1General Information
1.1 Scope of these instructions
These instructions describe the assembly of the wibutler EnOcean dongle for the HeatBloC MC
system. For other components of the installation, such as the pump, the controller or the
modular distribution manifold, please observe the instructions of the corresponding
manufacturer. The chapters called [specialist] are intended for specialists only.
1.2 Designated use
The wibutler EnOcean Dongle may only be used for the extension of the PAW communication set.
Improper usage of the wibutler EnOcean dongle excludes any liability claims.
Only use original accessories with the wibutler EnOcean dongle.
The wrapping materials are made of recyclable materials and can be disposed of with
recyclable materials.
2Safety instructions
The installation and commissioning as well as the connection of electrical components require
technical knowledge commensurate with a recognised vocational qualification as a fitter for
plumbing, heating and air conditioning technology, or a profession requiring a comparable level
of knowledge [specialist]. The following must be observed during installation and
commissioning:
•relevant local and national regulations
•accident prevention regulations of the professional association
•instructions and safety instructions of this manual

3Product description
The wibutler EnOcean dongle is a USB flash drive to connect the PAW communication set and
the wibutler Smart Home server. The dongle is connected to the additionally required PAW
communication set (item no. 1398730). The dongle establishes a bidirectional EnOcean radio
link between the MC heating circuits and the wibutler. The dongle permits sending and receiving
of radio messages:
•remote configuration of the MC heating circuits within the scope of the wibutler app
•presetting of nominal temperatures
•sending of status values, messages and error messages to the wibutler
The dongle is connected to the communication set via the enclosed USB extension.
This product is subject to and complies with the Radio and Telecommunication Terminal
Equipment Directive (RTTE).
This product complies with the relevant directives and is therefore labelled with the CE mark.
The Declaration of Conformity is available upon request. Please contact the manufacturer.

WARNING
Risk to life and limb due to electric shock!
Prior to commencing electrical work on the controller, pull the mains
plug!
Only after completing all installation work as well as the flushing and
filling, the mains plug of the controller can be plugged into a socket.
An unintentional start of the motors is thus avoided.
1. Mount the HeatBloC MC system and the communication set according to the
instructions.
2. Open the PAW MCom app and start the hydraulic balancing of the radiators.
3. Generate the commissioning certificate in the PAW MCom app.
4. Shut down the communication set (see controller instructions).
5. Disconnect the HeatBloC MC system and the communication set from the power supply.
6. Connect the dongle to the USB extension of the communication set.
7. Establish the power supply of the HeatBloC MC system and the communication set.
NOTICE
Damage to property!
The location of installation must be dry, load-carrying, frost-proof and protected against
ultraviolet radiation in order to prevent material damage of the installation.

1. Set the
Service Mode
at the wibutler. The HeatBloC MC system is a wibutler
Professional Product and can only be registered and designed, if the Service Mode is
set. Please observe the separate instructions regarding the wibutler system.
2. Open the wibutler app and create all rooms for the heating circuits.
3. Start the teach-in process. Please observe the instructions in the wibutler app.
Teach-in process:

> Add (+) > select
Manufacturer
PAW > select product
"HeatBloC MC" > start the teach-in process > follow the teach-in instructions in
the app
II. Name the heating circuits and assign the heating circuits to the location of
installation, f. ex. "Heating" > the Device Management section "PAW" displays
all newly created heating circuits and the communication set

III. > select the created heating circuit > configure the heating circuit (>)

> select the corresponding PAW heating
circuit and confirm > select the selected heating circuit > navigate to the tab
Options

set the minimum and maximum temperatures
VI. Check, if all rooms are assigned to this heating circuit.
VII. Create and configure further heating circuits.
4. Check the additionally assigned components such as room control unit and heat
generation.
5. Assign the newly created heating circuits to the heating generator:

6. Delete all messages, that appeared in the wibutler app during installation.
After commissioning the system works properly and these messages are out-of-date.
7. Set the normal mode at the wibutler. Please observe the separate instructions
regarding the wibutler system.
8. Familarize the main user with the installation.

Before deinstallation of the wibutler EnOcean dongle, shut down the mini PC of the
communication set. Please observe the separate instructions regarding the communication set!
