Playpen Assembly

1. Remove playpen from carry bag.
2. Holding opposite corners and gently pull open playpen until fully expanded.

3. For all 6 corners pull strap into locking position to secure frame.
Note: Ensure all straps are unclipped before packing down playpen.

Safety Information
WARNING
• Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious
injury or death.
• The product, including side rails, must be fully erected prior to use.
• Make sure latches are secure.
• Strings can cause strangulation! Never place items with a string around a
child’s neck such as hood strings or pacier cords. Never suspend stings over
product or attach strings to toys.
• Discontinue use of the product when child is able to climb out or reaches the
height of 35 inches (890mm).
• Child can become entrapped and die when improvised netting or covers are
placed on top of product. Never add such items to conne child in product.
• When child is able to pull to standing position, remove bumper pads, large toys,
and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
• Never place product near a window where cords from blinds or drapes can
strangle a child.
• Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your
child. When used for playing, never leave child unattended.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed
on their back to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
• Never use this product if there are any loose or missing fasteners, loose joints,
broken parts, or torn mesh/fabric.
Check before assembly and periodically during use.
Contact Perma Products for replacement parts. Never substitute parts.
• Never leave child with in product side lowered. Be sure side is in raised and
locked position whenever child is in product.
• Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic lm as mattress covers not
sold and intended for that purpose. They can cause suffocation.
• Never use a water mattress with this product.
• The playpen is designed exclusively for play and not for sleep, and is intended
to be used without a mattress.
WARNING
Infants can suffocate:
• In gaps between a mattress too small or too thick and product sides
• On soft bedding
NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding
CLEANING:
• Clean using a damp cloth or sponge and a mild detergent. Towel or air dry.

Warranty Certicate
Congratulations! You have made an excellent choice of this quality product. Our commitment to quality also
includes our service. Should you, contrary to expectations, experience defects due to manufacturing faults,
we will provide you with a warranty against defects as follows:
Warranty
The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 12 months from
the date of purchase. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care, will be
repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. The benets conferred by this warranty are in addition to all
rights and remedies in respect of the product that the consumer has under the Competition and Consumer
Act 2010 and similar state and territory laws.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to
be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Proof of Purchase
This warranty is valid for the original purchase and is not transferable. Please keep your purchase docket,
tax invoice or receipt as the best proof of purchase, and as proof of date on which the purchase was made.
Extent of Warranty
This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or parts. All defective products or parts will be repaired
or replaced. This warranty does not cover consumable items.
Normal Wear and Tear
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the products or parts.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Any defects caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable
care, unauthorised modication, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorised
by the distributor.
• Any product that has not been installed, operated or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s
operating instructions provided with the product.
• Any product that has been used for purposes other than domestic use.
To Make a Claim
If a defect in the goods appears within 12 months, you are entitled to claim a warranty, please contact or

When making a return, please ensure the product is properly packaged so as to ensure that no damage
occurs to the product during transit.
Please provide the original or a copy of the proof of purchase. Also please make sure you have included an
explanation of the problem.
