Confirm the details and take appropriate measures such as informing the neighbors. The alarm sound will
stop when you press the Stop Alarm Button, or the Emergency Button or Extra Emergency Button is reset.
●The base unit or when you have pressed the emergency button by mistake
Press the Emergency Button again.
●When you have pressed an Extra Emergency Button by mistake
Reset methods vary depending on the equipment used.
The call ends automatically about 1 minute after it starts.
A talk with the Building Manager Room ends
automatically after about 4 minutes.

The call sound plays when a call is made from the Main Entrance, Unit Entrance or Building Manager Room.
A lamp also lights up. For Main Entrance: Talk lamp (red) and lobby lamp (red); For Unit Entrance: Talk lamp
(yellow); For Building Manager Room: Talk lamp (red) and Manager lamp (red).
•A beep is played, the call lamp on the screen
disappears, and the call ends.
(When the call is from the Main Entrance, the
lobby lamp also turns off.）

•After a call, you can talk for approximately
10 seconds without pressing the talk button.

the calling state (talking is cut off), the TALK button
on the called base unit flashes in red and Talk lamp
(green) on the call sub-base unit will turn off.

then the MENU Button will flash again.

A fire has broken out.
Check the situation and take appropriate
measures such as prompt initial
fire-fighting, report, or evacuation. The
alarm sound will stop when you press the
Stop Alarm button or the detector is reset.

A gas leak has occurred.
Shut off the main gas valve and
open the windows and doors to
ventilate the room. The alarm
sound will stop when you press the
Stop Alarm Button or gas is gone.
Alarm Display
The gas and CO Alarm has detected
incomplete combustion (carbon monoxide).
Open the windows and doors to ventilate
the room. Stop using the device that is
causing the incomplete combustion. The
alarm sound will stop when you press
the Stop Alarm Button or incomplete
combustion is no longer detected.
