TURNTABLE PLATFORM INSTALLATION 1/2:

Lift to remove the top away from
the studio.
Lift to remove both side walls.. Use the magnetic side cover and
cover the openings, one on each
side of the turntable base
Remove the 2 small white hand
screws from the rear bottom area
of the studio.
Install the rear bottom diusion
plate, attach 2 small white hand
screws. Note: Push the rear
bottom plate toward the back wall
as close as possible, do not over
tighten the 2 small white hand
screws or else the acrylic will break.
Remove the tape holding the
driving module.

Gently push the edge of the glass
platform into the 3 timing
pulleys on the spring loaded
driving module, then lay the glass
platform onto the other end so
that it makes contact with the other
2 pulleys and idlers. Note: Make
sure all pulleys and idlers make
uniform contact with the glass
turntable platform.
Place the translucent acrylic
platform on top of the glass
platform.
Install the front bottom diusion
plate, align the velcro to the ones
on the metal frame.
Reverse steps aand bto install the
side walls.
Install the top.

Secure the top using 4 large white
hand screws.

ACRYLIC SIDE DIFFUSION PANEL INSTALLATION:

Lift to remove the top away from
the studio.
Three acrylic side diffusion panels
come with the system – two solid
and one with an opening. Choose
which two panels to use.
Slide in the panels from the top
parallel to the side walls.
Be sure the acrylic panels sit
between the 2 metal guides below
the front lights.
Also the 2 metal on the top. Install and secure the top with
4 large white hand screws.
Note: If you use the acrylic side
diusion panel with the opening,
remove the side wall and attach
the reective door cover for
convenient side loading.

CABLE CONNECTIONS:

Pass the top light cable through
the hole on the top.
Plug the metal connector into the
metal port on the studio.
(Optional): Use the cable ties to
secure the top light cable onto the
metal handle on the top.
Plug one end of the power and
USB cables into the system and the
other end into a power jack and
computer USB port respectively.
Connect a compatible camera to
your computer by USB.
(Optional): Instead of batteries,
we recommend using an AC power
adapter to power your camera.
(Optional connection): For almost all
SLR cameras featuring remote capture
capabilities, we can supply a custom
shutter release cable to connect the
camera to the system so software can
automate image capture. In this
conguration, captured images are
saved to the memory card.
Turn on the power.

The PackshotStart 360 can be
entirely dissembled for easy
storage or transportation.
Remove the 4 white hand screws
and take off the top.
Remove the acrylic side diusion
panels, both side walls and front
wall.
Remove the turntable plate.

Remove the rest of the acrylic
diusion panels from the bottom
(back and front).
Remove the glass turntable
platform.
Remove the 2 front light columns.

Unplug all the light connections:
(turntable, 2 on the front light
columns, 4 on the rear light
columns.)
Disconnect the 2 metal connectors
for the turntable.
Tape the driving module down to
secure.
Unscrew the 4 large hand screws
holding the built in turntable
module.
Remove the 4 large hand screws
holding the corner light columns.
Once the hand screws and cables are
loosened the entire machine can thus
be dissembled to its individual parts.

Turn off and unplug the studio
from the wall.
Remove the top and acrylic side
diusion panels.
Remove the front and siide walls.

Remove the rear acrylic diusion
plate.
Remove the 2 front light columns. Remove the rest of the acrylic
diusion panels from the bottom
(back and front).

Remove the glass turntable
platform if necessary in order to
access their respective LED Lamps.
Disconnect the two wires by
pressing the connector node while
pulling the wire out.
Use needle nose pliers if necessary.
Use a Phillips screwdriver or socket
wrench to remove the screw
holding the LED lamps node on
the LED lamp.
Remove and replace with the new
LED lamp. Note: The wires and
LED lamps are marked V+ and V-.
Make sure you plug the V+ wire
into the V+ node, and V-wire to
the V- node on the LED lamp.

Caution: Periodically check for
and replace any broken LED
crystals in this system. If one LED
crystal fails, it can cause others in
the same set to
malfunction.

Note: Remove the acrylic and
glass turntable platforms and tape
the driving module down to secure
before you proceed to lay the
studio down.
To access the control board,
unplug the studio, lay the studio
down. Then remove the 4 black
hand screws and take off the
bottom plate.
The power supply sits in the
center.
