One (1) Year Limited Warranty
PCT Brands, LLC warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers the
original purchaser only, and is not transferable to anyone who subsequently buys, leases, or otherwise obtains from you.
Your One Year Limited Warranty begins on the date of purchase. Your original purchase invoice or sales receipt, showing
date of purchase, is your proof of warranty period. The duration of this warranty does not extend beyond the initial period
of coverage should any repairs or replacements be made or performed.
This warranty does not extend to any product not purchased from PCT Brands, LLC, or an authorized PCT Brands, LLC
reseller. This warranty does not extend to product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of use for
which the product is not intended, is contrary to instructions provided in the user manual, as a result of the use of parts
not manufactured or sold by PCT Brands, LLC, or due to any misuse, abuse, negligence, modification, or improper packing
when returning product to PCT Brands, LLC.
EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, PCT BRANDS, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS

How Do I Obtain Warranty Service?
For warranty service, please email PCT Brands, LLC at [email protected] or call (248) 236-0061 to report a
claim, at which time PCT Brands, LLC technicians will attempt to solve any issues. If unable to resolve your issue, you will
be issued an RMA to authorize the return of the item for repair/replacement. All charges incurred while returning product,
including postage, duties, export taxes, and customs duties, are the responsibility of purchaser, and purchaser assumes all

Before First Use
Your Lyrix Mixx comes from the factory with a charge and can
be used right out of the box. However, it is best to make sure
that the unit is fully charged before first use.
Charging the Lyrix Mixx
To charge the Lyrix Mixx, insert the Micro USB end of the
included USB to Micro-USB Charging Cable into the Mi-
cro-USB Charging Port on your Mixx and the other end into
a USB Port on your computer or a USB-enabled wall adapter.
The red LED Indicator will glow while the unit is charging and
shut off when the unit is fully charged.
Pairing the Lyrix Mixx with a Smartphone
Move the On/Off Switch to the “ON” position. The unit will
say “Hello” and the blue LED Indicator will blink on and off
to show that your Lyrix Mixx is in pairing mode. Activate the
Bluetooth function on your Smartphone and select “Mixx”
from the list of available Bluetooth devices. The Mixx will say
“Your phone is connected” and the Blue LED Indicator will
glow steadily when your Mixx has successfully paired with
your Smartphone.
If you turn your Lyrix Mixx off and then turn it back on at a later
time, it should automatically re-pair with your smartphone. The
unit will say “Hello” and the blue LED Indicator will blink on
and off to show that your Lyrix Mixx is in pairing mode. The
Mixx will say “Your phone is connected” and the Blue LED
Indicator will glow steadily to show your Mixx has successfully
re-paired with your Smartphone.
If you unpair your smartphone with the Lyrix Mixx, the Mixx will
say “Your phone is disconnected.”
Playing Music
Once you have paired your Smartphone with your Lyrix Mixx,
start the music playing on your Smartphone. If the music
does not start playing through your Lyrix Mixx, press the Play/
Pause/Phone Button on the Mixx. The Blue LED Indicator
slowly blinks on and off while music is playing.
• To pause music, press the Play/Pause/Phone Button.
• To turn the volume up, press and hold the Volume Up/Next
Song Button. You will hear a beep when maximum volume
is reached.
• To turn the volume down, press and hold the Volume
Down/Previous Song Button.
• To skip to the next song, press and release the Volume Up/
Next Song Button.
• To skip back to the beginning of the song that is playing,
press and release the Volume Down/Previous Song Button.
To skip back to the previous song, press and release the
Volume Down/Previous Song Button a second time.
• When you are done playing music, slide the On/Off Switch to
the “OFF” position to conserve battery power.
Answering an Incoming Phone Call
If your smartphone receives an incoming call during music
playback, the music will stop and your Lyrix Mixx will emit a
10-note chime. Press the Play/Pause/Phone Button to answer
the call. Press the Play/Pause/Phone Button again to end the call
and resume playing music.
Connecting Your Lyrix Mixx to a Non-Bluetooth Device
Plug one end of the included 3.5mm Audio Cable into the
3.5mm Audio In Port on your Lyrix Mixx. Plug the other end
of the cable into your non-Bluetooth device. Move the On/
Off Switch on the Mixx to the “ON” position. Sart the music
playing on the connected device.
Troubleshooting
The Lyrix Mixx should work well within the effective range of
33 feet. If it does not, please try the following:
• Make sure that your Lyrix Mixx is charged up and turned on.
• Make sure that the smartphone with which you want to pair
has Bluetooth turned and is within 30 feet.
• Move your Lyrix Mixx and/or smartphone away from sources
of electromagnetic interference such as cordless phones,
microwave ovens, wireless network routers, or other
Bluetooth devices.
• If you have difficulty connecting your smartphone with your
Lyrix Mixx after it has been paired with your device, delete
it from your smartphone and re-pair.
• If you have too many Bluetooth devices listed under
“Devices” the pairing process may take longer or be
unsuccessful. Delete one or more devices to improve pairing
performance.
Caution
• Contains no user-serviceable parts. Do not disassemble.
• Do not expose to water or damp conditions.
• Do not expose to heat or high temperatures.
How to Properly Dispose of Batteries
This product contains a lithium-ion battery. To properly
dispose of expired batteries, view your city’s website or news-
letter to find what guidelines, if any, should be followed and
to make note of their designated hazardous waste collection
days.
