Talk (Base unit) Security Functions
•When the door phone slave unit does not have a camera or you talk with the Building Manager Room, the screen turns blue.

When called from the Main Entrance or Unit Entrance, you hear the call sound, an image of the visitor
appears on the screen, and the caller display flashes. (When called from the Building Manager Room,
the caller display lights up.)
•After a call, you can talk for approximately
10 seconds without pressing the TALK button.
For this time, the talk light (green) on the call
sub-base unit light up (green)
•After 10 seconds have elapsed, the system enters
the calling state (
talking is cut off
), and the talk lamp (green) on the call sub-base unit will flash.
• You can talk with the call sub-base unit from
which the response was made.

Reset methods vary depending on the equipment used.

•A beep is played, the call lamp on the screen
disappears, and the call ends.
(When the call is from the Main Entrance, the
lobby lamp also turns off.）

•After a call, you can talk for approximately

■  Meanings of Major Screen Displays and Measures
Some screens do not appear depending on the equipment
or function settings of the building of your residence.
A fire has broken out.
Check the situation and take appropriate
measures such as prompt initial
fire-fighting, report, or evacuation. The
alarm sound will stop when you press the
Stop Alarm button or the detector is reset.

A gas leak has occurred.
Shut off the main gas valve and
open the windows and doors to
ventilate the room. The alarm
sound will stop when you press the

Alarm Display
The gas and CO Alarm has detected
incomplete combustion (carbon monoxide).
Open the windows and doors to ventilate
the room. Stop using the device that is
causing the incomplete combustion. The
alarm sound will stop when you press
the Stop Alarm Button or incomplete
combustion is no longer detected.
