Fairbanks Nijhuis™ pumps are supplied with
several different types of commercial couplings.
Refer to the instruction sheet, which can be
found in Section 8 of this manual. It should be
thoroughly studied before proceeding.

when selecting the pump and impeller trim.
Although these pumps are applicable over
a wide range of operating conditions, care
should be exercised when doing so, especially
when the actual conditions differ from the
sold for conditions. You should always
contact your nearest Fairbanks Nijhuis
distributor or factory before operating the
pumps at any condition other than that for
which they were sold.
F. If excessive vibration or noise occurs
during operation, shut the pump down
and consult a Fairbanks Nijhuis™
representative.

Your Fairbanks Nijhuis™ pump has been
engineered and carefully selected for your
application. It should provide years of trouble-
free service. However, any piece of machinery
is subject to wear and occasional malfunction.
Re-evaluate head calculations; measure
elevation differences between pump and
liquid source and pump discharge point.

problems should they occur. It is not the
