Congratulations on your purchase of the Ozeri 2-Speed Milk
Frother. Your new milk frother features a powerful battery-
powered motor designed to whip up delicious foam in both hot
and cold drinks. Before using your milk frother for the first time,
clean the stainless steel whisk attachments and shafts in hot soapy
water by hand or by activating the frother with each whisk inserted
into a cup of soapy water. Rinse with water and dry by activating
the frother over an empty sink. Wipe away any remaining moisture
with a dry cloth. Use a damp cloth for the main handle, taking care
not to allow water to come into contact with the motor and battery
housing unit. Do not immerse the main body in water or in a
dishwasher. Avoid using chemicals or abrasive materials for
cleaning.
Safety Warnings:
•This product is not a toy. Keep the product, packaging material
and batteries away from children.
•Be careful when foaming hot liquids. If not properly immersed,
the frother can splash causing scalding.
•Use care when turning on the frother and when cleaning to
avoid bending he shaft.
•When the frother begins to slow down, replace with 2 new AA
batteries. When changing batteries, always replace all batteries
simultaneously with new batteries of the same type. Be careful
to ensure proper +/- polarity.
•Remove the batteries if the frother will not be used for an
extended period of time.
•For household indoor use only. Do not operate in extreme
temperatures.
•Do not attempt to operate this product if it has been dropped
or becomes damaged in any way.
•Do not attempt to disassemble the parts of this product.
•Do not immerse the main body of the frother in water or in a
dishwasher. It is not waterproof.

Installing the Batteries:
Slide the battery lid outwards to access the battery compartment.
Insert the 2 AA included batteries according to the polarity
indicators found at the top of the inside wall of the battery
compartment. The battery closest to the curved side of the handle
should have its PLUS (+) side facing upwards. The battery closest to
the straight side of the handle should have its MINUS (-) side facing
up. Slide the battery lid back into place to complete
the battery installation. Note: replace batteries
simultaneously. Do not mix old and new
batteries.

Operating the Milk Frother:
Before using the milk frother for the first time, clean shaft and attachments as
described at the beginning of this manual. Read the section entitled Changing the
Milk Frother Attachments before attempting to change any attachments.
1. Fill your cup or glass with milk of your choosing to about 1/3. For hot drinks,
ensure the milk is heated to approx 140° F (60° C), but do not allow to boil as
this reduces the milk’s ability to froth.
2. Lower the milk frother spiral close to the bottom of the cup or glass. Note: do
not touch the bottom as this can cause damage to the milk frother and/or your
container.
3. Turn on the milk frother by pressing down on the power button located at the
top of the milk frother. The frother will emit a click sound and activate at its
slower speed. Press the power button a 2nd time to activate the high speed
setting. Press the power button a 3rd time to turn off.
4. Move the frother slowly for approx 10-25 seconds to whisk the milk with air. As
the milks begins to froth, raise the milk frother a little but ensure it remains
under the froth.
5. Turn the milk frother off before removing it from the cup, glass or container.

Changing the Milk Frother Attachments:
The milk frother works great with cappuccinos, lattes, espressos,
hot chocolates, shakes, frappes, and can be used with all kinds of
milk (whole/regular/skim milk, soy milk, almond milk and coconut
milk). Your milk frother also includes an egg beater that can be
used to whisk eggs, soups, dressings, sauces and other non-solid
food items, and a propeller-shaped attachment that can be used
to mix cocktails.
Before changing the attachment, it is recommended that you first
remove the batteries to avert accidently turning on the frother.
After removing the batteries, hold the milk frother handle in one
hand and with your other hand hold the attachment near the top
of the shaft where it plugs into the receptacle of the handle.
While holding the black plastic end of the shaft gently, pull the
shaft away from the handle, taking care not to bend the shaft.
The attachment will separate at the connection point, as
indicated by the arrow. Replace with any of the included
attachments. When re-connecting an attachment, align the black
plastic end of the attachment into the receptacle of the main
handle, and gently insert. Do not attempt to jam. Note: For the
cocktail mixer and egg beater attachments, there should be 2-3
mm of space remaining once inserted. For the whisk attachment,
there should be 3-4 mm of space remaining once inserted. Do
not force the attachment closer as this space is necessary for the
shaft to spin freely.

Your Ozeri Milk Frother is warranted to the original owner for 1 year from the date of
purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
Should your Ozeri Milk Frother prove defective within 1 year from the date of
purchase, return the defective part or unit, freight prepaid along with an explanation
of the claim to Ozeri. Please pack carefully to avoid damages in transit. Under this
warranty, Ozeri will repair or replace any parts found to be defective due to a
manufacturer’s defect. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not
extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use which
is not intended. There are no warranties other than that expressly set forth herein.
This warranty is not transferable. Ozeri is not responsible in any way for damages,
losses or inconveniences caused by equipment failure or by user negligence, abuse, or
use not in accordance with the “User Guide” or any additional safety, use, or warnings
included in the product materials. Further, Ozeri is not liable for incidental or
consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use of this product and any
liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. This Warranty gives you
specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING:
Damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism.
Improper or inadequate maintenance.
Unauthorized modification or commercial use.
Damage in return transit.
Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.
