Setup is really simple. Break through and
peel back the protective plastic film from
around the salad spinner. If you turn the
spinner upside-down, you’ll notice the bowl
doesn’t have any feet attached yet. Plug the
included detachable feet into the 4 spaces on
the bottom of the bowl. The rubber feet will
protect your countertop from scuffs and
stabilize the salad spinner when in use.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW
OZERI FRESCA SALAD SPINNER!
Here are quick instructions on
how to best use the new spinner.
1
Once the salad spinner is squeaky clean,
keep your kitchen prep simple by using
the colander to wash any variety of garden
greens. After a good rinsing, shake off any
excess water.
4
Before you start washing your greens, take a
moment to wash the rotating lid, colander,
and bowl with warm water and dish soap.
Handwashing with a sponge is recommended
and will maximize the life of the salad
spinner, but you can also use a dishwasher.
2
Note: If some stubborn greens become lodged inside the rotating lid, the
inner wheel within the lid can optionally be removed for further cleaning. To
remove, first flip the rotating lid upside down. Then using both hands, place
your fingers in and around the inner wheel, on opposing sides, and gently
pull the inner wheel out.
3
Start spinning! Place the colander in the
spinner bowl, and place the lid on top.
With one hand holding the bowl steady,
spin the knob in any direction. Spin until
your salad is ready to serve or to your
heart’s content.
5
Once the colander comes to a full stop,
remove the lid, take the colander out of
the bowl, and drain the freshly extracted
pool of water down the sink. Then dry up
any residual droplets in the bowl.
6
Throw the salad from the colander back into the dried bowl, add some final
details like your favorite nuts, fruits, cheeses, dressing, or a combination of
the above, and you’re all set!
