Wall Mounted Hose Reel

•Make sure all fastenings are tightly in place and that everything is in order before
using the product. This should be checked periodically by an adult.
•This product is not a toy and is only to be used for its designated purpose.
•This product should only be mounted to strong brick or concrete walls. Do not
mount to fences or surfaces which will not hold the weight of this product.
•The reel is designed for external use only and is not suitable for use with indoor
taps.
•Before using the reel for the first time, unwind the entire hose, open the nozzle
and run water through it.
•Do not wind the hose in without a connector attached to the end.
•Do not allow the hose connector to hit the casing when re-winding otherwise this
could damage or detach the connector.
•Remove the reel from the bracket and store in winter months to avoid frost
damage.

Assembly Instructions

To mount the bracket to a wall drill four M8 holes to match the holes located in the
mounting bracket. Secure the bracket to the wall using the provided screws and
expanding nuts.
To attach the hose reel to the bracket, slide into position and secure using the pivot pin.
It is recommended to install the bracket at a height of at least 0.8m from the ground.
Operating Instructions:
1. Pull the hose, it has 2-3 lock positions every metre.
2. Do not pull the hose once it has fully unwound.
3. Hold the nozzle until the hose is fully unwound.
Troubleshooting:
If the hose cannot automatically retract after the hose is fully extended:
1. Hold the hose at the yellow warning mark and pull with a jerking motion until the
hose retracts.
2. Place the reel with its right side down and pull on the hose until it retracts.
