 and 6.4 bar continuously.
<High-purity oxygen supply step>
Discharge flow rate and oxygen discharge pressure are increased to the highest,
Oxygen tank pressure is entered to normal pressure.
