/ Intended Use
This non-contact infrared thermometer is intended to measure
forehead temperature at home or a hospital for people of all ages.
Optimal measuring distance is 2 – 3 inches away from the target.
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use Armor™ Disposable
Thermometer Sleeves for high frequency readings to minimize the
risk of cross-contamination.

Object surface range: 32.0°F – 212.0°F (0.0°C – 100.0°C)

±0.4°F (0.2°C)
Memory Storage
This thermometer records the previous 32 temperature readings.
These measurements can be accessed with the memory button (M)
under the LCD screen.
Power Saving Function
After 30 seconds of inactivity, this device will automatically turn off to
conserve battery life.
Color Fever Warning (body temperature mode)

Forehead Measurement
Point the measuring probe 2 – 3 inches from the center of the fore-
head and press the [Power/Scan button]. There is no need to turn
on the thermometer before measurement.
Notes:
• Hair, clothing, sweat, or cosmetics may affect measurement accuracy. Conrm
forehead is dry and free of obstacles before measurement.
• Do not shine the LED light into the eyes.
Switching Between Fahrenheit and Celsius
In the power-on state, press the [C/F switch button] to select the
desired unit of measurement.
Sound Selection
In the power-on state, press the [Tone selection button] to turn off or
on the prompt beep.
Memory Function
This thermometer records the previous 32 readings. In the power-on
state, press the [Memory button] to view the latest measurement
(M01). Then press the [Power/Scan button] to view the rest of the
saved readings (M02 – M32).
Mode Selection
In the power-on state, press the [Environment/Body temperature
switch button] to select the desired measurement mode.

Step One: Push in the direction of the
printed arrow and lift up the bottom
battery cover.
Step Two: Insert 2 AAA batteries and
conrm battery orientation with the +/-
signs on the metal plate.

Step Three: Close the battery cover.
You will hear a beep when the batter-
ies are installed correctly.
It is recommended to sanitize the thermometer before and each
use with a soft disinfectant cloth. Do not immerse the thermometer
in any liquid. Do not autoclave.
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use Armor™ Disposable
Thermometer Sleeves for high frequency readings. These
single-use sleeves are independently tested to meet or exceed
ASTM standards for bacterial and viral penetration resistance to
minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
For routine cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. If the
device is extremely dirty, dispense alcohol on the soft cloth before
cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not submerge device
in water or any liquid.

/ Troubleshooting
This thermometer is not expected to need any routine
maintenance during the expected lifecycle of the device.
The thermometer sensor comes pre-calibrated and does not need
recalibration during the device’s expected lifecycle.
If you suspect the thermometer is faulty, please contact the
distributor or manufacturer. Unauthorized repair or disassembly
will void any warranty claim.
/ Storage Conditions
Do not store the thermometer in direct sunlight, high
temperatures, moist environments, areas susceptible to vibration,
or near re or sources of flame.
Remove the batteries during periods of long device inactivity.
/ Disposal
At the end of the product’s lifecycle, dispose the device at an
electronic waste or recycling facility. Dispose batteries in
accordance with local regulations.

212°F (100.0°C)

The hair and sweat prevent the
temperature achievement.
In the forehead measurement mode:
- The measuring distance is too far.
- Measured the other object, such as the
air from the air conditioner.
Lo:Lower than 32°F (0°C);
In the object measurement mode:
- The measuring distance is too far.
- Has water vapor condenses on the lens.
Lo:Lower than 32°F (0°C)
The ambient temperature is beyond of range
of measurement (10°C-40°C or 50°F-104°F).
The sensor or hardware is damaged.
Keep the thermometer in a room
temperature area for 30 minutes.
Excluding the possibility of temperature
allowance rst ,then send the device to
your dealer for repair.
Low battery, but you can still use it. Keep an eye on power and continue to
use

/ Safety Precautions

Warning
Use of this thermometer is not intended as a substitute for
consultation with a physician. It may be dangerous to
self-evaluate and self-treat based on the measured results.
•
Keep the thermometer out of the reach of children. If the battery
or any component is swallowed, immediately contact a doctor or
a poison control center.
•
Dispose batteries in accordance with local regulations. Do not
dispose in re.
•
Notes
This device is a precision instrument. Do not drop, tramp, or
impose any vibration or impact on the thermometer.
•
Do not touch the probe lens with your ngers.
•
Do not self-disassemble the thermometer.
•
Make sure the forehead is free of sweat, cosmetics, hair and
clothing before measurement.
•
It is recommended to wait 30 minutes after eating,
exercising, or bathing before taking a measurement to get
the most accurate result.
•
For the most reliable result, place the device in a room
temperature area for at least 30 minutes prior to using.
•
Body temperature may vary slightly. It is recommended to take
at least 3 consecutive measurements with 1 minute intervals in
between and take the average of those temperatures to get the
most accurate and reliable reading.
•
Notes (continued)
Do not measure at sites of scarred tissue, tissue compromised
by skin disorder, or wounds. Measuring from these sites may
lead to inaccurate results.
•
Do not measure the forehead if it has been exposed to replace
heat, air conditioning flow, prolonged direct sunlight, cold/heat
compress therapies as it may lead to inaccurate results. If you
are under these conditions, please wait at least 30 minutes
before measurement.
•
This device is not waterproof.
•
/ Warranty
The manufacturer warrants this Product to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of
1 year after the original purchase date when the Product is purchased through
an authorized reseller. Any damages caused by (1) self-disassembly, (2)
unauthorized repair, (3) dropping the Product during use or transport, (4)
improper use of the Product, or (5) not following the user’s manual will void
this warranty. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty
period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired
or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a
fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will
be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to
verication of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as conrmed by
showing the model number on the original dated sales receipt.
