
Camera freezing/Only record for few seconds.
If the camera comes freezing, lagging, or only recording video for a few
seconds, this is the SD card issue, NOT the camera issue. Please format the
SD card to have a try(see page 16). Using the FAKE, WRONG and BAD SD
card can also result in this problem. If the problem is still after formatting the
SD card, please contact us and we are dedicated to resolving this for you.

Some of video files are missing/ Can't find videos
Our Q4 dashcam has a Loop Recording function, it will delete the oldest
files and record newer files when the SD card is full except the locked video
files. We recommend you to turn on the G-Sensor at low sensitivity which will
auto-lock the videos when a collision occurs. If you want to lock the current
video manually, press power button while the camera is recording. The video
will be locked and gets unable to be removed by Loop Recording.
The videos recorded by front and rear cameras are saved in different file
folders. When you connect the dashcam to your computer, you can find 2
folders named 1,2 represent front, rear video respectively. You can
download, playback and backup according to this video classification. When
you are playing video on APP, you will see a mark "F" or "R" to represent the
front videos and rear videos.

Glue pad falls off from windshield.
Please stick the electrostatic film on windshield firstly, then stick a new glue
pad on electrostatic film.
