Installation Time:
• Approximately 1 hour
Recommended Tools
• 9/16” socket or wrench
• Hose cutter or knife to cut hoses to length
• Phillips head screw driver.
• Drill or air gun

Step 1
• Install the horizontal spray bar onto the sprayer. NOTE: There are several height settings for installing this.

Step 2 (x2)
• Install the clamp (Item 2) onto the horizontal bar, and tighten with T-bolts (Item 1).

• Install the vertical spray bar (Item 2) into the clamp and tighten with T-bolts (Item 1).

• Install the nozzle bodies and clamps onto the vertical spray bars. NOTE: Determine desired spacing and number of nozzles needed
for your application. (Shown at 15” spacing and (5) nozzles per side.)

• Install hoses in between the nozzles.

2 2 T12 Tee, 1/2" Hose Barbs Nylon
• Install the tees (Item 2) in between the bottom nozzle bodies.
• Connect hose (a) from sprayer to the tee.
