SETUP
1. Download the Petcube App and register your account.
2. Power up the camera and wait for yellow light to flash.
3. Press the Setup Button on the side speaker
above the USB port until you hear the sound.
4. Follow instructions in the app to finish the setup.
PLACEMENT
It is best to point Bites 2 Lite in the direction where your pets spend most of their time so
their activities are captured with the wide-angle lens.
If placing on a table or a shelf, put Bites 2 Lite at least 3 feet above the floor. A rubber foot
at the bottom provides a firm grip on the surface.
If you want to hang a camera on a drywall, anchor screws are included in the packaging for
easy and secure setup.

Wall mounted position gives extra protection from eager pets and allows for the best room
coverage.

Bites 2 Lite comes with the EU and UK socket type adapter that fits your socket type.

Detachable Treat Container
Detach the treat container by pushing the release buttons on both sides and pulling it up
away from the base.
Control Treat Portions
Three orange inserts help control how many treats you fling at once. Usually if flings 1-3
treats at a time. The insert for medium-size treats is preset by default. For small and large
size treats, use the other included inserts.

TREAT COMPATIBILITY
Petcube Bites 2 Lite is compatible with a variety of treat brands. We recommend dry
crunchy treats with dimensions 1” or less. Use your pet’s favorite compatible treats. Keep in
mind that the size of treats you are using may affect the amount of treats that come out of
the device.

Watch and talk to your pet remotely. Record videos and get notifications about your pet’s
activities.
Share access to your Bites 2 Lite with friends, family or anyone within the Petcube
community.
Fling treats to your pet on demand or on a schedule. Use it as a training aid and to reinforce
positive behavior.
X Don’t drop, hit or shake your Bites 2 Lite.
XDon’t stain, scratch , or otherwise damage the front camera glass.

X Don’t expose to liquid, moisture, dust, excessive heat, or open flames.
XTo avoid overheating, don’t leave Petcube Bites 2 Lite in direct sunlight.
X Be aware that using treats with your pet exposes them to choking hazards.Ensure your
pet is familiar with the treats you are using and that you monitor their consumption.
X Petcube Bites 2 Lite should not be used by minors without supervision from an adult.
X Protect the power cord from being walked on, pinched, or chewed on by pets.
X If a treat gets jammed in the container or flinging mechanism, first empty and remove the
container, then cautiously remove it with your finger or a pen. Do not use sharp instruments
or apply too much pressure, this can damage the device.
