Unwrap all sending unit (Wireless Call button)components. Plug the power supply with the
large tip into a standard outlet and plug it into the “Charger Base” for Call button transmitters.
Stack the Call Buttons on the charger base. The red indicator will turn on to indicate the
call buttons are charging properly. We recommend some type of surge protector on the
power supply for protection. Power surges are not covered under system warranty.
(2) Alpha TXT Pagers
Locate the charger base for the pagers, place it in a sturdy out of way area. Connect the
charger base to the power with the provided power supply.
Insert the pagers on the charger base. The pager number will always face up and the
red charging light indicator will turn on to indicated pager is charging properly. You should
check for charging indicator to appear on each pager. On the top of each pager is your

track of the tasks may or may not need attention.
6) To clear all the messages from the pager the master erase is activated by placing the
pager on the charging station for 5 seconds. This will clear out and saved messages on
the pager.
Note:
If your system has a cancel button the pager will not receive a cancel page unless
it has received and stored another message from the same call button. In other words it
can only receive a cancel message if it has received a previous message from the same call
button.
Wireless Call Button:
There are several version of the call button 1,3, and 5 buttons.\
The call button should have a label with a message for each number. This will let the user
know which button they will need to press.
Ex: 1- Tech
2- Manager
3- Service
4- Temperature
5- Cancel
This indicates that if the user presses 2 the corresponding pager will show
“Manager” to let them know a manager is needed.
The messages are customized for each one of our clients. The screen will display 12
characters and if the message is longer than then the screen will scroll to show the rest of
the message.

3. The call button will show a red light on the left side for 2 seconds when a button is
pressed. This means the call button is sending a signal to a pager.

life. It is recommended to charge them once every 3 months to keep battery at an optimal
level.
