Avsedd för montering i pooler ovanmark där man kan komma åt lampans kabelförskruvning från utsidan av poolväggen.
Lampan måste hållas borta från iszoner.

Installation allmänt
• Elektriska installationer >30V får ej placeras inom 500 mm avstånd från något rostfritt material.
• Vid montering skall rostfria verktyg med rengjorda kontaktytor användas.
• Förvaraprodukternaioriginalförpackningenändatillinstallationenförattundvikareporochäckar.
• Var aktsam vid monteringen så att inte produkten repas.
• Undvik att placera koncentrerad dosering av kemikalier intill rostfria detaljer. Skador kan uppstå vid utebliven poolcirkulation.
• Tänk på att lampan inte tål att utsättas för minusgrader. Finns risk för detta skall lampan demonteras.

Montera kabeln till LED-modulen så här:
1. Lossaskruvarnaisockeln(B)såmycketatthåletförsladden
blir frilagt tillräckligt mycket för att få i kabelns ledare.
2. Träpåtätningen(C)påkabeln(E).
Trä kabelns ledare genom sockeln.
3. Säkerställ att kabelns skyddshölje går ända ned mot sockeln. 4. Draåtskruvarna.
Säkerställ att skruvarna bottnar ordentligt.
5. Klipp eller skär av den bit av ledaren som sticker
igenom sockeln.
6. RiktainsockelniLED-modulen(A).
Säkerställ att tätningen bottnar ordentligt.
 Draåtmuttern(D).
Om kabeln inte träs ned tillräckligt långt nns det risk att silikonpack-
ningen inte tätar korrekt. Vatten kan då läcka in i lampans kontakt.

i kopplingslådan för framtida service eller eventuell vinterstängning.
15. Kläm fast-LED modulen med fronten. Dra fast den med två skruvar.
16. Fyll upp poolen med vatten till dess önskade nivå.

Montera så här:
1. Se till att poolväggen har jämn tjocklek där munstycket skall monteras.
Rekommenderat djup för lampan är 300–800 mm ned från poolkanten.
Görhålistommenenligtmåttritning.(Tätringenkananvändassommall,riktadenligtritning.)
2. Slipa ytan jämn minst 30 mm runt det stora hålet på poolväggens baksida.
Den sågade ytan skall förseglas med en härdplast, t.ex Polyester eller Epoxi.
3. Fästdensjälvhäftandepackningenpåänsen.
4. Stryk ett jämnt lager silikon, ca 2 mm tjockt på packningen och på den slipade ytan runt hålet
i pool-väggen. Applicera även silikon i borrhålen.
5. Skruvaihopänsenmeddesexförsänktaskruvarna(A):
Flänsen med den självhäftande packningen mot baksidan av poolväggen och tätringen med packning under mot poolväggen
från insidan av poolen.
Fäst skruvarna och drag åt dem korsvis. OBS! Skruvarnas längd är beroende av poolväggens tjocklek, se tabell.
6. Torkabortöverödigtsilikon.
7. Monterapluggenibakkantavänsen.Näro-ringenanvändsbehövsingenannantätning.
8. Monterakabelgenomföringenipluggen.Användmedföljandeo-ringochsäkerställattdensitterpårättställe.Ingenytter-
ligare tätning behövs.
9. Träkabelngenomkabelförskruvningenochdrautdenpåframsidanavänsen.
10. Trä tätningshylsan på kabeln. Tätningshylsan skall placeras i gummit på kabelförskruvningen.
11. MonteraLEDmodulenpåkabelnenligtinstruktionpåsid5.
12. DraförsiktigtinLED-modulskabelniänsen.
13. Kontrollera att tätningshylsan är placerad i gummit på kabelförskruvningen.
Dra åt kabelförskruvningen så att kabeln sitter fast.
OBS! Lämna tillräcklig längd fri kabeln på baksidan av poolväggen alternativt
i kopplingslåda för framtida service eller eventuell vinterstängning.
14.Kläm fast-LED modulen med fronten.
Dra fast den med två skruvar.
15. Fyll upp poolen med vatten till dess önskade nivå.

Synkronisering av lampor
Säkerställ först att alla lampor som ska synkroniseras är anslutna till samma transformator.
NäreralamporavtypRGB(artnr124847Marinealt.125847Classic)äranslutnatillsammatransformatorbördessasynkro-
niseras för att ha samma färg. Detta ska i normala fall endast behöva göras första gången lamporna tänds.
Gör så här för att synkronisera lamporna:
Slåpåmatningen(12VAC)tilllampornaochsäkerställattallalamportänds.Nukanallalamporvaratändamedolikafärg.
Slå av matningen till lamporna och vänta i minst 20 sekunder.
Slå på matningen till lamporna och stäng av. Upprepa detta två gånger.
Slå på matningen till lamporna igen. Nu ska alla lampor ha samma färg.
Vinterstängning
Strömmen till lampan måste alltid brytas innan vinterstängning.

