1. Turn Star Base‐(B) upside down.
2.Insert Casters‐(A) into each of the five feet.
3.Turn the base right side up‐push the Cylinder‐
(D) into the center hole of the Star Base‐(B).
Push down firmly to ensure that it is fully seated
in base.
4.Place Telescoping Cylinder Cover‐(C) onto the
cylinder post‐(D).

Put Arm Mount / Seat Post Bracket‐(F) onto
top of the Covered Cylinder pushing down
firmly so that it fits tightly on the Cylinder.
Unscrew adjusting knobs from the arms (E).
Slip the arms‐(G) into the slots on the Left &
Right of Arm Mount /Seat Post Bracket‐(F)
tighten them into place with the adjusting
knobs. These knobs are used to adjust the
distance the arms sit in relation to the seat.
7. Sit on the Therapeutic Wobble Chair™. Take
the chair through a full range of motion to
make sure that it moves smoothly.

Assembly Instructions
Be PROACTIVE with your wobble chair, weekly
inspections recommended. Look out for: Noises like
grinding or clunking, over rotation, loose wobble motion,
stress fractures near welds in metal, cracking in plastic arms,
or arms not ratcheting properly.
