IP/SERIAL DRIVER FOR ATLONA AT-H2H-HDR-44MA AND AT-H2H-HDR-88MA
This driver allows you to control an Atlona HDMI AT-H2H-HDR-44MA or 88MA 4K Matrix Switcher (4x4 or
8x8) from Control4.
The AT-H2H-HDR-44MA and AT-H2H-HDR-88MA matrix switchers have a separate set of analog audio
outputs which carry de-embedded audio form the corresponding input HDMI source. Commands are
available to mute/unmute these audio outputs.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
•Ensure the Atlona Switcher firmware is at the most recent level.
•You should set the Atlona Switcher to a sta�c IP address or ensure it always receives the same
IP address from the DHCP server via a MAC-based reserva�on.
•When using Serial control (by itself or as a backup to IP control), make the appropriate Serial
Switch Control connec�on. If both IP and Serial are connected and IP fails, the driver will use
Serial and revert back to IP when restored. For Serial control, the driver only supports the baud
rate of 115200. Make sure your matrix baud rate is set to match.
•Connect the HDMI Inputs, the HDMI Outputs and op�onally the Analog Outputs as appropriate.
•Adjust the ‘Power Offwhen Unused’ and ‘On Room Off’ proper�es as required. See below for
descrip�ons.

PROPERTIES
Driver Version shows the version of this driver.
Driver Informa�on shows various status messages about the driver.
Debug Mode turns Debug Mode On or Off(with output to the Lua Output window).
Debug Dura�on in Minutes sets the dura�on of Debug On.
Switcher Available via IP shows if the Matrix Switcher is connected to the driver using IP.
Switcher Model shows the model of the actual device connected to the driver.
Power Offwhen Unused determines what the Switcher will do when Control4 determines that
none of its outputs are in use. When set to Yes, the driver will power the Switcher Offwhen all its

Rooms are When powering back On, the driver will insert a 20-second delay before sending a
switching command
On Room Offallows you to specify if the driver performs a special operaon when a room is turned
ther than ‘Do nothing’, you may select ‘Disable HDMI Output’NOTE: Disabling the HDMI
output could cause EDID issues with some displays

USAGE NOTES
•Use the programming command 'Set to Specic Input' to change HDMI input and the command
‘Turn Output On or O to enable or disable a specic HDMI output
•The programming command ‘Set Mute’ relates only to the de-embedded Analog Audio
Outputs
•The programming commands ‘Power On’, ‘Power , ‘Lock Panel’ and ‘Unlock Panel’ are self-
explanator
•The programming command ‘Trigger CEC’ allows you to send a supported CEC command to a
specic HDMI output
•The programming command ‘Recall Saved IO Memory’ recalls savec I/O route sengs for the
chosen preset number
•The programming command ‘Set Input EDID’ sets the EDID of an input to default, internal, or a
previously saved
•The H2H Matrix Switch is intended to feed audio to an amplier or a receiver You may
experience switching issues if you feed the Audio outputs to another audio matrix switch