Om lamporna

Om spänningen vid lampan är under 10VAC:

 Säkerställatttransformatornse󰀨ektärtillräckligförattdrivaallaanslutnalampor,setabellsid5.
B.Ome󰀨ektenitransformatornärtillräcklig,installeragrövrekabelmellanlampaochtrans-
formator, se tabell sid 5.
Om lamporna lyser
med olika färg
Säkerställ att alla lampor är anslutna till samma transformator.
Följ stegen ovan för synkronisering.
Alternativ 1. Tömd pool
1. Kontrollera först att er poolstomme klarar att tömmas på
vatten.
2. Bryt strömmen.
3. Töm poolen.
4. Lossa fronten, förvara den på lämplig plats.
5. Lossa kabelförskruvningen på utsidan av poolen försiktigt
så att det är möjligt att trycka in kabeln genom kabelför-
skruvningen. Håll i tätningshylsan och se till att den sitter
kvar i kabelgenomföringen.
6. Tryckframsåmycketkabel(medLED-modul/lampa)att
den når upp över poolkanten.
7. Dra åt kabelförskruvningen.
8. Tag loss lampdelen och förvara den på lämplig plats
(ejminusgrader).
9. Försegla kabeländens kontaktdel mot fukt på lämpligt sätt.
10. Lägg upp kabeländen på poolkanten och säkerställ att
kabeln inte kan falla ner i poolen.
Alternativ 2. Pool med vatten kvar och cirkulation
1. Bryt strömmen.
2. Sänk vattennivån till under lampan.
3. Lossa fronten, förvara den på lämplig plats.
4. Lossa kabelförskruvningen på utsidan av poolen för-
siktigt så att det är möjligt att trycka in kabeln genom
kabelförskruvningen. Håll i tätningshylsan och se till att
den sitter kvar i kabelgenomföringen.
5. Tryckframsåmycketkabel(medLED-modul/lampa)
att den når ner långt under vattnet.
6. Dra åt kabelförskruvningen.
7. Låtlampdelenhängalångtnerivattnet(därdetinte
fryser).

Installation in general
• Electrical installations of >30V must not be placed within 500 mm of any stainless steel material.
• Installation requires the use of stainless steel tools with clean contact surfaces.
• Store the products in the original packaging until installation in order to avoid scratches and stains.
• Exercise caution during installation so that the product is not scratched.
• Avoid placing concentrated amounts of chemicals next to stainless steel components. A lack of circulation in the pool may
result in damage.
• Keep in mind that the lamp cannot withstand exposure to sub-zero temperatures. If there is a risk of this occurring, the lamp
should be disassembled.
Electric installation
Comply with local electricity regulations with regard to the location of the connection box.
Thelightingmustalwaysbeconnectedviaaprotectivetransformer12VAC(seetable)inordertoobtainthecorrectfunction
andamaximumusefullife.IfmorethanoneRGBlampisinstalled,thesemustbeconnectiontothesametransformedandvia
a common switch in order for them to be synchronised.
The transformer’s power must be greater than the total value of all the lamps, see the table on the next page. The accompanying
cables must always be used for connecting the lamp.
If the external cable insulation for the lighting or inner conductor is damaged, it must be replaced by a service technician or other
qualiedperson.
Recommendations
The following recommendations concerning cables and the connection of the lamps must be followed in order to obtain the
desiredfunction.Maximumandstablelightisonlyguaranteeifthecross-sectionofthecableisequaltoorgreaterthanthe
stated values. The cable lengths are calculated for the greatest conceivable power loss in the cables.

How to Install:
1. Makeaholeinthestructureaccordingtothedimensioneddrawing.
Recommendeddepthforthelampis300–800mmdownfromthepooledge.

5. Install the cable bushing in the plug. Use the included O-ring and make sure that it is resting in the correct location.
No further sealing is required.
6. Installthepoollineraccordingthethesupplier’sinstructionsandbeginllingwithwater.
7. Oncethewaterhasreachedalevelapproximately5cmundertheange,cutasmallcrossinthepoollinerinthecentreof
the hole.
8. Attach the gasket and sealing ring with 6 screws.
9. Trim the liner along the inner edge of the sealing ring.
10. Threadthecablethroughthecablesocketttingandpullitoutatthefrontsideoftheange.
11. Threadthesealinggrommetontothecable.Thesealinggrommetmustbeplacedintherubberonthecablesockettting.
12. Attach the LED module on the cable in accordance with the instructions on page 13.
13. CarefullypulltheLEDmodulecableontheange.
14.Tightenthecablesocketttingsothethecablerestsrmlyinplace.
Makesurethatthesealinggrommetisplacedintherubberonthecablesockettting.
N.B.! Leave a su󰀩cient length of cable free on the rear side of the pool wall,
or in the connection box for future service or any winter closure.
15. Clamp the LED module in place with the front. Tighten it in place with two screws.
16. Fill the pool with water to the desired level.

