How to Get the Best Results When Using
Your Phaiser BHS-750 Bluetooth
Earbuds!
Here’s how to get the best results using your new
Phaiser BHS-750 Bluetooth Earbuds…
Q: How do I wear the winged Earbuds correctly?

A: When you put the buds into your ears, the pointy end of
the wing needs to point forward, towards your face. Press
the wing into your ear so it can get a grip and adjust it to
find the most comfortable position.
Q: How do I properly clean my Earbuds?
A: Make sure to clean your Earbuds and wipe them off
with a wet towel. You can also use water to wash them a
little in the hard to get to areas. This will not break them.
However, better avoid exposure to water over a prolonged
period of time.
Q: How do I store my Earbuds correctly when not in
use?
A: We strongly recommend storing your earbuds in the
provided Phaiser carrying case when not in use. This
ensures that they don’t get damaged during transport.
Q: How do I connect the Earbuds to my phone?
A: Turn on the headset by pressing and holding the middle
button on the control unit. As soon as you hear the "Power
On" message, go to the Bluetooth menu in your phone.
Search for new Bluetooth devices and check if you see
"BHS-750". Just connect to it. If your phone asks you to
confirm anything, just click OK or Accept and you are good
to go.
Q: How can I connect 2 devices to this headset?

A: This headset is capable of connecting with 2 devices at
the same time, enabling you to use the headset with both
devices simultaneously.
A common application, for example, is to connect your
phone and your tablet-pc. You will be able to enjoy media
on your tablet-pc while not missing phone calls from your
phone.
Note: The headset can use the middle control button
functions only for the primary handset. The second device
connected to the headset will be the primary device where
the middle control button works.
1. Pair the headset with the device which will NOT be
used for calling according to the instructions on under
“Pairing” (Turn the headset on and select “BHS-750” in
the Bluetooth menu). This device will be the secondary
device.
2. Pair the headset with the primary device according to
the instructions under “manual pairing” (press and hold
all 3 buttons for 3 seconds). This device will be the
primary device where all functions for the control
buttons work by default.
3. Once you paired and connected the primary device, go
back to the secondary device and connect the headset
again through the device’s Bluetooth menu. You will
hear the voice confirmation “Connected”.

Additionally you can use the manual pairing method when
you already have 2 devices connected to the headset and
like to connect the headset to a third, different device
instead.
Of course you can reconnect one of the 2 previously
connected devices again through its Bluetooth menu to
use Multipoint functions again.
Q: I experience low sound quality. What can I do about
it?
A: Please change the earbuds to another size that fits you
better. This has a huge impact on sound quality and bass.
I strongly recommend you to also try the included Comply
memory foam tips (1 pair of size M included, installation
instructions attached to this message).

Personally I think the Comply tips are best for sound
quality, but the winged tips have a stronger grip and let
you do workout and other physical activities without the
earbuds falling out.
It is also possible to change the equaliser setting by
pressing and holding + and - at the same time until the
headset beeps (3 settings available).
Q: What are the 4 included small rectangular pieces
for?
A: These are cable management clips you need to set up
the Over-Ear wearing style most suitable for running and
serious workouts.
This will eliminate annoying noise being transferred to
your ear due to the cable rubbing on your neck and stuff
the cable away completely.

Actually you only need 2 pieces to set the earbuds up.
However, we have included 2 spares so we got your back
in case you ever loose one.
Q: How far is the bluetooth range for this headset?
A: This depends a little. If there are obstacles between
headset and phone, the range may be lower. With a clear
line of sight you should get about 33 feet.
Q: Do I need to turn the headset off so it does not
empty the battery?
A: You can turn it off by holding down the middle control
button so it will stop using any battery. However, if you
leave it on, it will still last you about 1 week in standby.
It's actually not necessary to always turn it off and on as it
will go to standby automatically after not using for a certain
period.
Q: Can I mute the microphone while on a call?
A: Yes. While on a call, press the Volume - button until you
hear a beep indicating the mic is on mute. Repeat this to
take the mic off mute.
