Each FFHS Luminaire includes a Trunnion Mount. The Trunnion Mount can be
adjusted to a desired tilt angle for all the FFHS Series. The FFHS600/750/1000/1200
have a lever on each side along with larger side brackets to support the heavy fixture.
FFHS400/500 FFHS600/750/1000/1200
FFHS 400/500 and FFHS600/750/1000/1200 Luminaires have Trunnion Mount
bolt hole dimensions as seen below. Please use the Trunnion Mount dimensions
below to determine the drilling template to follow if the fixture is going to be surface
mounted with the Trunnion Mount.
The FFHS Luminaires can be adjusted by using a wrench to loosen the center
bolts and the arc slot bolts located on the sides of the FFHS Luminaire. The
FFHS 600/750/1000/1200 Luminaires will also need the lever bolts located on the
sides of the FFHS Luminaire to be loosened. The fixture will now be able to rotate
to the desired tilt/angle. Replace the arc slot bolts and tighten all the other bolts.

The Optional Slip Fitter mount AC-FHS-SF provides a tilt option for the FFHS
luminaire. There are several sizes for the FFHS Series. The AC-FHS-SF1 is for the
FFHS400/500 luminaire. The AC-FHS-SF2 is for the FFHS 600/750. The
AC-FHS-SF3 is for the FFHS 1000/1200 luminaire. Align the Slip Fitter to the FFHS
Handle and fasten the two pieces together
using the [4] Hex Head Bolts and nuts.
FFHS Series LED Flood Light Installation Sheet
Once the Slip Fitter is properly
secured onto the FFHS Fixture, one
can then run the Power Cable from
the Fixture to the inside of the pole
to allow it to be powered with an
AC Power Supply Cable. Follow the
wiring diagram. One can then place
the Slip Fitter on top of a standard
2 3/8” diameter pole, adjust the
orientation and fasten the [4] Hex
Head Bolts to secure the Slip Fitter
to the pole.
02-00036-191021
After properly securing the FFHS Luminaire
with the Slip Fitter to the pole, if needed, adjust
directly at the Slip Fitter by removing the Phillips
head screws, the cover, loosening the bolt with
a wrench, and pulling slightly to move the parts
freely from the teeth. After adjusting the Slip
Fitter tilt, mate the parts at the teeth and fasten
the bolt, put the cover in place, install the screws.

The Optional Glare Shield AC-FHS-HD provides a restriction for excess glare by
the FFHS luminaire. There are several glare shields for the FFHS Series. The
AC-FHS-HD1 is for the FFHS400/500, the AC-FHS-HD2 is for the FFHS600/750, and
the AC-FHS-HD3 is for the FFHS1000/1200 luminaires. The Glare Shield restricts the
amount of light pollution and light trespass.
Align the Glare Shield to the front of
the FFHS fixture holes along the rim.
Fasten the Glare Shield to the fixture
with the [5] Socket Head Cap screws.