How to Install:
1. Makesurethatthepoolwallhasaneventhicknesswherethenozzleistobeinstalled.
Recommendeddepthforthelampis300–800mmdownfromthepooledge.
Makeaholeinthestructureaccordingtothedimensioneddrawing.(Thesealingrigcanbeusedasatemplate,alignedas
showninthedrawing.)
2. Grind the surface even at least 30 mm around the large hole on the rear side of the pool wall. The sawed surface shall be
sealed with a hard plastic, e.g., Polyester or Epoxy.
3. Attachtheself-adhesivegasketontotheange.
4. Apply an even layer of silicone, approximately 2 mm thick onto the gasket and on the ground surface around the hole in the
pool wall. Also apply silicone in the drill hole.
5. Screwtogethertheangewiththesexcountersunkscrews(A).
Theangewiththeself-adhesivegasketagainsttherearsideofthepoolwallandthesealingringwiththegasketunderthe
pool wall from the inside of the pool.
Put the screws in place and tighten them transversely. N.B.! The length of the screws depends on the thickness of the pool
wall, see table.
6. Wipeo󰀨anyexcesssilicone.
7. Installtheplugontherearedgeoftheange.IfanO-ringisbeingused,noothersealisnecessary.
8. Install the cable bushing in the plug. Use the included O-ring and make sure that it is resting in the correct location.
No further sealing is needed.
9. Threadthecablethroughthecablesocketttingandpullitoutatthefrontsideoftheange.

Synchronisation of lamps
First ensure that all the lamps to be synchronised are connected to the same transformer.
WhenseveralRGB-typelamps(itemno.124847Marine,or125847Classic)areconnectedtothesametransformer,these
shouldbesynchronisedtohavethesamecolour.Normally,thisshouldonlyneedtobedonethersttimethelampsarelit.
How to synchronize lights:
Turnonthepowersupply(12VAC)tothelampsandmakesurethatallthelampsareon.Nowallthelampscanbeturnedon
with various colours.
Turno󰀨thepowersupplytothelampsandwaitatleast20seconds.
Turnonthepowersupplytothelampsandturnito󰀨.Repeatthistwice.Turnonthepowersupplytothelampsoncemore.
Now all the lamps should be the same colour.
Winter storage
Thepowertothelampmustalwaysbeshuto󰀨beforewintershut-o󰀨.
Lampsmustbekeptawayfromicezones.Inorderforthelampsnottofreezeandbreak,werecommendthatyoudothefollowing:
Troubleshooting
If lamps icker 1. Turno󰀨thelamps.ForRGB-typelamps,selecttheyellowcolour.
Measurethevoltageattheterminalsofthelamp.
Thevoltageshouldbeatleast10VAC(50/60Hz).
If the lamps voltage is less than 10VAC:
A.Checkthevoltageoutfromtheterminals.Thevoltageshallbebetween12VACand14VAC.
 Makesurethatthetransformer’spowerissu󰀩cienttooperatealltheconnectedlamps,
see the Table on page 13.
B.Ifthepowerinthetransformerissu󰀩cient,installaheaviercablebetweenthelampandthe

If the lights shine in
di󰀨erent colours
Ensure that all the lamps are connected to the same transformer. Follow the steps above for
synchronisation.

1. First make sure that your pool structure will withstand be-
ing emptied of water.

3. Empty the pool.

and make sure that it remains in the cable bushing.
6. Pushforwardasmuchofthecable(withtheLEDmodule/
lamp)necessaryforittoreachupovertheedgeofthe
pool.
7. Tightenthecablesockettting.
8. Removethelampsectionandstoreitinasuitablelocation
(notatasub-zerotemperature).
9. Sealthecontactsofthecableendso󰀨frommoistureina
suitable manner.
10. Place the end of the cable on the edge of the pool and
make sure that the cable cannot fall into the pool.
Alternative 2. Pool with water remaining and in circulation
1. Turno󰀨thepower.
2. Lower the water level under the lamp.
3. Removethefront,storeitinanappropriatelocation.
4. Removethecablesocketttingontheoutsideofthe
pool carefully so that it is possible to press the cable in
throughthecablesockettting.Takeholdofthesealing
grommet and make sure that it remains in the cable
bushing.
5. Pushforwardasmuchofthecable(withtheLED
module/lamp)necessaryForittoreachdownfarunder
the water.
6. Tightenthecablesockettting.
7. Allow the lamp section to hang far under the water
(whereitdoesnotfreeze).
